Rock, you're looking like a Rock star.
Now when do you think it'll hit .25!
Think it, and it will come
Rock, hope your prediction is as accurate as some you've made in the past.
Laughing out loud at the cranky baby graphic, you definitely missed your calling!
Not sure why my middle finger isn't elevated in a salute to the fine mgt team at BI tho.
Well I suppose that's something, and with sincerity I can say thank you for sharing that info. .
Unfortunately as with nearly all Bourque Industries information to shareholders, close to no information, and no corroboration.
While shareholders appreciate hearing anything when company management refuses to be frank and transparent with shareholders, it's just plain strange that the only communication is innuendo to specific individuals.
I've "heard" things recently too, but nothing I can authenticate , so therefor it's useless info. for a shareholder to make investing decisions with .
You know what would be refreshing?
A truthful company communique to Bourque shareholders.
Yes. Worn daily.
Since there is a lack of any new Bourque news here, I thought I'd re list an older news article that some of the more seasoned BORK veterans will remember, and the newer investors might want to read.
This first one was significant to me personally in 2011 when announced.
It is important to note that many of the Bourque Terminator plates mentioned in this article are still being used on a daily basis by members of this law enforcement department.
This should create questions by those that read this that realize that these plates are still depended on to stop bullets.
Very strange huh?

So, if Bourque doesn't fit the definition of an active, non-shell public company , why not report them to the appropriate federal department for assessment to stop anyone else from investing ?
I would assume they use some basic criteria to see if the company in question has a pulse or not ( like maybe a phone number that someone answers, or maybe a company email address that is monitored and replied to)
Seems like the logical next step , since virtually nothing of any substance appears to be occurring with BI Industries
Thoughts?.
Thanks Rock,
I appreciate your insight always,
Mike
Rock, can you refresh my memory of how the death spiral deals that Bourque signed years ago is impacting or will impact shareholders going forward into 2015 and beyond?.
I dont recall if all of the damage to shareholders is already reflected I. The current pps, or if some of those deals have future repercussions as well.
I appreciate your help
Thank you Rock,
Great post.
Seattle order and delivery was 3 years ago, plates were being manufactured then
Rolling on floor laughing.
Great stuff Doug, Keep up the good work, as comedy is currently the only product being produced by BI
I'd prefer to discuss what we do know , as opposed to what we don't.
Fact: The CEO is out of prison about 2-3 weeks , and there's been no public announcement from Bourque Industries management (whoever they are) as to details of the release or current or future plans for the company.
No public announcement from the company whatsoever. Not even a Tucson news story that I'm aware of .
Fact : If there are any current or future plans for the company , and someone outside of the company knows what they are, no one here has revealed them clearly , or with factual basis that a shareholder can rely on or backcheck for verification.
Make your own conclusions, but as typical of the last 4 years, the silence from Arizona is deafening , and telling, but that's just my opinion.
Try and think logically what the vast majority of people , faced with John Bourque's unenviable situation, would do first (after a stop for a Big mac Fries, and Chocolate Shake from McDonald's) after being released into society after 2 years....?
1) Apologize publicly, ask for forgiveness , and take full, complete responsibility . Shed a few tears, real or not. Thank the Lord, truthfully or not, and your family and friends for standing by you during this difficult time.
2) Communicate to existing shareholders , of the company carrying your last name , of your unmeasurable sorrow at what pain and suffering you've caused. Maybe promise to try and right the wrongs and soothe the hurts you've caused with a pledge to do everything in your power to make right what has happened because of your behavior.
3) Go and do the 2nd part of #2 , starting on day 2, minute 1 of the day after release.
So far , 1 and 2 above haven't happened . I can't speculate on number 3, because I have no facts.
In the last year I've watched NFL Players, politicians, and national network TV anchors all go thru well publicized , career threatening personal crises after getting caught red handed doing some pretty crappy stuff.
All of them had enough class to apologize to those they harmed.
Fair enough, I appreciate your honesty
Sorry, but after 4 yrs of seeing nearly all speculation without validation with regard to Bourque being incorrect or simply mistaken, I'm unable to put any credence into unconfirmable statements.
Nor should anyone else who is reading them and trying to infer Bourque prospects.
As an investor and shareholder , I require confirmable statements of facts, or appropriately they're simply heresay
Then validate and validate please.
Again, far be it from me to provide false , kool-aid type hype about this company. I'm still angry enough at Bourque Industries "management" that I wouldn't be able to walk past any of the principals of this company on a city sidewalk without risking ending up in JB's old cell.
Although I'm a shareholder, and clearly would like to see Bourque somehow miraculously rise form the ashes again as in June, 2011, I hold no illusions that John Bourque or any of the airbrushed , so called executives showing up on the Corporate Governance page have any abilities whatsoever to accomplish recovery.
Your analysis that our best hope may be another try by JB and crew at the old pump and dump, dog and pony show business model of 2010 and 2011 may not be far off the mark. Unfortunately there's no way they'll ever be able to exploit or explore the law enforcement /military angle that WAS a possibility 3 years ago. Those bridges are blown up, burnt and now evaporated. The most unforgiving and unforgetting of the Bourque cynics are law enforcement and military folks.
Hopefully there's still a few marketable non LEO / military uses for whatever REAL products they can make, and maybe some of the hardworking folks that JB and crew screwed by acting like juveniles with our trust can see some recovery of their investment by a miraculous turnabout in morality by the principals at Bourque.
Being skeptical, I highly doubt that, but it'll either happen or it won't. It will be very important in days to come, when the inevitable fluff pr's again come out of Bourque, that every single one be back- checked and independently verified, and then posted here for investors to read.
This current management team (if it can be called that) has been historically proven to be pathologically untruthful and laughably and possibly criminally incompetent in business matters.
It's important for those without a previous background in this company be given only known facts on this board from here forward , and not emotional comments or heresay. Whether it's good or bad, investors deserve that. It was the original intent of this board .
Here's one more positive fact for your weekend that can be checked for verification, to put to rest another incorrect comment made on this board.
The Port of Seattle got all of the plates Bourque owed to them that were erroneously reported here recently as not being delivered. A call to the Port Authority Commander can verify this.
Remember Joe Friday ? : "Just the facts please maam"
Mike
Absolutely correct Merthy.
Can't speak for the entire department, but my son's plate was never confiscated, nor has anyone ever contacted him or his peers who still wear the plates in the performance of their duties .
If anyone on this board with additional incorrect information is interested in seeing a photo of a Bourque plate still in active duty use, with a current day newspaper showing the date to prove they're still being used , let me know and I'll post.
As much as I can't believe that I sound like I'm actually defending this trash heap of a company, and it's lousy excuse for a human being CEO , I hate it worse to see incorrect bs bandied about here.
Stick to facts , or you're no better than JB.
Absolutely correct Merthy.
While I can't speak for Seattle, I can tell you that South Florida LE personnel are still wearing Bourque plates, and that neither the FBI or any other government agency has come and removed them from service.
As much as I can't believe I sound like I'm defending this trash heap of a company , and it's poor excuse for a human being CEO, it bothers me worse to see incorrect info bandied about here.
If you'd like a photo of a Bourque plate currently still in use , with a newspaper byline showing the date with it to prove it's a current image, let me know and I'll post.
There's plenty of incorrect , bs sure to come out of this company in the coming weeks and months, just like the last time us veterans of the Bourque Bullet Train got derailed.
We certainly don't need to add any more to it with additional baseless info.
Look at the posts on this board from late January 2013 thru late February 2013.
Had nothing to do with new management. Had everything to do with most likely fake PR, 're a most likely fake deal with a Chinese heat sink manufacturer. All timed to coincide with John Bourques attempted avoidance of incarceration .
Read read read.
Thanks Rock,
Still wondering about the legitimacy of that supposed deal, and if valid why no other domestic company would've been interested. I guess I can tell from the fallout of the last 18 months the legitimacy of anything the principals at Bourque announced
Good to hear from you Rock. Since you haven't expounded on the Everbright reference, I will take this to mean you are leading us in a direction to do some digging on our own.
Since you've been a very accurate source of info in the past, I appreciate the tip, and will follow the breadcrumbs
Thank you,
Mike
The better question is whether he'll get back on the wagon when he gets out.
Past experience would indicate an obvious answer.
Best news I've heard all month.
I would think so , because 130,000 shares at 3/10 of a cent doesn't add up to much more than a nice meal at McDonalds.....
Interesting. We haven't seen volumes of significance for a very, very long time since this rotted hulk fell off the tracks.
Thank you for the insight, appreciate your reply.
Could you expand on what you're seeing in the candlestick chart?
Ok, that's 2, 8 more to go.
Fine Doug, I'll bite , and raise you on your call to action.
Let's see if your money matches your typing fingers location.
I'm willing to put up $5000 towards a mutually agreed upon attorney to investigate the feasability of a shareholder action if 9 others on this board are willing to match same.
That equates to $50,000 from 10 shareholders that want to " put their money where their mouth is"
Doug, I would expect you to be the first to join me. And I would be happy to be the go to person to find the attorney competent to handle such matters, or defer to someone more competent than me.
Ball is now in your court.
Sorry Doug, I respectfully disagree.
Never felt the technology was a scam.
Absolutely positive nearly all management, and BOD were incompetent, amoral and ignorant of the basics of running a corporation. Let alone a public one. And old John spouting publicly about God and Jesus , and us believing it? C'mon, it's reality time.
At this point , throwing good money after bad trying to prove in a court of law that shareholders were defrauded would be a waste of resources and time, and further embarrassment about the fleecing you and I received along with hundreds of others.
Eventually John Bourque will leave prison and try again to run the table again with his miracle juice and bulls@!t.
I saw the bullets hit the metal. And I saw a company briefly valued at a billion dollars become a company valued at $100,000.
Doesn't matter whether it was or wasn't a scam. As long as the technology is anywhere near the Bourque family, it'll never see the light of day.
Mike
All true, except there is no "company". There's no one left to make any of those actions, no one left to query a court.
Barry, I applaud your optimism, but I would ask that you scroll through the posts on Bork starting in March of 2011.
This will take you several hours, maybe closer to a full day.
This company, it's directors, former employees, and John Bourque have a great deal of explaining to do to shareholders, and have proven a level of unprofessionalism and probable incompetence and moral degradation that is almost unbelievable unless you experienced it first-hand beginning 3-1/2 years ago.
Whether or not this company is a complete sham is not an issue.....
they had something special at one point and blew it in the most unbelievable way, recovery for Bourque is best described as one chance in millions......of course I'm speaking from the aspect of a shareholder who lost 99.7% of his investment.
For those gamblers thinking of coming on board at today's price levels , please make sure you spend the time thoroughly researching this mess called Bourque.
Mike
Wayout, I've been reading your posts closely. In your view, what exactly would you suggest is a reasonable approach by minority shareholders to take , if any?
Or does this simply have to run its inevitablecourse before Bourque eventually figures out that they need to do the American (right) thing?
JB has majority ownership of shares, which gives him pretty much free reign to do what he pleases.
This has been the problem since day 1 .....JB's propensity to do what he pleases, without regard to consequences, or the good of the company or other shareholders. And hiring those that will do the same bidding for him , without the spine to stand up to him.
I'm not aware of any way to change that, and since there isn't much room left for him to destroy what little he hasn't already, it's a moot point.
He's directing what's left from his jail cell as we speak, through his lawyers and ms. Condon .
Once he's screwed up the remnant, expect him to bankrupt the company , and then somehow steal the patents from shareholders , to re-emerge another day.
That seems to be the prevailing theory here and elsewhere.
Unfortunately for him and Ms Condon, expect the unexpected from those that are being currently pushed into the abyss with their investment in Bourque. Or they can grow a conscience and do the right thing.
Flat you're trying to understand through logic, what can't be understood because the Bourque crew either:
A) Is immensely intelligent and has a brilliant plan to screw all shareholders with a magnificent product that they inadvertently took public, but should have kept private.....
or
B) They're complete and utter fools who happened upon a magnificent product/ technology somehow , took it from someone, and because of their complete ignorance have led us all down the path of their incompetence.
Those are the only 2 scenarios I can see. I'm leaning heavily on the 2nd scenario, it makes more sense over the 2-1/2 years I've followed them in their mad dash to self destruction.
Go back to April 2012 and spot review the posts from then until now. It would be technically very difficult to take a company from less than 1 cent to $5.90 and then back to below 1 cent given the product and technology they possess, and the opportunities presented to capitalize over that period.
They've gotta be complete idiots (as am I for investing with these turds), And I'm willing to bet several million shares to prove it.
Mike
Believe me, there's enough pissed off people someone may eventually try, and some who do know the process also fit into the pissed off category.
Screw enough people, you're going to get screwed back.
And frankly, they're simply not smart enough to do anything about it.
Besides, where do you think the original formula originated? Think a 3 time loser came up with it himself? Highly doubtful.
Check out the arrest date records of the Russian metallurgical scientist and JB's first stint.
My guess is they were in jail together and JB used his charm to swipe it off the mad scientist.
Or maybe I'm way off base.
Maybe someone smarter will reverse engineer Kryron from one of their plates and try to take advantage of this new technology.
Hell, if we can't get off the dime, sure would like to see someone take the product and run, even if they ended up stealing it.
Imagine , stealing from a thief!
Winter, If Ms. Condon had turned a new leaf, we would've seen evidence of that, as she's fully aware of long shareholder's sentiments.
It's fair to say that her continued reticence is evidence of her inability or unwillingness to lead Bourque.
Schissler was just the latest in. a long string at Bourque.
More important, before Schisslers tenure even started, previous management sandbagged, torpedoed and incompetized every opportunity they were presented.
Even Schissler was repulsed by the legion of fools he was supposed to help out.
3 weeks. = 3 months= 3 years.
We gotta quit deluding ourselves. Something isn't right here.
And never was right.
Not doubting the product.
It's the non starters running our company.
