Any filer under $1 is delinquent(D). They get delisted if they can't get the bid above $1 after 180 days. They don't choose to get delisted.
They probably had to delist because they couldn't get the bid above $1. I have no doubt that this company is legit and honest. I highly doubt a "pinkie non-filer" would be getting awards like Celsius. Can't argue with the facts...
Straight from the 5W website:
"Evidence of Celsius’ appeal can be found in its 12 awards for its great taste, innovative concept, and healthier ingredients from industry experts in categories such as Best New Functional Product, Best New Health Initiative, and Retailers Choice Award."

I don't understand how there can be any doubt whether Celsius is a "real" company or not. Obviously they are real. What I'm trying to figure out is how all the small business owners I know are successful without being publicly traded on a big board? Also, how could a struggling company possibly ever hope to change their strategy, bring in new management, cut costs, and change the direction of the company?
Can't wait for the true revenue numbers to start rolling in, then we'll see some "real" greeeen!
Can't wait to this turn around story come to fruition! Blue skies ahead!
Many companies (a fairly successful tech company comes to mind...) go through periods of discovery, exploration, and near bankruptcy. As long as the company has a desirable products, which Celsius do, they will find a way to forge on.
Definitely a buyout candidate. The OS is crazy low on CELH too. Honestly, I'd rather see them staying independent for a couple more years under the new management to see where we land once "operating expenses" are under control.
couldn't agree more
Yup, looks like they see potential in CELH.
WOW. Seeking alpha analyst covering CELH...
"If you're looking for a safe stock with strong fundamentals and top management, Coca Cola (KO) is one of your best friends. As confident I am in the company being an attractive defensive play, I am even more optimistic about Celsius Holdings (CELH.PK) and Jones Soda (JSDA). These two smaller firms are significantly undervalued and, as an IR consultant, I expect them to generate significant returns when press coverage improves."

Love the CELH turn around story brewing here...
For every CELH in pinkland, there are 100,000 P&D scams waiting to steal your money. CELH is just a small company trying to make a difference in the world. Not many opportunities like this out there these days...
Pinkie Non-filer? CELH is pink by name only. They just filed their fourth quarter/year end earnings. Did they have to? No. They reported a net loss due to restructuring. Why would they do that if they weren't a legit, honest company? You think 5W would partner with a company they don't believe in?
You know good things are happening when the the naysayers come out...
Just in case anyone was wondering too, this is from the 5W website:

Good things coming soon here folks...
always imo
These guys look like they are close to figuring things out. They have dumped all their expensive endorsements and marketing, and are actually increasing revenues YoY. Granted they just hired 5W, but I feel much better working with a respected PR firm than Slater from Saved By the Bell...
Nice action today. More news coming soon?
why would you write off the stock when you can just hold it and then maybe some PR company pushes it? pennies are always a gamble, and with the exposure SNRS has, no reason why it can't be the next winner...
the ask was over 20 mill like a week ago. just be patient folks...
the ask is fluctuating as orders expire. it has consistently been coming down for about 2 weeks. once we knock out .0001, we'll have to work on .0002. if we get news, it'll tier up. levels, jerry, levels...
do i expect this this company to ever produce anything of value in real life? no, but that's not the game here is it? purely based on the ihub interest alone, i'd say this stock has .0005 potential. add in some good PRs and we'll all be laughing.
imo of course
only 12 mil on the ask. with the right news, SNRS sees $1200 in volume easy. then you never know..
SNRS due for some action...0005 on news?
The specialty beverage market is exploding. The margin is so high it's impossible not to make money...
I'm watching Celsius (CELH) along with Jones Soda (JSDA) right now, both under 50 cents. Can you get a better deal? Not in my opinion. Tons of potential for both companies!
All my opinion only...
