At first I thought they had made a serious mistake in choosing that guy, but once I realized they had chosen a set of improv comedic actors, it all made sense. It's pretty funny. I kind of imagine them as Aykroyd and Curtin from SNL.
I'll tell you that the website is already being updated. There's new news on there that wasn't there before that's originating from Potnetwork instead of from High Times, like it was prior.
Yeah, sport....I knew what you were replying to. I just didn't see the point of your post. Yeah...I saw the news when it came out.
Just because I'm a little overweight doesn't mean you should refer to me as a big whale.
No...I ran over my neighbor and they took it away. I narrowly avoided being arrested because my dad's the mayor.
You're telling me. I'm actually headed down to Miami just for the night to catch the Dead Milkmen perform. I'm gonna have some fun tonight!
LOL. Yeah, it kind of sucked that only 1000 shares went through. I ended up selling my shares in another stock to get the funds I needed. I definitely didn't want to cancel the original sell and then get stuck for two selling costs. That would've really sucked. In any case, I'm still holding almost 8 million shares. Definitely looking forward to the future here.
I can show you if you'd like. The order wasn't for the 1000 shares that went through. It was 20k shares, but only the 1000 sold.
That wasn't NITE, ya numnut....that was me needing to pay some bills. It's not always the MM's playing games.
If you gotta go, you gotta go.
Nice list. I just tweeted you, and then realized I could have just as easily responded to this message. I'm holding 8 million shares.
God, I hope not!
I'm glad this isn't wolfpack approved. I'd be worried if it was. The projections you stated are laughable. While I don't see it going down that far, I also don't see it shooting up to the moon immediately.
I will agree with you on the one point that people need to chill with wild projections.
LOL! I'll be buying you a bunch of those daisies when FROZ hits a dime.
It's a bunch of numnuts who think they're the sh*t. Don't worry about it.
I'm so happy you're here. I get all tingly when I see you post. You make me FROZty
Absolutely. Different goals for different situations. I quit my job at the end of January, so this is how I make my living.
Right now I'm very heavily invested in FROZ and N*EK, so I plan on doing very well this year. I sell in bits and pieces to pay the bills and get caught up and out of debt.
Who said I was selling all of it? BTW....if I WERE to sell all of it at .10, I'm pretty damn sure I wouldn't be kicking myself for making over 750k PROFIT.

Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 21, 2014, the Circuit Court in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida (the “Court”), entered an Order Granting Approval of Settlement Agreement (the “Order”) approving, among other things, the fairness of the terms and conditions of an exchange pursuant to Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), in accordance with a Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) between the Company and IBC Funds, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“IBC”), in the matter entitled IBC Funds, LLC, vs. Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc., Case No. 2014 CA 001547 NC (the “Action”). IBC commenced the Action against us to recover an aggregate of $37,875.00 of past-due accounts payable, which IBC had purchased from certain of our vendors pursuant to the terms of separate claim purchase agreements between IBC and each of the respective vendors (the “Assigned Accounts), plus fees and costs (the “Claim”). The Assigned Accounts relate to certain research, technical, development and legal services. The Order provides for the full and final settlement of the Claim and the Action. The Settlement Agreement became effective and binding on March 21, 2014.
The Settlement Agreement provides that in no event shall the number of shares of Common Stock issued to IBC or its designee in connection with the Settlement Agreement, when aggregated with all other shares of Common Stock then beneficially owned by IBC and its affiliates (as calculated pursuant to Section 13(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), and the rules and regulations thereunder), result in the beneficial ownership by IBC and its affiliates (as calculated pursuant to Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations thereunder) at any time of more than 9.99% of the Common Stock.
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On March 17, 2014, Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc. (“FROZ”) entered into an Exchange Agreement with Mammoth Corporation (“Mammoth”) to exchange two purchased notes for a restated promissory note issued by FROZ pursuant to a Purchase Agreement between Mammoth and the Lawrence A. Carrell Trust. The purchased notes were originally issued by APT Powersport and Utility Products, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of APT Group, Inc. (“APT”), which restated the notes in an agreement with Mammoth. FROZ has assumed the restated note between APT and Mammoth pursuant to a merger transaction between APT and FROZ.
The restated note is a convertible promissory note in the principal amount of $660,000 due nine months from the issuance date bearing no interest. FROZ is to pay the principal amount on December 17, 2014, to the extent such principal amount has not been repaid or converted into the Company's Common Stock.

I agree with you, Dan. just with yesterday's alone they probably took care of at least 400-500k.
That wasn't a press release, it was something advertised by Ihub in order for the company paying for the advertisement to gain subscribers.
In any case, yes, the merger is finalized, but there still is work to be done before the final "walkthrough" is done, such as getting rid of the required amount of debt.
I'm all for this going up asap....holding 8 mil shares.
That was a pretty easy one to call.
I would normally agree with you, but in this case it's more akin to excitement over the recent news.
That's an outright lie. If there was to be no merger they would have had to PR it. Next!
Never trust the bid/ask until right before the market opens. See....it's already changed.
Not sure if anyone posted about it, but the new website is up. It doesn't have much content on there yet, but you can see the new look.

That's what a t-trade is, lol. It still doesn't have any impact on opening price, or even the actual closing price.
The .0077 was simply a t-trade that was done after hours and has no impact whatsoever on what we're going to open at. Never even bother with what you see on the bid or ask until right before the market opens...at least with the pennies.
Agreed. I'm just glad they finally got rid of the two-weeks old video
Nice! I wish I had gotten mine then, but I'm still happy with my shares. I've got over 3 mil, averaged about .0054
It's been displaying that for several days now. Waiting for something to happen!
Wow...yeah. In one account I have a small amount, less than a mil, but bought in around 17 and 18. In my other account I'm holding over 10 mil, but bought in averaging around 27....so, we're getting there.
That's the first time I posted, Eddie. I may not be in it as long as you, but I'm no spring chicken. FYI, I don't post on Ihub nearly as much as I used to for reasons apparent to many.
Because it's not going to be substantial enough to get the ball rolling. Dude...I'm just saying not to act like there's blinders on. I'm currently holding approximately 11 million shares. I want this thing going to, but I'm not going to be singing praises because the kid on the short bus learned to tie his shoes.
Yeah, but that's auto-generated. They need to get the website updated. Some news that pops up that they're just linking from High Times isn't gonna do it.
Something's going on. There are some that are accumulating quite a bit of shares. The reason for the drop is, in my opinion, because those that were accumulating got the shares they wanted, and there are some that wanted to get out and were fine with making a small amount of money on the shares they had. I expect we'll get news within the next day or so.
I believe that GARB is actually turning into a legitimate company and entering the MJ business just as much as I believe the KKK are secretly a benevolent group that's out for the betterment of all mankind. Many of us have already been burned by this company and those that were chosen to be it's IR. Beware.
What advertisements? They haven't done much of anything yet. I'm waiting for this company to come through with what they said they're going to do. They said that last week they'd be working on the decrease in the float and the website should have had some significant improvement by now.
Are you kidding me? It's a horrible website. Looking forward to seeing it updated!
I'll have what you're smoking
