When do you think we will get some commentary from Tom Smith? I am beyond interested to get his take on the great strides being made by DKGR and his fellow "All-Star Management Team".
The "new funder" is Greg Smith - father of Clayton Tim Smith IMO. If they are able to unload enough free 144 shares, maybe they will pump a little of that dough into a stripper well or two for DKGR.
But..with this lack of bid support now, they may need to fall back on that one word in the PR - "intends".
New DKGR employees may not actually know Clayton Smith. They do; however, know Tim Smith and Tom Smith very well.
He has been spending way too much time changing first names every couple months to run a proper oil scam.
The question surrounding DKGR shouldn't be how much oil will be pumped, but instead when will the next Clayton Smith name change occur and what will that name be?
T. Boone Smith???????????????????????
DKGR to da moon!!!
Clayton Timothy Smith was a bit cash strapped before reviving DKGR - thus the even sloppier than normal pump. In his true fashion, CTS will work every free online medium to the max and probably post some pictures and quotes from T. Boone Pickens.
I would love to see a meeting at DKGR headquarters or down in the Brazos funding office with Clayton Tim and T. Boone.
Clay would probably even throw on the old skin-tight TNOG polo for the event!
Mark this post - coming soon will be a PR about a "Reverse Merger" with some oil company nobody has ever heard of. Likely will also have a cubicle in the Brazos suite.
They are sloppier this round than usual though. The suite on Brazos down in Austin might as well be advertised as home to the Smith Family Reunion 2012.
Peter will bring the cold cuts.
Usually Clayton at least rents a new office space/Fed Ex box for his legendary "Funders".
Real Resources is nothing more than a real scam.
DKGR to da moon!
My guess would be if you were to invite both Tom Smith of DKGR and Clayton Tim Smith to dinner, it would be quite funny.
Either Tom or Clayton Tim would sit down and say the other is running a little late. Tom or Clayton would get up to use the restroom, put on a fake mustache and return as the other Smith.
That video would go viral in Youtube faster than the DKGR oil starts gushing!
First - Clayton is a brilliant salesman. Just look at the number of people he has on this board alone buying into all this crap. He continues to thrive on the naive.
Every person who buys a single share of DKGR should have a conversation with Clayton Tim Smith. He will easily convince you to buy more.
People have certainly made money on this during the run in the past couple months. No doubt about it. But the Smith's always make more.
Their shares are free. You buy yours before you sell.
To your question - Clayton is the salesman. Greg Smith (father) is the puppet master pulling all the strings. Tons of different LLCs, and "trading companies" hide all the transactions.
Clayton Tim Smith is a very intelligent man. If he would use his knowledge and skills to actually try and build a legit company, he would probably do well. But much like many before him, Clayton has become a slave to the easy money of printing pink sheet shares.
DKGR, RRRI (GSRE, TNOG), BCME (AEOH)........they are all the same. Hyped up to become great oil producing companies. Do some research on all and you will see they are one in the same.
This is the address information for Petro Lucre - an LLC operated by Clayton Tim Smith and his former partner John Mink. Oddly enough, this is the SAME address now used by "Real Resources"......
Petro Lucre, Inc.
John Mink
815 Brazos St. - Ste 500
Austin, Texas 78701

Another piece to the puzzle!
Keep digging folks.....It's all right there in front of you.
DKGR to da moon!
Everyone needs to do some research into Real Resource Fund. You may find a gentleman named Greg Smith heavily involved. Greg Smith is the father of Clayton Tim Smith.
Keep putting the pieces together.
The puzzle will be grand enough to hang on even the biggest and brightest of walls.
DKGR to da moon!
Stay tuned....many more laughs to come before they jump ship!
DKGR fans are in for quite an entertaining spring/summer season.
The state crew has always had some passive interest into the Smith clan and its activities.
You are right about the SEC not caring.
Would love to be a fly on the wall in the room if the Oregon regulators requested an in-person meeting with "Tom" Smith.
Wonder if Clayton Tim has another name change in him, or if he would send in a ringer.
DKGR to da moon and BEYOND!
The last name is Smith...........
Put the pieces together and you will have a stunning puzzle to look at.
Clayton Tim Smith is actually very brilliant at getting these things moving.
Does he operate with integrity? No.
Will DKGR ever sell any oil? No.
But the stock will move for those who want to get in and out until Clayton moves on to his next project.
It's quite a tangled web that no one single person could ever get to the core of - but he's there.
He's always there!
Is Clayton Smith still really Clayton Smith if he now goes by Tim Smith?
Or does the new name give way to a new direction for the young man?
DKGR to da moon!
I am long 42 million shares on this one. Have to believe they spent the money to attain current status for more than just dumping about 10k worth of shares at .0001 and under.
That .0022 support seems to be gone. What is up with this bidwhacking folks? Always blows my mind to see people sell at the bid on a solid company that has blue skies ahead.
This one is still incredibly undervalued. Buys at these levels stand to triple easily. Scott is doing all the right things and with absolute transparency IMO
.55x.61 tightenting up a bit here. Interesting.
This is looking great. With oil prices where they are, and the incredible share structure on this one - looking better and better guys!
This company is very solid Windough. Very attractive share structure, experienced management and producing wells. You would do fine buying at the ask for that matter. GLTA!
