Why do you believe him saying they are in a quiet period on advice from Legal is a positive thing? It’s this kind of nonsense which gets the long term holders hyped up- over nothing... Just a couple weeks ago, Jay was hyping multiple PRs, and look how that turned out.
More nonsense from Management
4m at .005 would be better ??
These daily cross trades are becoming increasingly suspicious. While most people here seem monitor them as if they are a positive to finish up the converts, I’ll offer a different view.
Firstly, it seems that they could be intentionally misreporting them (booking them, then canceling) as a way to boost volume numbers. We’ve seen odd numbers the last couple weeks. Note today: 274,999, then 74,999. People don’t execute that way. Especially these names, it’s 100, 1000 blocks.
Secondly, the daily executions some of you have been seeing. I.e., placing your order, getting a strange fill, but then the market doesn’t reflect it in the bid/ask. The cross trades are mostly likely your own fills, that a market maker is doing outside the market, then trading against you on the exchange. I.e., stack the bid, you lift the ask which he fills off market. Then pulls his bid, buy back when other retail sells.
Just a thought. I don’t think anyone should give too much credence to cross-trades as some type of indicator of the coverts being close to done.
Classic Armen- You try to ride the Bitcoin wave, only to get pummeled when crypto is sold off.... your timing is horrendous
Armen’s greatest success seems to be his ability to turn some of his largest retail shareholders against himself. That is a very hard thing to accomplish.
I agree with the potential growth, but not him as the face of the company. He is trying to hustle the price, which is hurting everyone, even himself. He’s done an incredible disservice, along with StockForce~ who has claimed on numerous occasions to have known him personally for a very long time.
No one has faith in Armen anymore
Years.... that’s how long we’ve all been waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Armen~ honestly, WTF are you doing?
Come on Armen, we are waiting...
Yeah, quiet period and all...
Will that be before or after they contemplate buying either CVS or Walgreens?
Gaslight~
Apparently, they don’t think it’s worth 40-50c, that’s why they are hyping, instead of producing....
Because there is no reason to have a theory, that is my point. The only thing that matters is revenue and profits. All this speculation came out of nothing. We haven’t seen a filing in over a year... no company does a quiet period for over a year, but then takes calls with people on a message board and creates fluff prs... All of these theories were created to hype the stock, so they could sell into the hype.
Haha... come on. It’s all been BS...
Remember, it was Stock Force, a moderator, that created the $NETE nonsense. Along with his so-called phone calls with Armen...
Hopefully this is a wake up call for Armen. Of course, no doubt someone will try and lift the close with a 1,000 lot as per usual. He needs to recognize his bs isn’t working anymore.
I think the problem lies in Armen’s constant baiting. All his nonsense has built up expectations he can’t deliver on. Even talking up pr releases. Yes, technically he kept his word, but we all know there is more to it than that.
Legal will need to sign off going forward....
Really Armen?.... WTF Jay?...
It’s not surprising though. Armen has been doing a horrible job in promoting this company. Any time he opens his mouth, it seems he is just trying to give the stock price a quick jig. Remember that supposed acquisition, that wound up getting cancelled because it would have been massively dilutive? Even last week, his ‘multiple prs within days’... They gave us one. Now the price is being punished, and it’s most likely because his bs. He needs to just keep it shut, and produce profit.
They aren’t breaking any rules. It’s a cross trade, so executed off market. They both set the price. The buyer is getting a slight discount, and it saves the seller the trouble of working the order in the market. Win-win for both sides.
The problem is that it’s volume on a down trend. Not a good sign really.
I suppose we will never know.
Just a guess. No one else has noticed how his ‘positive’ phone calls with Armen suspiciously coincide with sell-offs.
My guess, SF~~~
I agree. We’ve all seen this bs talk before. Long the company, short management. Only a matter of time before they probably start saying ‘waiting on Legal to sign-off on the PRs as we are in a quiet period....’ Armen just can’t keep his mouth shut with all his nonsense.
Multiple PRs... that’s what he said, correct?...
When I use to unwind converts, you have a short stock position against the bonds. The underlying company or the insiders would loan you either Treasury or their own shares.
So day one, you are holding bonds with a stock at $1. You start shorting the stock. By the end of the week you could have a 100,000 share short position avg price .95c. The stock price could close the week at .90c.
Depending on the covert terms, you then go and covert 5% of the bond to cover the short and get the shares at .81c. Then you reload the short again. Maybe they received a lot of borrow and plan too convert all at once?
They are nonsense. Any retail person can put up the same number, and run to a chat room. It’s child-like manipulation. Market firms are not manipulating long and short sides. It’s one or two holders. They are no signaling each other for shares. The ‘codes’ are folk lore to sucker people on.
Most likely. Then again, drinking 1.75 litre of spirits, out of plastic bottles, in any country, is never considered a flex. I could be wrong. But I am gonna put him in the same category as SF
Fat boy doing his nasty offers. Never learns. More money in letting it run and working it out.
Mars had incredible presentation skills. Aside from her knowledge and skills set, she carried herself as a Nasdaq listed CEO. Of all the many bad decisions Armen has made, letting her go was the biggest. Now that $nete is no longer an option, we should start a campaign. #backtoMars
Another one of your ‘phone calls’?...
I think it’s better because it cancels out the noise. Armen has been doing a crap job talking this up, supposed ‘quiet periods’ and alleged filings. Which at this point, may not have even been true to form. This way, at least we can have them focus on profitability, and drown out the bs.
Fuk yeah! Now let’s see debt free<
I’m sitting on 400k at 5c. Sold 100k back in March around 14c. Not the size many of you have, but hoping it brings some seed money for other ideas.
I will sell a sacrificial 100 lot to please the unicorn gods~~ then, it’s onward to 1B market cap
The frustrating thing is the opportunity cost of holding this. Everything else I’ve had has done incredibly well. The exceptions being this, and $nete. These are the only two spec plays that I have. Seems like much easier money to be made elsewhere. Sadly, it seems to be Armen and his nonsense that gets in the way. Flip side: once I sell~ this will probably fly
