Think of it as seller financing. The seller allows you to make payments over time to purchase the business. This payment would normally be paid from the current profits the business has. It can be the best financial choice for all involved. I personally have bought and sold two businesses this way.
The current owners could be at their height of what they can do with the business and need someone else to take over and grow it. It might be better for them to sell now rather than let it dwindle down to nothing over the next few years and have nothing to sell.
How will NSAV pay for acquisitions?
PR on 3/28 stated the following...
"Further, although the Company's business model is growth by acquisition, the desire of NSAV is not to dilute its shareholders when making acquisitions. The Company's vision is to pay for its acquisitions out of the earnings of the companies it acquires."
New tweet from of CEO
A short break between meetings. Just finished a meeting for the 8-K's. Fine tuning a few points. Multiple 8-K's guaranteed this week.
Looks like some info coming soon. CEO just tweeted this....
"Chinese company has revenues and is profitable. You might be surprised. Will release their numbers in a Tweet or press release. Thank you."
Back to back acquisition meetings this morning per our CEO. Woohoo!!!
Funny, thought the same thing today.
Nice Video!!
Agreed, chart is setting up nicely with higher lows.
Would love our CEO to get the financials current this week and remove the stop sign allowing all brokers to buy. Around 40% of brokers won't allow it until we get current. He is working on it.
These could be the cheapest prices for shares right now and I expect it to be much higher by weeks end.
Progress continues.
@NSAV_MJTechCo
For those that don't have Twitter, here are today's tweets from our CEO.
9:56am
Dear NSAV shareholders, the 10% dividend is not dilution, as management owns no shares. The dividend is all for the public. My guaranty.
9:58am
Dear NSAV shareholders, the rumors that the dividend is dilution and only the management will benefit are 100% false. My promise to you all.
10:03 am
Remember the past two weeks and the false rumors of major dilution and management was dumping shares. Transfer agent confirmed all false.
10:07am
If I make solid acquisitions, the value of NSAV will increase and the 10% dividend shares could become very valuable. I work 100% for that.
10:10am
I encourage and welcome your Tweets and emails on the 10% dividend of NSAV shares. As always, I want to know what you think. NSAV is yours.
10:18am
As stated, my goal is to spin off NSAV divisions into separate public companies. All NSAV shareholders receive the spin off public shares.
10:20am
Spinning off NSAV divisions into separate public companies is a double win for all shareholders. I've done it many times in my 22 years.
Why not email him your concerns. He welcomes all comments and very responsive to questions asked.

New CEO Tweet just now.

Below is a write-up I found while doing additional DD today. I posted this earlier but feel it's worth posting again.

Shows things are progressing forward with KPE & now a new partner Interstate Treating, Inc. to start the build out process of our new refinery. Seems like this is indeed being fast tracked.
Specifically, the paragraph at the end of the article..."KPE also confirmed that it plans to subcontract with Interstate Treating, Inc./RAMA Fabrication Inc. to engineer and fabricate vessels and process modules for the refinery."
These articles were nice to see as well - all dated yesterday:

TAXES ON LONG/SHORT TERM GAINS...
A lot of tax questions due to gains in MMEX. Love it!
Best to hold over 1 year to reduce taxes.
IMO, the capital gains taxes are calculated as follows ...
Reduced 15% capital gains tax applies for long term capital gains (held over 1 year) as long as you are under the 39.6% tax bracket (39.6% is the highest tax bracket for anyone earning over $418,400). If you are in the 39.6% tax bracket, 20% long term capital gains tax will apply.
With MMEX, who knows how much you may end up making in 2017 and beyond so earning more than $418,400 in a given year needs to be considered if you sell your shares within a year of purchasing.
Otherwise, short term capital gains (held under 1 year) are taxed as ordinary income tax rates and vary according to your tax bracket. 10% - 39.5%. Therefore, more taxes will have to be paid when compared to 15% or 20% in taxes for shares held over 1 year as described above.
I got lucky and decided to invest this in my Roth IRA. No tax issues for me. Plus I plan on holding my shares for a while (18 months or so to see how the build out progresses). I'm not one to predict share prices especially one that has a valuation in the works, but I do believe this is a great time to be invested in MMEX and todays prices may well be incredibly low when we look back in a month or so.
Invest wisely and accordingly and don't forget the tax man. Sucks, but that's the way it is. Maybe Trump will change this down the road. IMO, best to buy long... go long... and watch your account grown exponentially in MMEX. Pay capital gains tax down the road at the lowest rate possible (after 1 year of holding).

Not sure if anyone posted this yet.
Looks like our partner KPE is already working on the subcontracting.
"KPE also confirmed that it plans to subcontract with Interstate Treating, Inc./RAMA Fabrication Inc. to engineer and fabricate vessels and process modules for the refinery."
While you have good concerns, let's think about this some more.
I have bought and sold companies in the past. A smart buyer will acquire a business that has revenues and more importantly profits (cash flow). Let's say a business is bought for $600k and generating $200k in cash flow. A smart arrangement would be for the buyer to pay the seller $200k per year from the cash flow the business is generating over 3 years or so to pay for the business (seller financing). No debt or dilution needed. Even if you have to dilute some to assist in the acquisitions, you could buy back the shares down the road with the cash flow generated. Cash flow is key to making this work. Then you do this again and again to acquire more businesses. Perfect growth plan. Albeit easier said than done.
Gotta love the fact that shares have been reduced 2.5b with a possible 2.5b reduction down the road. Still left with a lot of shares but no doubt heading in the right direction. The CEO could have easily just used these shares now to acquire but he seems to know exactly what to do. IMO
Will do!
Getting financials current is key whether they are zero or negative. Remove stop sign and allow all brokers to invest.
Step by step the CEO is making major changes. Read the news. Revenues and acquisitions with revenues is what we are all banking on here. This company is changing dramatically. Ground floor prices IMO. If you hold your investment for a bit, it should pay off nicely.
Totally agree, new CEO and business plan changes everything. Old charts really don't apply here. Almost like a startup or IPO at this point. Future acquisitions/revenue are key to long term plans. CEO so far has been tremendous for shareholders and I like where this is all going ... a lot! Future dividends? Wow!
Love how these trips move out of the $0.0001 to $0.0004 range. Once it starts hitting $0.0006 and beyond it then becomes more of an investment and the flippers (which I have flipped many over the years) are less flipping for a 25% to 75% gain in one tick. Nothing wrong with taking profits but after this level of $0.0006, the percentage change in ticks are less and more "investors" come in to replace some flippers. I don't post much as you can see but this one is worth the investment IMO.
Seems like a good time to get involved with this company. Total turnaround. I also have a vacation home in the Poconos so I'll be monitoring their progress and let you guys know if anything is worth posting for our DD or if we need a drive by to see how things are progressing let me know. I plan to be here for the long haul. Have a nice amount of shares at $0.0003.
Have a great weekend everyone and looking forward to next week!
