Not really sure the SEC is even interested here.
OTC is a tough place to be. Overlooked by the large investor preyed on by MM, shorts and retail swing traders.
That's a good healthy increase
Picked up a few at .101
marked
They'll probably dump as soon as they can after working so hard to build a company.
I am not name calling just labeling your comment regarding R/S.
Your R/S outcome is what I call a fallacy ad ignorantiam
The shares worth $700000
I was baffled by the decision to sell. Even Dr Penny Stack was scratching head
Sorry to hear that John. I hope you didn't suffer any injury.
Well said. Some just can't see the forest through the trees
The C5 is such a bargain. Get a lot of car for the money. I had a 2002 Z06. 400 hp 400 torque. Bought it used . Such a fun car. These are crazy cheap right now.
Oh man funny
Up for sale doesn't matter. Cash account cannot borrow. Margin youll have to call your broker
Well I hope they are finished sucking the like out of this. Me thinks it ain't done.
I still have much to learn. Even the strongest OTC security succumbs to the quagmire that makes up the OTC.
I sold some but not enough. Thought this would consolidate around .15 to .10
Definitely manipulation today. Saw many many 10k sells
Not all his shares but a more balance no
That one investor needs to look past the fact there is one controlling shareholder. To me this is a big deal. Armon needs to give up his controlling stake moving them to non voting shares.
40 mil share give out was reckless. Should have administered them on a quarterly basis
The wicked will dance around my corpse but my soul will rise to the heavens.
On paper yes but the will the nature of the OTC allow such an evaluation? So far and as expected this company is being played.
40 Million. That's half the OS count of my other medical stock.
You know you 2m shares was worth 500,000 at the all time high. You sold for 36k. I'd be pissed. Couldn't figure out why ya sold so soon.
I'll pile on then
A fair valuation is what I'd look for after the RS. Post split resulting in an inflated SP will destroy shareholder value.
Reverse split right now would spell certain pain to shareholders. You'd most likely see an immediate decline in share price. Now that would suck, traders coming in on the cheap after longs holding for so many years.
1/50 that's seems extreme to me. No way of knowing really at this point in time.
Or both ways
First tranche was paid with shares and cash
Company needs working capital for expansion. I think it's safe to say it's truly for expansion unlike most OTC that dilute to survive.
It's the NY presentation.
At least .50
That's a whole lot of money. bad timing in share issuance since the sp was in the dumps then
It's a race to $1.00. Who will win, dilution or SP?
Let's hope it's higher than twenty when the time comes
LOL appreciate that the company hold sconference calls. Not many OTC companies are this candid.
I still don't think they do. I'm in a company with 40 mil. Revs growing yoy with 70mil Os and no tutes.
