$1 million in R&D expenses, $8 million in selling, general administrative expenses and compensation should tell you all you need to know.
How come nobody has said anything about the lawsuit filed by MCIT in February? That seems REALLY strange since they are supposed to be partners and all.
That "news" was released last week as well as last June. Its already been pumped a couple of times.
It doesn't matter how many times you post that I have already posted the true patent position of Oxis in terms of what is directly assigned to them.
Must be a trick he learned during his fantastic tenure at Lion.
I am still not sure how Cataldo managed to pull $4million in stock last year, but leave the company with like $17K in the bank. If I cared I would figure out how much that stock is worth now.
Yes, read the annual report. They can't lie there. Check out the USPTO for yourself.
Do your own research, and pay no attention to the lies posted on iHub message boards.
If any of that had even a shred of truth to it the PPS and market cap wouldn't be what it is.
We all know that.
Warren Buffet knows a scam when he sees one, and has nothing to do with proven con men.
:)
I am guessing Warren Buffet is very disappointed in the performance of his large stake in Oxis and will be looking to replace both employees shortly.
I think a lot more needs to be known.
1 remission out of 32 patients (as of June 2016)
Unknown license terms
Debt and financing
Share structure
Etc.
Not to mention
Etc.
Methinks the great professional pump is over, for the time being.
It's all right there, it won't be signed until it goes into effect.
Here is the link and I encourage anybody to read it directly and reach their own conclusions.

I didn't see this before, interesting.
On March ___, 2017, the date we received the consent of the holders of more than a majority of the voting power of our shareholders, there were 102,724,993 common shares outstanding and preferred shares outstanding holding a voting power of 333,333,333common shares. Accordingly, the voting power on March ____, 2017, was equivalent to 436,058,326 common shares.
Interesting share count
Oh dear, anybody who cares can read directly from the filing:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the holders of more than a majority of the voting power of the shareholders of Oxis International, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we, " "us, " or "our"), have approved the following actions without a meeting of stockholders in accordance with Section 228 of the Delaware General Corporation Law:
·
The approval of an amendment to our certificate of incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of the Company's common stock at a ratio to be determined by the Board prior to the effective time of the amendment (the "Effective Time") of not less than one-for-fifty and not more than one-for-three hundred; and
·
The approval of an amendment to our certificate of incorporation to set the number of authorized shares of common stock the Company shall authority to issue following the reverse stock split in an amount to be determined by the Board prior to the Effective Time; and
This action will become effective on the 20th day after the Definitive Information Statement is mailed to our stockholders.
This was always the problem with MCET as well. You would see big gains on some days, but the volume was never enough to make any real money, and the price would be manipulated on small volume. And of course, it would drop big time the next day so those who bought in were stuck.
Just try to sell 5 million shares today.
Volume is not that impressive, but I do see a couple of stock promoting websites pushing OXIS.
It IS approved. It has not happened yet. There will be a 20 day notice.
Whatever, it's approved.
It is approved. Read the filings. You will get 20 days notice.
This is a listing of all issued patents directly assigned to Oxis International. Many of them are expired, or about to become expired.
I see nothing on OXS1550
If it is not directly assigned, then it is a license of unknown terms, any license can be terminated depending upon the terms.
I would like to know which ones were involved in the battle that Tony Cataldo won?
Oxis has nothing in terms of direct IP.

What assets? please be specific.
Not worth my time. The PPS says it all. Down 50% in two days.
What a great short.
Got it, I understand now.
No further research required.
OK, what?
Read the annual report. Look at the original agreements, look in the patent database. All you need to know about what.
Good luck!
I suggest you do further research, starting with the above. It's a good place to start, you should try it.
Right after the third reverse split and a perfect time to short, again.
Nothing to buy.
IN the case of OXIS the way to be a great investor is to not buy.
Anybody who bought in the past month or two, especially anybody who bought in Feb 22 is way underwater.
Before that, if you didn't have the good sense to get out before you lost everything then you have only yourself to blame, unless you believed the con men.
There are some companies you invest in, others you play the game and hope to not get burned.
ANYBODY who was a long term investor in OXIS, and believed that it would go up, even to $200 bucks a share was just plain foolish, and has lost a ton of money. A ton!
With OXIS it's important to read the annual report, look at the original agreements, looks at the USPTO database and understand exactly what they have, and don't have.
Wait until a stable bottom, then wait for the pump, and sell immediately. You have to move fast, maybe put in a GTC order so you don't miss it.
Move fast and don't get stuck. Nothing to see here, move along.
I do have my popcorn and enjoying the show.
Same trick as MCET. You have to wait until a stable bottom forms, the next one will be below the previous one, then there will be a pump. It will never get back to the previous high, so longs lose money. You have to move fast, and understand the pumps generally last no more than a day.
MCET ran out of things to believably lie about. There are still a few things to lie about with OXIS so there may be a pump or two left in the old horse.
All you have to do is read the annual report, and look at filed documents directly. Don't pay attention to the con men.
How is that possible? OXIS will do nothing but go down, with an occasional spike based upon old news fluffy PRs.
I case you didn't know, and it doesn't surprise me, when you short a stock and it goes down, you make money.
Everybody knows this.
You mean lose all the big money I have made so far? Maybe I have covered and will short some more from here. Easy money with the R/S on the way. Oxis has nothing, everybody knows this.
Clearly a great opportunity to short at .038. Who could possibly believe this would be any higher?
I just wish TD would let me short this POS.
Not true.
Just blather
Prove it.
OXIS down more today and will be about .008 before the reverse split.
No big pharma were fighting for the IP of Oxis.
Licenses of unknown terms. MCET claimed to have 72 patents and said the same thing.
Prove it. PPS says it all.
OXIS is just MCET all over again.
Which big pharma? Please be specific. Where are they right now? Oxis could be bought for $2 million if somebody really wanted them.
Good luck!
A license. Unknown terms. Game changing? One spontaneous remission. I suggest further research.
If this was really true would OXIS be where it is?
The market is efficient.
I'll see you at at .008, next stop before 300:1 reverse split.
Nothing to buy.
No and no. Ratio has not been announced either.
Old news from Feb.
Pump and dump. Somebody said they'd be happy at .04 so .038 was the peak. Who bought at .038?? If you had dome your research you would have recognized the PR as old news and nothing but a pump.
I never said there wouldn't be a rum based on a fluffy PR. I said no substance and I am correct.
Just like MCET.
Check back tomorrow. Was it Oxis or U M?
I suggest furthet research on Lion.
I suggest further research on U Minn. The trial would go on with or without Oxis.
I smell pathetic desperation.
Gee, he doesn't say anything about the $4 million in stock he gave himself or the $450k in salary. A real CEO wouldn't take a salary with 19k in the bank.
The desperation surrounding OXIS is palpable
