Many good things happen by accident & your purchase @.0053 is one of them.
Welcome to MMTC.
Be Patient & hang on....You'll be pleasantly rewarded in the near future.
Thanks Johnsyn...I think that will help
In the near future I hope to be buying 100K
I need to sell another & I'm waiting for it to go up a bit.
The current PPS is quite a bargain IMO, but I don't have any available cash yet.

Technical Abstract: Methods that rapidly confirm the identification of foodborne pathogens are highly desired. The Micro Imaging Technology (MIT) 1000 Rapid Microbial Identification (RMID) System is a benchtop instrument that detects laser light scattered from individual bacterial cells in solution with an array of 35 individually addressed photodiode detectors. Identification is based on pattern recognition by an automated algorithm-based comparison of averaged scattered light signals and scatter pattern libraries. Identification times are less than 10 min and operating costs are extremely low. The MIT RMID was evaluated for identification of Listeria spp. Listeria are common environmental microorganisms and one species, L. monocytogenes, is a leading cause of death among foodborne pathogenic bacteria. Under an AOAC RI Evaluation Test Protocol, a total of 55 microbial isolates were tested of which 25 were Listeria spp. and 30 were a variety of other bacterial species. The system identified each of the strains of Listeria and each strain of other bacterial species was properly reported as unknown (overall accuracy of 99%). Although some sensitivity to deviations in the sample preparation protocol was observed, the MIT RMID performed well in tests over several ruggedness parameters. As a result of these studies the MIT RMID was granted The AOAC Research Institute Performance Tested Method status.

Shab....Very Wise Words
I bought 280K today @.006
MMTC is like a bucking bronco, it keeps trying to throw you.
All you have to do is Hang On and you will break it in.
It might take a little while but, Ride'm Cowboy.
You'll have a Great Stallion next year.
Super....Many of us are red...
and it's not from being in the sun too long, but it will fade and be replaced by blue skies and green pastures.
Patience to everyone and accumulate if you can.
2thefuture....
Any idea of the Listeria re-certification procedure?
Is it simpler than the original Listeria certification?
Does anyone have an idea when the re-certification will be?
Probably sometime in December?
Ravmn....Good Post
I second everything you said.
Bettingbig...I agree with you.
In one of my posts yesterday I said something similar.
I interpreted the PR to mean that the software & database would be updated in early December. I asked how long the testing process would take but so far no one has answered that or told me I was wrong about my interpretation.
Thanks for giving me a heads up on the testing process.
So, it looks like it might be sometime in January before the certs are approved if we are correct.
I do believe that Mr. Brennan will issue a PR informing us when the software & database have been updated and when the testing will start.
CanadianBob...A breakfast idea...
For Thursday...how about some fried up Canadian Bacon, with 2 eggs sunny side up and hash browned MM's, topped off with a sprinkle of
MMTC shares.
Yes, today was a lousy day & hopefully Thursday will be better.
I'll bet we have come up with some new cus words for the MM's.
We just have to let them have their day...Ours will be coming soon.
Hang in there everyone...the best is yet to come.
A little birdie told me so.
Make or Break...thanks for the PM
We'll cross our fingers & hope mgmt makes the best decisions for the shareholders.
Have a good day.
I'll be out most of the morning.
Make or Break You Have a Valid Point
but can management change the A/S vote at will without SEC approval?
I don't think so but I really don't know.
I do agree with you. We are at the mercy of mgmt once the A/s are passed. Will they really be used in a good way? Can we trust mgmt?
We could be led down the yellow brick road only to find a big bad wolf at the end.
If this can be legally done w/o SEC approval I would Certainly Support You.
ctown....we don't like to see all caps...
Have you done your DD?
Have you read past posts?
Stability you may not see. Too many MM games.
Good luck with your decision.
Make or Break...correct me if I am wrong
In your post 39391 you stated:
We are voting on 2 , hopefully , high key people to be added to Management as well , on Nov. 30th.
We are voting on 2 nominees & they are Michael W. Brennan and
Victor A. Hollander. There are no other nominees, so therefore we are not voting on any new board members. If we were, they would have to be on the proxy as nominees.
The maximum # of directors MMTC can have is 5.
When mgmt does select new directors, hopefully they will be high key people who will be able to help us get into the other beneficial areas.
Good Post Mike...
Thanks for telling it like it is.
Make or Break...the Authorized Shares...
While that may be nice, I don't think that making it contingent upon the 2 certs is a good idea.
The certs are coming and will be here IMO.
I am sorry but I cannot support your request to make the A/S contingent upon receiving the 2 certifications.
I understood today's PR to mean that the software/database would have the e.coli & salmonella in there early in December which to me s/b before the 15th. Once they are in there don't they have to be tested for the certification approval? If so how long will that take?
I agree with you 2thefuture..
That's why I cancelled my GTC order for 210K @.008 2 minutes before the mkt opened. Tomorrow could be a good game playing day.
Shareholders meeting....
Super, are you compiling a list of questions to ask management at the shareholders meeting?
I hope so.
A few days before you go would you mind posting your questions?
Perhaps some of the posters will have additional questions.
Also, it would be a good idea if somehow you can coordinate your questions with the other attendees questions.
Thanks
The Missing PR.....
Was today's PR the same PR that was scheduled to be released last week? I thought we were going to have a PR last week & another PR today. I could be wrong. Too many old posts to go back through.
Did we really miss a PR, or perhaps I'm just a wee bit confused.
I have been reading Confucius.
Jensen Farm and the MIT..1000A
If it is true that is Great!
Do they have greenhouses?
Isn't the outdoor growing season over in that part of the country?
Everything has been pretty much cleaned up since the Listeria outbreak. I wonder what they are testing...hot house grown produce?
All tests show no listeria? Good, but it would be so helpful if something was caught with listeria. I can just see the headline...
mit1000A catches produce contaminated w/listeria @ Jensen Farms.
Could a PR be forth coming stating that a live field test is being conducted at this moment?
Holding Long & Strong & accumulating.
EPIC.....
Maybe we will get an update On the Epic proposal this week?
Here's the latest EPOR quote. Bid .55 Ask 1.05
Last trade 1.05 Volume as of 11:40:48 1,900 shares
Epic doesn't trade very mush or very ofter.
I wonder what's cooking...Maybe the offer is being renegotiated or perhaps another company has come up with a better offer.
I think we'll know soon...within a week or two?
Calling Ballbag....
What's your call for today with this news?
Thanks.
I don't see a big move with this news. IMHO
Super, have you placed your order already?
Or will you wait and see if the PR is released before the open?
The morning will certainly be interesting.
I hope the PR has the type of content that everyone is looking for or we could be in for a MM surprise.
I wouldn't be surprised if we open @.01 on either the bid or ask.
Fronk...Excellent post...Thankyou
Everyone should read it.
Make or Break....You're right
and we had tremendous volume on those 2 days.
70.9 mil and 80.8 mil respectively.
If we get that kind of volume tomorrow .02 will be left in the dust and when the dust settles we'd be around .05 IMHO.
tob999...Buy out @.15 not acceptable by me, MMTC can do much better
Super...I'm Proud of You
That was a Super Move You Made this Morning.
GeneralLee...the MM's like to take our money
They will let it run up until a lot of people are buying & then they will back it down somewhat. It could retrace 50% of whatever the run-up was.
With that said... it is difficult to decide when they will stop the run-up and how far down they will let it go.
All in all...the best bet might just be to ignore the minor ups & down and just wait for your target price whether it be 1.00 or 3.00 or higher.
But if you want to gamble you might want to sell 200,000 & see if you can buy back at a lower price, But you have to live with your decision if it goes the wrong way.
I see where you are coming from. It would be nice to sell 200K & be able to buy back another 250K or more.
Tough decision. You win some & you loose some.
Good luck with your decisions.
I agree with you ZER0....
If the news is really good the MM's will open the Ask @.02
I think the minimum ask price will be .01
If volume doubles or triples today's 13.4 mil, Hold onto your chairs
for the ride.
Anyone wishing to sell...the MM's will gladly take all you have & sell it at a premium.
Happy Tuesday everyone.
Mike...Official close was .0088
The .0085 were after hours trades.
General Lee...
Good Job...The Calvary is performing well.
Reinforcements are standing by...if needed.
Over and Out...GO MMTC Calvary!
Yep,,Janey is short..She's only 4 ft 6 inches
Today's Power Hour...
With anticipation of a pre-open PR tomorrow the last hour of trading could be very interesting today.
I think we will definitely close green as the MM's will be setting up for a surge tomorrow morning. This is my opinion.
The time to buy could be over the next few hours. JMHO.
Ballbag....What's you call for today...
I'm looking forward to it.
Super....Hang in there
In My Opinion, I think your order will fill today.
That's a good target price.
Remember Bill Haley & the Comets old song...
Shake Rattle and Roll?
That's what MMTC will do this week.
