And yet it would appear no one is headed for the doors. The upside potential is just too great, so it would seem shareholders are willing to wait for the deal with iBliss and 2nd deal to distribute women's health products in Mexico to close. There's other things going on as outlined by some posters, all of which could push the pps higher, so we wait.

Nurse.... Where's the nurse my feelings are hurt! Can anyone find some articles from 2014 or older today to post? Because that's relevant to what the company is doing today.
GLTA
Did someone say there was to be an announcement today? Please take the meds nurse Ratchet is giving you. LMAO
And the US Government staged the moon landing, right? kukoo kukoo
LMAO
If you think getting 2 drugs approved in Mexico and Latin America and signing Gideon Richter to distributor one of those drugs was not an accomplish, there is no reason for you to be here spewing nonsense. Have a good day and take your rhetoric somewhere else, thanks.

It's a good thing when others in the cannabis industry are talking about EAPH in their articles!
http://www.wbtv.com/story/34989376/the-legal-cannabis-market-maintains-growth
Easton Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC: EAPH) is a diversified specialty pharmaceutical company involved in various pharmaceutical sectors and other growing industries. The company has re-initiated discussions with Medicated Markets International LLC towards assets and relationships it has developed in California's Medical Marijuana industry and other jurisdictions throughout the world. With California and other States recent legalization of Medical Marijuana has opened up new opportunities for Easton Pharmaceuticals and its partners. Easton will continue to make the burgeoning medical marijuana, Vaporizer and e-liquids industry a priority and will continue to strive to be a big part of this sector moving forward.
We'll have to agree to disagree. The deal was supposed to close two weeks ago. Both parties walked away from the table, they are "supposed" to re-start talks this week. Again, this is not doing well, this is on life support. IMO
GLTA
iBliss being characterized as alive a well would be totally false. By the companies own admission yesterday there are issues and they are making an attempt to work them out.
Alive - Yes Well - No
GLTA
No problem. I passed the series 7 and 63 exam on my first try in 1985, so not quite as old as you. Now how many times did you take the test, I worked with a lot dopes that had to take 3,4,5 times before they passed.
GLTA
Make it 10,001.
Spin it how you want, the fact that no one on this board can quantify what the initial investment in AMFIL was or quantify how that investment has presented itself on Easton's top or bottom line is very telling. This is a public company, right? How come we don't know this? Could it be that they haven't filed their financial statements, as required by a public company?
WHAT WAS THE INVESTMENT (DOLLAR AMOUNT) AND HOW HAS IT PAID OFF (DOLLAR AMOUNT)?
Wonderful "a jack of trades and master of none". How about some focus? If they are stretched and it is causing delay's then focus and get something closed. Namely the iBliss deal has the best possible positive impact to the companies bottom line and shareholder value. I still don't know how much (dollars) the initial order from Gedeon Richter was, do you? To quote an old Wendy's commercial, "where's the beef!"
The PR was a success! Not one post today about the iBliss deal or lack thereof. Their plan worked.
Is that the business plan @ Easton, "keep throwing sh&& at the wall and eventually something will stick"? lol What was the initial investment in AMFIL and what did it buy? That's not important, what's important is they are now calling AMFIL (who probably isn't answering the call) to see if they can somehow piggy back on their success. I'm going out on a limb here, but I bet AMFIl would say they are not in discussions with Easton about any further investment. I have a day job, so I don't have the time to contact AMFIL, but I'm guessing someone will.
Was the update, if you can't close a deal try and piggy back on the success of a company that can close a deal? What is Easton's investment in AMFIL (dollar amount)? What did that investment buy them (how many shares)? Now that would have been some information. I think this information was left out because this really doesn't help Easton much, but it was a smoke screen to cover the fact that they are failing on the iBliss front!
JMO
Please help me understand what the update was. Thanks.
Agreed! A PR reprinting what AMFIL said yesterday, really? How about how much was Easton's investment in AMFIL? How about what did that investment buy you? Without this information it is not clear how AMFIL's success (they close deals) affects Easton. Boy these guys really must think we are dumb.
I thought it the other day, I'll say it today. The delay on iBliss was due to a corporate leader of iBliss was unavailable last week, where was he/she negotiating a better deal than Easton is offering? UH OH!!!!
GLTA
You are talking about the MMJ market? Here's some good news for you EAPH is currently making money with women's healthcare products in Mexico and on the verge of acquiring a vape company, both of which have nothing to do with MMJ. You're welcome.
GLTA
C to the E, it should be pointed out that in July of 2015 the company appointed a new CEO, Evan Karras. Since his appointment things have been different. They said they were working on Mexican and Latin American approval for a couple products and it took nearly a year but they did exactly that. On January 23rd they said they were working on buying a vape company with 15mil in revenue, iBliss, everyone is waiting for the announcement of this deal closing. Last week they locked down 2mil in cash with more behind that if they need it.
GLTA
If at first you don't succeed try try again! Ever hear that one? Many successful entrepreneurs failed many times before finally succeeding. EAPH announced to the public they were working on acquiring iBliss on January 23rd. If the deal closes this week, that's not a long time at all as far as acquisitions/mergers go.
GLTA
One should weed (pun intended) out the "to the moon" posters and the "pump and dump" posters and in between those extremes you will find adult discourse on the merits for and against buying a companies stock.
EAPH created the problem by tweeting that news about the IBliss deal would be early this week. It's about setting proper expectations. They do not have a stellar record of doing what they say, and they did not build confidence with that tweet and the news coming a week later than they said. I understand deals take to time to come together, that's why the tweet should not have been sent. People losing confidence translates into selling their shares equals lower PPS. That's where we are today. Let's hope the news is good and detailed.
GLTA
Agreed! They have to stop setting expectations and then failing to meet them. See the date on this tweet? We are now late into next week. They need to understand saying nothing is okay.
Easton Pharma? @EastonPharma Feb 21
#EAPH# Easton Anticipates Providing Additional News Including iBliss News and Other Important Updates By Early Next Week.
I couldn't agree more. If they want to repair their reputation of not doing what they say they will do, they should be 150% sure a PR will be released when they tweet it! Otherwise,, no tweet, and we'll wait until the damn PR comes. Stop setting expectations and then failing to meet those expectations.
GLTA
EAPH is a 10 bagger, .33 cents!!!
GLTA
Didn't we already know this? We knew everything but the Company name. They told us they were in NYC negotiating a second deal and now we know the name of the company and the deal is still be negotiated, not closed. I was hoping to learn that the deal with IBliss was closed today. I'm a longtime shareholder and follower of the company, maybe this PR was for those that do not follow the company as closely as I do and may not have been aware that there was a product launch last week and meetings with a big company in NYC the week before. I just have a bad feeling on how this will be received, I hope I'm wrong.
GLTA
DAMN IT! So a press release to tell us the name of the company they met with in NYC? They could have done that in a tweet. Otherwise, nothing in the press release was not already known. I have a bad feeling about the price holding .04 now!
GLTA
Add this latest tweet to the many other signs this is not EAPH of old when Karla Pepe was CEO, this is now Evan Karris at the helm for the last year and half and things have certainly made 180 degree turn about. Those stuck in the past and unable to see the signs do so at their own peril. Father time may just catch up to you before this stock ever goes below a penny again. IMO
GLTA
Looks like you will have to wait longer for those .02's you were looking for.
GLTA
blahh, hahaha LMAO. So now you are smarter than others on this board and you have their money in your pocket? I'll read your posts first from now on. Really, thank you for the laughs.
GLTA
So it could go up or it could go down tomorrow? Now that's the kind of intelligent input that brings me to this site! Just kidding I come to this site for the comedy.
GLTA
The tweets are intended to keep the shareholders informed, from that sense, I find they are working very well for this shareholder.
GLTA
I wouldn't sell or buy based on a post to this message board.
GLTA
How about a purchase order from Gideon Richter (that will become cash) and soon to be announced deal with Bayer which will probably include a purchase order?
Just spit ballin, like everyone else.
GLTA
September 2013. Does that qualify as " a while" in your book? Yep that's how long I have read yours and Earnest's posts say the same thing as your last two posts.
Again EAPH investors/traders. New leadership took over at EAPH in mid 2015. The BS PR's stopped after that. It took the new leadership one year to achieve the women's drug approval in Mexico and other latin american countries. They now have a deal signed with a major pharmaceutical to distribute the products with another to come. This is not EAPH of the past, so when you see baseless posts just take it for what's it worth, absolutely nothing!
GLTA
Key word "HISTORY". All that you speak of is ancient history! Did I mention new leadership, different results? You don't have to believe that, frankly I could care less, but you are misleading new people to the board. When you post preface your posts with "This is what EAPH used to do, and I like to live in the past and ignore the positive changes the company has made" Thanks. And GLTY whatever your end goal is.
Posting blatant lies about the company diluting, calling the leaders of the company crooks with no evidence to backup the claims provides no value and is hardly on topic, imo.
Eaph is under new leadership since about mid 2015 and clearly this new leadership has made significant progress based on the PR's we now see from the company. 2017 is going to be a great year for EAPH shareholders, imo.
GLTA
This is the latest information provided in their filing.
As of February 1, 2016, there are 198 shareholders
