Yes, it would.
Maybe it could be Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce!!!
Here was the reasoning. Why re-list a stock and the company not have revenue to support it. The view was taken to invest in wells, give the company a carry and let the company grow and stock support itself. Its about building value, not re-listing a worthless stock that can't support itself.
I think the plan is to re-list. SE and everyone that I've ever spoke to says it's the plan. The only money flying around is from Gusher Club members to fund wells. The revenue from the new wells has not started yet. So in effect the company has no income yet.
He has over 40 million shares.
Well, we are about to see what character the management has or is made up of. Revenue will soon be flowing into the company. Will the stock get re-listed? Will revenue earned be reinvested smartly back into other Devon operated wells? Or... Will overrides, paid for by gushers investors, be issued to the crony friends and officers? This is what I'm wanting to see. I mean, the insiders already issued themselves 140 million preferred shares. If they do the right thing and build the company, that will give them more money than they would ever know what to do with. Just with the preferred's. Or... Will they take the preferred's and all the inside crony's give themselves an override paid for by investors.. We shall see. How soon will greed raise it's ugly head? Will they be happy with a fist full of dollars or will they build a great company? These type of actions will tell me everything that I will need to know about how the management thinks. Will they think like two bit promoters or like real management?
They have a second chance at building a great little oil company. Will they? Or... Will they destroy investor wealth and value, like has been done in the past? I don't know. Huge potential here for sure.
The billion dollar question's are... Do they have what it takes to make it happen? Does the management really want to make it happen? Will they treat investors the right way or screw them to the wall?
Danny boy is sitting at precisely the right spot, at the right time, with the right people. He can build enormous wealth for himself, his family and others. Do amazing things for charities, schools and foundations. Make a name in the industry for himself. Does he know this? Will he seize the moment? Will he develop into a leader? Will he realize his destiny? - OR - Will he and his crony's suck the hind tit dry before anything is ever built?
The suspense is killing me!!
It is something to think about for sure.
HERO OR ZERO!!
Very well said!! That is very, very true. The shame of it is, I'm not sure management wants to give credit where credit is due. He has put over 50 investors into the Gusher Club and a quarter of them are of "heavy hitter" status. (100 million to billion plus net worth's)
I can promise you one thing. If Superior figures out what they have and how to treat these people, this company will never have to look for another penny. If they don't they will never get another penny from this group. It is that simple.
SE told me recently. The Saturn 5 rocket is on the launch pad. Will they have liftoff or will they blow it up on the launch pad?? That is the billion dollar question. We will find out shortly, just what caliber of management team Superior really has.
Dan Lloyd Jr. is setting in a very precarious position. Will he make the right moves, do the right things and build a monster of a company?? Or will the oil field promoter come out in him and the whole deal blows up for a fistful of dollars for him and his crony's? This is his defining moment. I hope he understands that. Will he rise to the top or blow the opportunity and look like a fool for years to come?
Hero or Zero??
We will find out over the next year.
I agree! SE has told us his feelings about doing a reasonable reverse split, but only if the asset base and revenue is expanding. I wish we could or he would allow us to try to vote him on the board of Superior. He is the sharpest person that I know about the E&P business and his track record of value creation speaks for itself.
Yes, the participants in sections 12 and 13 were issued division orders from Devon to receive there share of payment from the oil and gas produced. Superior put a freeze on them because of some errors on Superiors part. Seems directors and insiders are being cut in for a portion of production that we investors paid for on Superiors benefit. JRT could explain it better than that. I'm totally disgusted by this behavior. I thought we had a good thing going here, seems like Superiors management wants to blow it all up. They were sent emails about this and did not respond at this time.
Exactly. We shareholders have been patient enough with management. I say we get an attorney and have some things checked out. After all, aren't theses shareholder assets?? Am I looking at this correctly?? The stock got revoked, the division orders from Devon are screwed up and now assets might be getting transferred out of Superior. These guys certainly do seem to know how to destroy value.
We need to stop this cold. Can you help? This smells to high heaven..
SE is connected to a very high powered Oklahoma attorney. I think we need to contact him and see what we need to do.
I think Cactus is a Dan Lloyd Jr. enterprise. I just saw where it looks like assets may have been transferred out of Superior to Cactus. Did you see this JRT?? This concerns me. Is this legal?? This management team seems somewhat questionable to me.
The shares were sold on the open market. They gave up on Superiors management team and the company. The members of the GUSHER CLUB have in their control over 100,000,000 shares.
I believe that you just hit the nail squarely on the head.
NONE! ZERO! ZILTCH! NADA! THEY TOTALLY LIQUIDATED!
LOL! Well, as most here, I'm not really qualified to issue stock forecast prices or trading ranges. I'm a retired petroleum engineer of 46 yrs with Chevron and Amoco. I can tell you about oil though.
I agree with you Junk! Superior's management is the only possible fly in the ointment as I see it. Lets hope they don't revert back into the wealth destructors that they were before. The rest is all good.
I agree. When re-listed,this has the potential to run really hard. I don't think a dollar is out of the question initially.
About 20 of them are possible at this time. Could be a few more or a few less. Best estimate.
I agree! There is tremendous upside to be had here. I'm getting ready to participate in three more wells myself. They are great investments as far as I can tell.
They have 24,000 acres plus or minus a few that are being held by a third party. I have also been told they have a farm in agreement for 25 sections in Logan County Oklahoma.
A lot is owed to a common friend who has worked his tail off to make this happen.
That is correct Junk the recent spacing that Devon did is not reflected in the well count on the website. As it stands right now Devon is proposing 4 wells in the Miss, 4 wells in the woodford and 4 wells in the Hunton per section. So, do the math. There are 5 sections drilled, the sixth is drilling now and 9 more to drill.
5+1+9= 15 SECTIONS with 12 wells per section = 180 wells at this time to be drilled... Things are already past what the website has listed. I am invested in these wells, so I know what I'm talking about.
There are 206 million and change outstanding and 10 million preferred that the insiders hold.
NO NEW SHARES HAVE BEEN ISSUED.. EVERYTHING IS THE SAME FROM THE LAST FILED 10K.
The business plan and model is flawless.
Superior is taking advantage of Oklahoma state pooling laws.. SE calls it the Panhandle Oil ans Gas business model. No lease expense to the company, no seismic or geology expense, no exposure to risk, low operating costs and only drilling proved reserves with world class operators with exposure to many wells. The private equity investors handle the risk exposure and carry Superior forward. This has basically become more of an energy fund than a traditional oil company. It is merely harvesting cash with very little expense.. Think about it.
There has been no new shares issued to this point. It was done with all private capital.
There is 1 guy on this board who could possibly answer that question and it's not me. With so much going on, I don't know how one could actually come up with a value. I can say with certainty, it is above .25 cents LMAO!!!
This is a low risk, low overhead, money generating machine. As you can tell, I'm excited!!
You are correct my friend!!
Another point I will make is... As Superior's revenues increase, Superior itself, will be able to take larger and larger pieces of individual wells with the likes of Devon Energy, Range Resources, Chapperal Energy, Slawson Exploration, SandRidge Energy, Continental Resources, Sundance Energy and RedFork...
Superior is setting at exactly the right place, at the right time, with the right people guiding the company and with the right operators. This business model is a revenue generating machine.
We are officially off to the races! I think when this re-lists it almost be like an IPO. There have been so many major changes over the last year. Could it be a blessing in disguise that through revocation we were forced to hold while the company was being built? Something to think about.
I can also update that. Superior's Gushers Club has funded the 6th well and Devon is currently drilling it as I am posting this. Superior currently has 9 other sections that are being spaced and pooled at this time and are accepting investment. These nine sections with Devon will give Superior exposure to 108 new Devon Horizontal wells. It is my understanding that these initial 8 wells will all be drilled this summer. This gives Superior a total of 180 Devon wells over 15 sections.
I also heard, but is not verified that Superior has 25 new sections with another major operator that they can participate in. At 12 wells a section, this adds up quick.. 4 Mississippi Lime, 4 Woodford Shale and 4 Hunton Lime. These formations have all been spaced at this time covering Superiors area of operation.
There is going to be a lot of crow eaten here until the summer is done.
Extremely excited. Folks will be shocked at what has and is taking place.
I'm excited.
I agree. But for different reasons.
