You are totally missing the point, here. One person questions reverse mergers as if they don't exist, so I post information about what it is and the possible ramifications. There is NO KRFG, company. They have no products that they make. They are a defunct public company that can be used to launch a private company wherein the private company has much less in the process of going public. I am not stressing about KRFG being a shell company because that IS IT'S ONLY Value. One might say, we are buying into whomever uses the shell to launch their private company public. So I don't know why in the world you are obsessing about the issue. It is what it is and has great value with the taxes paid up and the filings being current and THIS is its only value!!!
Check the filings on OTC website. KRFG is a designated "shell company." It has no product. It only has investors who are waiting for a private company that wants to go public. Otherwise, it is absolutely worth NOTHING.
I know all about key words. Do you know what "risk" means when it comes to trading. Do whatever you want to do, I DON'T CARE.
Yes, it is on topic concerning reverse mergers. If you are not interested, then turn the page.

Many chief executive officers of private companies have little or no experience running a publicly traded company.
Many reverse mergers do little of what is promised and the company ends up trading on the OTC bulletin board and providing shareholders with little to no additional value or liquidity.
Considering reverse stock splits: Reverse stock splits are very common with reverse mergers and can significantly reduce the number of shares owned by stockholders. Many chief executive officers of private companies have little or no experience running a publicly traded company.
Is it best to sell right after the the private company merges?
A reverse merger is when a private company becomes a public company by purchasing control of the public company. ... Once this is complete, the private and public companies merge into one publicly traded company.

Why above .o1 in July? Give us one good reason.
Buy low, sell high. It is their business what they do. In the long run they may come out better than you.
Shouldn't you guys with money pay more so the shorts will have to buy back in at a higher price?
Want to stop the shorts...then pay more for the stock, that will stop them dead in their tracks.
People have a right to trade however they want. If one is legally set up to do so, then one can buy the same company...sell it, then buy it again when it drops a few points. Is their business, not yours, so why don't you go punch a sand bag, it sounds like your mind needs some kind of relief.
I hope you are right about the stock booming upward, but then I have read what you say about other companies, too, and it makes me wonder perhaps, "what kind of game you are playing..." I think that as the shorts cover themselves, unless we get news soon, they are going to push the price back down, so I would encourage YOU to buy a few shares now and then keeping the price up so the rest of us can check out if we want when the price is high enough for us to make significant profit.
According to the chart, the shorts have well covered themselves so what are they playing?
Polishing your crystal ball again? :)
And to what name was the ticker symbol of the company changed? TSNP is a non working ticker or perhaps that is not the current company ticker?
What is TSNP?
"short squeeze" is where we are now as there are billions of shares that have been shorted according Marketnews.com. As the shorts continue to buy to cover themselves we can expect the price to keep going up, so when you buy keep pushing it up and make the shorts squirm.
my opinion only.
Taxes and fees are paid so KRFG is not delinquent.
In short, he wants you to sell him your shares...lol
There are "Penny Stocks" and there are Penny Stocks, some that actually have tangible value. My point is there is nothing proven about KRFG other than taxes being paid and therefore it is a mystery.
Though I am in, I find your post most laughable. You don't know, no one knows unless you are an insider what this company service or product is.
68 trades as of 3:17 and the price is moving up higher, so who knows what?
How is KRFG grossly undervalued? We know of no product or service that is yet to be declared by the owner or owners of the company?
You totally miss the point. You have no idea what pumping is. We are investing in a company in which we have next to no information as to what it is or what it will be, but investing because of good signs as to changes that are developing. People that are encouraging others to accumulate and hold is not a classic pump with the push that people will buy and push the price up so then one may sell. So when one encourages others to buy, that is simply a buy recommendation especially when it is followed with the idea of accumulate and hold as great things are expected. The circumstances are kin to a seed that is planted....watch it grow and hopefully not into weeds.....Enjoy your memorial day as we do have much for which to be grateful.
There is no NEWS. No one is pumping. You don't know what pumping is. Get a life.
Blue gas batteries?
Perhaps that defines a person like you that has no vision of the future and did not buy millions of shares at .0001, right?
Maybe the "idiot" bought several million shares when the price was .0001 and he decided he wants some money.
Positive signs: (1) One pays the back taxes on KRFG. No one would do this unless they are very rich and crazy and I grew up in Texas. There are no crazy people (tongue in cheek) in Texas. (2) The previous information about the medical equipment Chinese company connected to KRFG has disappeared. (3) Officers names have been removed which is a sign that whomever bought out KRFG taking over the trading rights has something in mind of course to do with a new company and so hopefully it will be something terrific and a great money maker. The best to all of us.
True, but Kistler's gmail is still listed.
It appears so, as no one seems to want to sell their shares. Tight fisted hanging on expected a great boom.
Looks like fizzle time....
Is this what you are gathering from the market news?
You have it right. It makes no sense that a company's taxes would be paid up for nothing other than to just sit and do nothing.
And you are going to buy all of our shares if it doesn't, huh? What makes you so certain?
What revenues?
Before the "Big Bang," one could go in to King Resources and read all about the company,...but when this started up it disappeared.
You have that right, squeeze the devil out of the shorts.
