Words of Wisdom Billfish from the same guy....If you buy an OTC-BB stock and the price goes down, sell the POS. If you buy an OTC-BB stock and the price goes up, well then good, sell the POS.
Bought more trlt today at .052-it is at the bottom of the trading range .
Anyone here that follows this stock. I have been following this stock for a few years and it definetly has had its problems(stinky pinky being one of them). So far I have never lost a penny on it. I guess my timing has always been good and I have made good money off of it(last time i bought at .03 and sold a few days later at .15). I agree it is a POS( like most of the stocks around right now), but they have really been busy this week and it is starting to look good to me again. Here is some of the happenings just this week. I am not really that good at researching stock like BB and Patsy and many others but it Might be a good time to buy a few shares and just hold. There is also the short still claiming to be in existing that we have been hearing about forever.I guess one of the main things I have always liked about this stock is the volume and the many loyal stockholders(not me)Here is a email i received on PCBM----------------------------------------------------------------Pinnacle Business Management Inc. has kicked things into gear this week!
This is the fourth consecutive day PCBM has hit it hard. Take a look
at the timeline of news and information regarding PCBM for this week:
Monday
On time filing showing an operating profit.
Tuesday
Mr. Locastro funds 1.6 Million into All Pro.
Wednesday
Company announces it has retired over 27 Million shares.
Today!!
The company announces they are going to acquire competitor King's
Automotive Group.
I believe with each new day the news has gotten even better. I believe
this probably one of the best weeks PCBM has ever had in its existance.
All of this is following quite the quiet period for the company. Seems
to me as if they have been working very hard. I believe we are very
close to hearing some news regarding Corbel. The company themselves
have said they are working hard on getting it ready to go public. I
feel they have been, and that we may be very close. All we need now is
to see this manipulated stock price situation to be taken care of. This
has been an awesome week for PCBM.

TRLT-steadily upticking .055 X .058...eom
TRLT usually bounces very well from its current price. If you look at the chart it reaches around .05 and then has a nice bounce. Looks like a good time to buy now or buy more. Here is a chart which tells the story. http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=trlt&sid=0&o_symb=trlt&f...
Thought you was out of cash a few minutes ago BB-What did you do rob your piggy bank. LOL Just kidding
For sure BB-Sometimes I wonder if the OTC is going out of buisness. Market really sucks today.
I agree BB- Hopefully it wont hurt, but at least it has some good dd included with it. At least i made MKTS look good for day - up 25% LOL
MKTS-Tested the mm's on this one-I put in order to buy a few more shares at .04 to see if they would bite and left it for about 30 minutes and then changed it to .045 and left it for awhile and still no bite. Finally changed it to .05 and got a fill on it right at close. I see pennybuster is sending out email on it today. Copy at bottom incase anyone didnt get it.

MarketCentral.net Corp. (OTC-BB: MKTS) 6401 South Boston Street,Villa - Q205 Englewood Colorado 80111 Industry, Industry segment(s) Internet Infrastructure Geographical Marketplace – North America / Europe Contact - paultaylor@marketcentral.net Executive Overview: MarketCentral.Net Corp is an Internet infrastructure company (an ‘Enabler’) and Application Service Provider (‘ASP’) based in Englewood, Colorado. The Company has been public since February 1999 and is currently trading on the OTCBB – Symbol - MKTS. MarketCentral.net implements a ‘bundled approach’ to wholesaling Internet Protocol (“IP”) components, services, dial-tone and rich-media advertising opportunities to ISP’s (‘Internet Service Providers’) Online Affinity groups and Magazines Publishers. Management has experience in finance, Telco & ISP functions and operations, Internet marketing, advertising, turnarounds, merger & acquisitions, accounting and technology integration. Management projects revenues for Y/E 2001 (five months) - $2,660,690. Management projects 160,000 subscribers by the end of Y/E 2001 (five months). Corporate Highlights: MarketCentral’s infrastructure consists of; Dial-tone, vISP functions, Rich-media advertising and a dynamic layer of Customer applications and components, which produce a combination of residual revenue streams in partnership with qualifying ISP’s, Affinity groups or Publications. (“Management classes its clients as ‘Channel Partners’”). Our Channel Partners benefit from the Company’s infrastructure, components and resulting revenue streams in a completely outsourced solution. As a by-product, ISP customers churn rates decrease. Upselling the customer dial tone further insures Customer loyalty and stabilizes the ISP’s revenue stream to the point where new Customer acquisition costs become extremely affordable. Management has contracted with all selected vendors to enable delivery of the infrastructure including; (i) All major US backbone IP Service Providers, (ii) Unique rich media advertising technology an!
d audience analysis (iii) Highly functional browser technology to promote brand and component range (vi) Unique Toolbar for a dynamic Customer experience and Channel Partner reach. MarketCentral services an increasingly urgent demand for Internet revenue sources from Channel Partners: · The Company has obtained the services of recognized leaders within the industry who have vast experience in all phases of the business. · The Company has significant pricing advantages over facilities-based ISP’s because of the nature of outsourced contracts with backbone providers and highly efficient cost controls. · Because the Company is already publicly traded, it can provide substantial future expansion without the costs of completing an initial public offering. · The Company uses its common stock as an acquisition currency. · Management represents an aggressive, diverse and talented team, which includes backgrounds in business management, accounting, finance, operations, telecommunication services, marketing and sales. Growth Strategy: Management intends to grow the Company’s asset base by investing in its Channel Partners after certain qualifications are met. The Company intends to discount a proportion of MarketCentral’s revenue to qualified Channel Partner’s in a leveraged exchange of cash for partial ownership and/or collateralized debt or equity of the Channel Partner entity. This way the Company will acquire stakes in revenue creating communities through ownership of their vISP customer base. When the business model has been validated in the USA, the Company plans to penetrate specific European markets where the opportunities for revenue share using infrastructure, rich media advertising and XML delivery methods are untested. Once validated, the Company may prove to be an attractive acquisition candidate for an IP backbone provider seeking a successful marketing facia. Financial Summary: MarketCentral.net Corp acquired FCOM, INC. on March 21st, 2001. The purchase facilitated the ability for the Company to restr!
ucture and redirect its Business Model and focus its resources on becoming a significant contributor to the development of Internet Infrastructure for ISP’s and other service providers. Management has devoted the first six months of FY2001 (the fiscal year end is December 31) on building the Management team, developing strategic partnerships, and building the required toolsets to implement the Business Plan of the Company. Management estimates revenues will be generated early in the second half of 2001, and, by fiscal year end gross revenues will total $2,660,690. Operational Income (EBIDTA) for FY2001 is estimated to be $(67,051). The Company’s projects it will be EBIDTA positive by November 2001, with an EBIDTA of $108,729. Revenues are estimated to continue to grow to $36,328,914 by the end of fiscal year 2002, with EBIDTA estimated to be $14,535,224. In Fiscal Year 2003 Revenues are estimated to be $79,133,769 with an EBIDTA of $38,743,033. ($ Million) FY2001 Proj. FY 2002 Proj. FY 2003Proj. Sales $2,660,690 $36,328,914 $79,133,769 EBIDTA (67,051) 14,525,224 38,743,033 Investment Opportunity: Management believes that the Company will acquire Channel Partnerships very economically. The failure of Internet banner advertising to produce meaningful revenues and commissions leaves ISP’s little choice but to continue to support their existing clients and to seek methods of creating additional revenue streams. Management believes that the present market conditions have produced highly oversold equity valuations for many companies in the Internet space. Management view’s this as a rare opportunity to acquire synergistical businesses both publicly traded and privately held, at highly discounted valuations.
Happy Trading!

Bought more tspn today at .035 BB- I dont see how it could go much lower than it is. Now to just play the waiting game. I am glad VICI finally started moving. Was a little worried with the pr they put out before the last one.

Email just received on ITCN-Think most of you already know all of this but figured I would post it anyway. OTC Report for Wednesday, August 15th, 2001
Possible Forward Split, 2.9M Float .05 ITCN
Date: 8/14/01 9:10:44 PM Central Daylight Time
From: StockDox2001
ITCN .045 x .06 FLOAT 2.99 MIL
INTRAC, INC.
We found this Developmental company and it seems quite interesting. In a July PR they mentioned measures to increase the stocks liquidity, including the idea of increasing the authorized outstanding shares from 20 million (currently near 10m) to almost 200 million perhaps via a forward split? If they do announce a forward split look for the stock to move accordingly. Only has a float of 2.9 million and level 2 looks poised to run with any type of large volume. Very volatile little sucker and we picked up some at .07 with hopes of a forward spit announcement! If indeed an announcement is near we feel it is best to be positioned before and not after the volume hits! :) Below is some info we found on a newsletter/website, equitymovers.com. INTRODUCING THE ACCOMMOTRAC VISION TRAINER
ITCN
INTRAC, INC.
This company was formed as a Nevada Corporation on September 6, 2000 under the name
Intrac, Inc. A development stage company that intends to manufacture and market the mini-AccommotracVision Trainer ("AVT). The mini-AVT is a patented electro-optical device that uses the scientific principle of biofeedback to teach people how to voluntarily control the ciliary, or focusing, muscle of the eye.
This type of medical instrument has been used to:
1. Help reduce nearsightedness;
2. Enhance athletic performance; and
3. Aid children with learning disabilities.
Biofeedback originated in the late 1960s as a treatment method that uses instruments to monitor and make patients aware of subconscious physiological activities. Patients watch or listen to the monitoring device to learn to control bodily processes that were once considered involuntary. Biofeedback does not belong to a particular field of healthcare, but is used in disciplines ranging from internal medicine to dentistry to physical therapy and rehabilitation. The founder and president developed the mini-AVT based on his premise that nearsightedness and farsightedness can be corrected by learning to voluntarily relax or constrict the eye's focusing muscle. The AVT is a system used to teach the patient how to voluntarily control the eye's focusing muscle to improve focusing ability.
The patient sits in a darkened room to eliminate visual distractions. A headset is worn and the patient selects which sound he or she would like to receive as a response to changes in focus. As the patient peers into the instrument, harmless infrared light is then directed into the eye and the focusing status of the eye is measured 40 times per second. As the eye changes focus, the measurements are converted to sound signals to tell the patient how successful he or she is at controlling the ciliary muscle.
For example, patients suffering from myopia, also known as nearsightedness, the alert would go higher in pitch and faster in frequency to signal that they are relaxing the focusing muscle. For patients suffering from hyperopia, or farsightedness, the tone would go lower and slower as they contract the muscle. The signals occur instantaneously after each focusing measurement. The goal of these treatments is to teach patients to regulate their own visual processes.
Dr. Joseph N. Trachtman, president of Intrac, Inc., is a pioneer in the area of vision and biofeedback research. He has over 25years of experience in the fields of research and development, marketing and sales.
Our priorities for the next 3 to 12 months of operations are:
1. Contracting a sub-manufacturer for the mini-AccommotracVision Trainer;
2. Developing a corporate Internet site;
3. Organizing and hiring a sales and management team;
4. Sending out press releases announcing our accomplishments;and
5. Forming strategic alliances to increase our customer base and to build our brand equity.
To further our business plan we have:
1.Compiled and established a database of electronics firms and product development companies in the New York Metro area, as potential sub-contractors for the new instrument. On site meetings have been made at a few companies in the New York Metro area including Mann - Horton Corp located in Englewood, NJ and Schutz Engineering located in Randolph, NJ. Some proposals for the manufacture of the product have been submitted and are currently under review by management. Management is also exploring the potential of offshore production to control costs.
2.From March 19 through March 27, 2001, held meetings in the Ukraine with over one hundred doctors interested in our technology, and are currently in negotiations with Mr. Edward Sartan, CEO of Tardepoint Commodities B.V., a Ukrainian manufacturing and distribution company.
3.Begun a marketing strategy that includes:A. Negotiating a contract with the New York City Board of Education to apply our technology to children with readingdisabilities.B.Negotiating with Wagner College to set up a graduate course in a new field of study known as Sports Science. This would provide visibility for our product and technology.

Anyone in on the ISOF 3 for 1 forward split
ttrif moving nicely on news today- I never liked it because of the large float but i picked up some shares this morning at .0048 just for a quickie. Now at .006
Just picked up some TSPN at .06-looks like a good price to me.
Picked up a few shares of mkts at .055-Looks like a bottom to me. Hopefully
Hello everyone-Been laying low for awhile waiting until the pennies looked a little more stable to play the market. Had other business I was working on. Looks to me like there are more pennies starting to move. ( Maybe because they are all so low there is no other way to go.LOL) Just wanted to let everyone know that IMO this is the best place to find the quickest and safest moving stocks. I started buying last week just from some of you guys picks and made 50% profit last week. Would be nice if every week would work like that but after the last year we all know better. Hopefully I will be much more carefull in the future trading. Keep sending those wise tips everyone so we can all hopefully get rich someday.
Tough market- getting harder and harder to make a dollar. I keep telling myself it has to get better soon, but i am starting to wonder. Anyone else getting rich these days.
The 5 for 1 split will increase the number of outstanding shares of the company's common stock to 65,439,285, compared to 13,087,285 as of Jan. 9, 2001.
Shareholders of record of the company's common stock on Feb. 15, 2001 will be entitled to receive the additional shares issued in connection with the stock split and the company anticipates that the additional shares will be reflected on the books and records of the transfer company on or before Feb. 28, 2001.
BBAN has sure been moving since the news. Anyone here with a crystal ball to tell me if it is going to keep going. Had a high of over $12.00 which means it could keep going. Looks like it has passed all the resistance levels by far. Looks good to me but who knows in this market.I bought in earlier today but will be quick to bail out if it goes south on me.
I sure thought it would have run nicely after the news came out but instead it went the other way. I guess it is one of those buy the rumor and sell the fact kind of deals. I am keeping my eye on it for a few days.
any thoughts on the cmix 50/1 forward split that was just announced
I loaded up on it today bb after i saw your post and saw it was moving. Maybe it will take off tomorrow since it did so well today. Looks like a steal under .02 to me. Seems like it is starting to get a lot more interest. Here is a post off of rb that looks very good too.By: UkInvestor $$$$

This company DOES have problems that you should be aware of. As a long term stock holder, I am not happy with the content of some previous PR's which could be described as simply UNTRUE. The management have a lot of work to do to win back my (and other longs) trust. With that said, the fundamentals of this company are excellent and the gamble here is that management turn this company around - it has the potential to be one of the most successful OTC plays for 2001. I believe the chance of success to be high which is why i've backed this GAMBLE with over 3,000,000 shares. There you have it, i'm just being HONEST.

Regarding pmlk and other stocks with little or no volume. When you decide to sell do the mm's also do you the same way by giving you a partial fill and then moving the bid down again . Or do they not fill you if there is no one to buy it. I was just wondering because i bought a stock a week or so ago with little volume and decided to sell it the next day and put in an order to sell the stock at the bid they had listed and never got a fill so i changed it too sell at market. This was in the morning and i never did get a fill that day. That is why i am very slow at jumping in the ones with no volume.
Acen and Valh both looking pretty good right now. Acen is back down to where it usually bottoms out and it has some very good things in the fire right now. Should be a safe level to accumilate from here. Also I bought in Valh today at the end of the day. Hoping the earnings due out in a couple of days will get it moving.
SKGV- Keeping my fingers crossed here-MM's act like they wanna let it go if the volume will come in. Hopefully it will go up enough for me to break even.
That is what i am hoping also. I am not doing as bad as some folks on this stock because i bought in at .07 and sold at .11
But then crazy me had to go and buy back in at .06 (thinking it was the bottom) and again at .035 (to average down) I hate to take the loss so i am going to stick it out for about another month and see if we can get any kind of rally. I am thinking about buying more at .022 but i havent decided yet. Hate to dig myself in too deep.Well good luck to everyone left in it and I hope the ones who got out did not lose too much of their profit (If they have any left from last year)
Patsy here is a post concerning skgv from rb. Incase you havent seen it. I dont know if it is all true or not but figured i would share it with you and see what you thought about it. Here is the post. By: Roadkills $$$

Good- now we just need patsy to interpet it for us. I am still holding my breath and shares on this one. In at .06 and .038 so far. Maybe this will help. Seems to have moved a little today.
I agree BB. I think the stock will probably do good tomorrow but then i expect it to fall back down. Tomorrow i am thinking about getting some of the one you mentioned-ufsi or maybe okok. Both of them are pretty close to the low. OKOK doesnt have any recent news and the last pr on May 18th didnt look good at all, but i think it will probably move up for a few days. Seems like energy company should be doing good right now the way things are right now, so i think it is due for a good pop. Just havent decided which one to get in yet. I will look at it after the market opens tomorrow. Thanks for the advice.
IlikeBB what do you think about the news from iftp today. I have stayed away from this one after i got out with a nice profit on the first run. I didnt like all the share increasing and talk of the reverse splits. Looks like it is getting a lot of attention today. It may be good for a few bucks after todays news. I dont have any as of yet.
Right now MJXC is looking good to me. It looks like it is following the same pattern that dvdt did. It had 17 times the volume today of a normal stock. It is close to the 52 week low. It had news today and a good writeup on otcbb (see below). Looks like all the ingredients of a good run to me. Does anyone see it any differently. Normally I would sell for a quicker profit, but the otc is getting much more stability right now. I lost a lot of money by selling dvdt too quick but I got a 50% profit in about an hour. Guess I just got to nervous after the last few bad months. From what i hear Level2 looks very good also on mjxc at this time. Here is the writing from otcbb today.
The Majestic Companies, Ltd. (MJXC: .031), a holding company operating two wholly-owned
subsidiaries that specialize in the design and manufacture of transportation
safety equipment and relocatable modular buildings, today announced that Ms.
Charla Little has joined the Company as National Sales Manager to execute sales
and marketing initiatives for the SAFE-T-BAR(TM) campaign. Chairman and CEO of
The Majestic Companies, Francis A. Zubrowski, said, "Ms. Little brings more than
21 years experience in the education sector. She has an exceptional track record
developing nationwide distribution for start-up divisions, and was recently responsible
for managing a start-up nationwide campaign that produced $240 million in sales
in 11 months." Charla Little, National Sales Manager, said, "I have been following
the development of the Company's revolutionary safety restraint for over a year. The
SAFE-T-BAR(TM) enhances compartmentalization and is surprisingly affordable.
Since coming on board, I have demonstrated the Majestic school bus, outfitted
with the SAFE-T-BAR, to eight school districts in Kern County, CA. The reception
from district administrators, bus drivers, children and parents has been tremendous.
I envision the SAFE-T-BAR as becoming the standard in the school bus occupant
restraint industry." MJXC closed up .008 on huge volume of 16,980,800 shares.
Average daily volume is 1,300,000 shares.
Thanks bb- I picked up some of it today.
The mm took awhile to fill it. I only got filled for 40,000 shares.
Sounds good patsy
I started to buy some more shares today. Everytime i think it cant possible go anymore then it drops even more with great news. I guess i will wait on buying more. Do you by any chance know what the float is on this stock now. I didnt think it was a large float stock but the trading pattern sure acts like one. Thanks for staying on top of it.
Anyone else get this email on ITVI
I received it today and was just looking at it. The numbers look pretty good to me, but it looks like it is stuck in a trading range right now. (Mostly between the bid and ask) It may would do better if it didnt have such a spread on it. Right now the bid is 1.28 and the ask is 1.43. I was just mentioning it incase anyone wants to keep an eye on it, like i plan on doing. Looks like the low on it is about 1.25, so it shouldnt have much downside risk. If it breaks out above around 1 5/8 I may be a buyer. Here is a copy of the email i received below.<center>Dear investors,</center>
INTERNET VENTURE GROUP has huge days coming up, and will probably hit $4 next week as they just acquired a FORBES 500 listed (#331) private company with 900 MILLION DOLLARS IN REVENUES !
(Read more about it at http://ITVI.trading.net !!!)
With this kind of revenue the shareprice is totally undervalued, and should see an strong upward correction as more people become aware of ITVI.
We expect ITVI to release great news in the coming weeks and month. ITVI has huge revenues, great upside potential and practically no downside risk. Buying ITVI is investing in a wide basket of strategic e-commerce industries and hyper-growth markets. Open the following link to a very good investors start page on this company.

We believe that the worst is over for the OTCBB market, which was hit hard the last 9 months. We again begin to see many OTCBB stocks making 30-40% gains in one to two days something that we have not seen in many months.

ITVI has a short term target of $4 and a long term target of $10
Dont know what's up with ivoc, but it sure has been rocking the last few days. Picked up a few today at .24
