SOMX announces settlement of Silenor patent litigation with Actavis
Up in AH, though trading sparse.
Co has entered into a settlement agreement with Actavis Elizabeth and Actavis (ACT) to resolve pending patent litigation involving Silenor 3 mg and 6 mg tablets. The settlement agreement grants Actavis the right to begin selling a generic version of Silenor on January 1, 2020, or earlier under certain circumstances. The settlement agreement will become effective upon the entry by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware of an order dismissing the litigation with respect to Actavis.
These solars act like pinkies sometimes, on and off in a sec.
And oversold too lol.
Pump & scam.
IRS proposed to classify solar co's as Solar-REITs
Watch those solars.
Nice $F, many had bailed. You must be up pretty nicely.
I've rediscovered the 10MA these past two weeks, was not using that and turns out I should've.
Overbought in OTC land cj, does that count?
And you're right, the move is nuts, damn.
YFRM
Possibly TBX
At 15.80 in PM or +16%
Sheesh, this one goes from KoolAid to KoolShower pretty fast :)
HPTX part II
Still going for new highs.
Nice call on those solars. FSRL JKS etc. having a nice morning.
Even FSLR has stabilised so may well be right.
The number of downgrades today is staggering, WS at its best lol.
Seen plenty of people saying they won't sell under $25, good luck with that.
-85%, even for a bio pretty hard.
Let's see how big the ouch will be. The run-up has been impressive.
The new ticker symbol for the U.S.-listed shares will be “BBRY,” and the change will take effect on Monday.
New week, new ticker, same games? :)
Earnings slated for Mar 24, thinking we get some questions about the popularity of BB10 then, even though, strictly speaking, BB10 won't be in that quarter's earnings.
The bulls tried to hold the 20MA, no go, especially when the market pulled back on the FOMC minutes. Dropping some more in AH.
As I see it, if it opens below 13.60 tomorrow, it'll have 13.30 as support, and then it could slide fast.
As for the ticker: apparently it will have the ticker symbol 'BBRY' on the Nasdaq.
Apparently some not so confident remarks were made by the company at their Analyst day. May or may not have been magnified.
Man, you can't blink for a second in this market.
Wow, missed that, darn. Earnings released too early?
Lately we been getting a lot of decently successful re-pumps, worth watching indeed.
Lol, greedy ;)
Let's see what the FOMC minutes bring. Who knows :)
Shot, I thought this was to be a long term investment ;)
Wonder how many ended up in deep red.
Hard to post a ticker that's not already covered here. Good job guys.
I'm guessing the presentation isn't to the liking? Or big boys just having fun.
Look at the freaking volume.
20MA to the rescue - so far.
Very much so, but people probably thought that two days ago as well :)
Hard to gauge, it did recover nicely yesterday. The 100% gains are very likely long gone, though.
Been a while since I last saw a $1 stocks pushed this hard.
AMZN won't fall! Yesterday after the initial drop I raised the question, how long till green, and it really didn't take all that long. Well over borderline ridiculous, but it is what it is.
Now we wait for $300 to hit on that earnings miss.
All in all, the damage is limited, though people who bought at 8.79 may disagree :)
Nice to see it rest on the 8.09 support line I had drawn earlier. At any rate, not good for momentum.
Nice AH pop, thanks for the heads-up.
Can't just highlight those that go as expected :)
Just disappointed I left this one alone when I saw it didn't go as planned when puts were a perfect play. O well.
200MA OK for now.
Only right that I recall this one that's gone completely the wrong way. Stalled @ $42, down since. Now testing the 200MA.
Think DDD/SSYS falling has soured this ons.
A few KERX upgrades a bit help this morning. Looks like an open above yesterday's narrow, high volume range.
