Can You Imagine Selling Products in your Business and Putting a National Retailer Logo on your Menu and Building. Having Customers Thinking That the Hamburger, Pizza, Chicken, or Taco is Coming From The Business Logo you indicated. Also not paying a Franchise

How Long would you Think That Business would stay Open.
I wasn't There, When UPZS received The $100,000 Franchise Fee.
But The Franchise Agreement states:
INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE $100,000
EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES $35,900 – $49,200
LEASEHOLD & FIXTURES $13,400 – $24,700
WORKING CAPITAL $2,000 – $5,000
INVENTORY $2,500
The initial term is ten years with renewal on a two to five year term basis.
There is a $1,000 additional fee for renewal.
Ongoing fees are a weekly royalty fee of 5% of gross sales and an advertising fee of 3% of monthly gross sales.
The Company Logo inside the Building on The wall indicates a Franchise Fee was Paid.
Also UPZS Franchise Logo on the Outside of the Building.
Then With UPZS Name on the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage License
Stating Doing Business as "UNIQUE PIZZA BREWHOUSE"
also the Press release stating a Master Franchise Agreement.
