I invest based off of fundamentals, I trade off technicals. To not pay attention to both could lead to missed opportunities. Fundamentally, $ACOL is stronger than ever with increasing sales and newly acquired intellectual properties. Technically, it's oversold and heading to a bb pincher set up. All clear signs to buy, imo.

Yes sales not shares. Apologies over the confusion, but the rest of the post referenced $ACOL sales for the year, how they are increasing, how that increase is shown on the 10Q, and how Canadian LP's are ordering and re-ordering the MedTainer.
So, to sell because of the share structure..... It's changed very little since whenever bought and management still holds nearly 3/4 of the outstanding. Yes, shares have been added throughout the years, and monies generated have gone back into the business. That's what publicly traded companies do.
To say sales aren't increasing when every indication says they are, is curious. Just in the last press release, the opening statement states just that. "CORONA, Calif., July 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Acology Inc. (OTCMARKETS:ACOL) announced today that orders for its signature product, the MedTainer™, continue to increase beyond the record pace set for the same quarter last year."
I included a graph showing full year sales, and how they have only increased every year. Hope that helps.

I disagree. I have the same OtterBox, and I've had it release a smell. They don't make the claim to be smell proof, just airtight. The MedTainer makes the claim and can prove it.
Bringing manufacturing in house is going to cut costs and increase margins.
$ACOL
Some good points, but....the OtterBox is not smell proof. Not even close, but I do like that it's waterproof. As for size of the MedTainer, there's a 40 dram MedTainer for larger capacity, and now that they have the patent, they can play around with bigger sizes if they choose.
Lastly, what I believe ACOL is shooting for is being the hard plastic container of choice for licensed producers. Meaning, the cost would be built into the price, and those LP's looking to differentiate their product from others through a quality angle, would be smart to use multifunctional packaging such as the MedTainer.

A year or two ago I was interested in becoming a wholesaler for the MedTainer in my area. I focused on a 60 mile radius from where I live. I went to all the major head shops within that 60 miles and guess what, they all had the MedTainer already! So, I didn't become a wholesaler, I just invested more! $ACOL
Nice! It's a great story about a great product. $ACOL
Official date, October 17, 2018 for legalization. $ACOL
I understand how most penny players feel about shares being added and management that's scum. History shows it's not the case here. Sure shares have been added throughout the years, but that's why companies go public, access to funds. ACOL has done nothing but productive things with any capital raises they've had in the past, and I'm confident they are doing something productive with these funds. Hopefully there will be a press release tomorrow that clears things up for investors.

Adding 1% worries you, especially if they are for manufacturing machinery? No worries here, those shares will allow $ACOL to increase margin and bring more home to the bottom line. $$$$
"Remarks:
Note 1. These are shares that were unsold from prior 52,000,000 shares that were subject of a prior Form 144
Note 2. Shares were sold in 19 transactions between March 23 and June 6, 2018"
19 Transactions....down payments for production parts and pieces, and now paying the balance upon delivery?

And the molds!

My guess is equipment to start making MedTainers in house. Cutting out the cost of third party production and increasing margins. $ACOL

"This follows several other Canadian LP orders in the last month and reflects the run-up to the successful vote in the Canadian legislature to legalize cannabis for recreational use."

Welcome mojo...shake n' bake! $ACOL
CORONA, Calif., June 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Acology Inc. (OTCMARKETS:ACOL) announced today that Organigram Holdings Inc. (US-OTC:OGRMF) has renewed another order for Acology’s signature product, the MedTainer™, which will be custom printed for the Canadian LP and equipped with Acology’s MedX 2-way humidity packs. This follows several other Canadian LP orders in the last month and reflects the run-up to the successful vote in the Canadian legislature to legalize cannabis for recreational use. Acology, having completed and submitted applications to each Canadian provincial authority delegated to adopt and enforce packaging compliance, is now finalizing steps in several provinces to serve as a primary retail package for legal cannabis in those provinces.
There will be a refractive period of at least 14 weeks before the Canadian market can be fully operational, as there are several legislative hurdles still to jump and Ottawa cautiously moves to full licensing and operation. This means that there are still decisions to be made when it comes to packaging. Acology has and continues to position itself throughout this process as the preferred retail packaging system for most, if not the entire, Canadian market. The Medtainer fits all Canadian safety, labeling and content parameters perfectly and is the only patented multi-functional container on the market. Acology continues to aggressively market its’ products in developing markets world-wide and anticipates what compliant packaging would be once the US becomes a retail cannabis market.
Another reason I think this 8K is good for shareholders, is the restrictions within it. Versus going to toxic financing, where Acology cuts a deal for x amount in cash for x amount of shares with little to no restrictions and often given at a 40 to 60% discount to current share price, versus a six-month restriction followed by the stipulation of only being able to sell 1/16th a quarter, says to me that the sellar is not interested in liquidating shares immediately. Rather it indicates that he is willing to give a Acology the time to build their business and increase sales as he has witnessed for multiple years.
Also another plus for shareholders, I think but am not positive, is that being a 5% shareholder he will have to file when he sells.
$ACOL
There's emotion there for sure, we're all guilty of it. Whether it's $1,000 it $100,000 invested here, we all want to see that capital grow, but timelines for that growth can be very different. Some may want immediate gratification and seeing shares added to the float bothers them and their shrter term goals. Some have a longer term outlook, and see the shares issued as adding value to their investment. No doubt, owning the patents plus the molds, the ability to cut production costs by moving them in house and increasing the margin on a product that commands a lion's share of sales, is a good move for the company.
$ACOL
Patents, molds, and the ability to become their own manufacturer. All really good things if you have a long term outlook. The shares are restricted and once off restrictions, he can only sell 1/16th per qtr. The the shares were sold to the previous patent holder who also was the manufacturer. I think it's a good thing for investors because the man has seen the increase in sales since 2013, and I'm betting that he holds onto shares. The other interesting thing it allows, is that being a wholly-owned manufacturer, once they get that up and running, and holding the patents, they become a potential takeover Target for a company that is looking to bring more businesses in house. Exactly what Aurora Cannabis has been doing.
We've known about this since the beginning of May, the latest filing was mostly due to a patent being reissued and some small verbage being changed in the document. Talks of reverse splits at this time is a bit foolish in my opinion, with the directors of the company owning three quarters of the shares outstanding I don't believe that they would do a reverse split unless it was from a position of strong strength.
All imo
