Recent dilution resolves their cash problem going into 2004.
Check Truncation Act for the 21st Century has been approved by the House and Senate Conference Committee on October 1, 2003 and, following ratification from Congress, will be presented to the president for signature into law.
SIGA picking up volume again
PRRPF PorTrush Petroleum
Just got word that the pipeline for the flared off gas should have a rubber stamp in December. They will then unchoke the wells and be producing more oil/gas. The new well they are drilling. Should have preliminary study on sample in a few days (but not certain), maybe a little longer.
VNCO up 19% early
USTT ready to bounce news

NETE Netegrity
Moving up very strong this morning. I think the cap is off on this one. Going to explode upward again.
PRRPF Update on revenue fact
I just discovered once PRRPF controls the flared off gas from its two producing profitable wells. Not only will new revenue from the gas come into play. But this allows them to open the well to greater oil production capacity producing new revenues. A Bonus!
PRRPF Event Line
PRRPF still edging upward, but volume is lighter. But has already seen 0.21 as a high.
Company has two working wells producing revenue (takes the edge off the risk owning this stock)
Company issues a private placement. Two directors buy in for $100,000 Canadian for 0.10 a share.
Next Alan Ward and associates complete an analysis of an area for drilling. (credibility)
A permit is awarded for drilling the first of four wells.
Within these events the company is working for a pipeline to capture the gas being flared off from their two producing wells (revenue).
The first news we should hear next is either success of a pipeline for the gas being flared off and or results of preliminary sample of the new well to the north.
The next news: Completion of the first of the 4 wells. The word Gusher would be nice in the first sentence of that news. Two to three month time line to hear the word "GUSHER" "Liquid Gold" "Texas Tea".
If the first well is successful it may open up more plans for other wells to be drilled besides the 4 scheduled to take place. To turn the stock value to 0.47 U.S/ 0.60 CDN only two wells have to succeed. This was the low end of the Alan Ward report.
VNCO
truely a questionable buy and sell chart for the past month.
Someone truely loading up heavy. Then someone truely unloading heavy. But today it is up 4%. No news.
I am in VRDE. I just heard the 3rd quarter financials will not be out untill Nov 2003 though. I expected Oct 2003.
I expect profitability before EBITDA to be announced.
PRRPF up 5.6% very light trading volume
BKYI Have a hunch ,
Just very possible this news is part of the HPQ and BKYI.OB partnership.

News came out after trading closed.
"Considerable progress has been made obtaining a right of way for a gas pipeline to sell the gas from the two existing wells that is currently being flared." This will be the first news in my opinion. Positive completion 1st news.
"
The proposed well, the Schmude LaTorre 1-20 is anticipated to be drilled in early October." This will be the second news upon completion. Takes 2 months for a gas well and 3 months for a oil well genrally. NOV/DEC maybe the earliest we hear anything for the forthcoming results.

VRDE.OB PRRPF.OB
VRDE.OB I expect will have news to show for its recent continuing rally. I expect the financials to be good for the 3rd quarter and it is possible that news is already knowing. Just a guess. Like to see some other bonus news. Maybe another new client in the works. But remember! Hurricane Isabel/ American Red Cross = VRDE product demand possibility of a major order. Guessing again.
PRRPF.OB
Has been steady since the credible news. I expect we will be hearing shortly about the flared off gas becoming part of the revenue stream, then followed by a successful oil well find in proving territory. Already has two wells producing profit since going public recently. I expect a very slow rise in the stock price as we approach well completion. Bonus! U.S.A. Domestic OIL as OPEC demands more.
VRDE
Old News only! Dupont contract. American Red Cross contract. Company projects positive earnings for this quarter ending.
All old news!
VRDE moving up 17% 10:18 A.M.
Must be some news behind it forthcoming. I expect the financials for the quarter to be very good anyhow. The company projected better earnings previously for this quarter about to end.

Unsure why the Wizz_Kid never mentions USTT anymore. This is his latest e-mailing. Not one word about USTT, even though it makes his tiny portfolio a percentage winner.
"We have been featured in the September issue of Institutional Investor. It's a privilege to be in such a revered publication.
A personal thanks to Mr. Steven Brull for taking the time to write about us and what's been accomplished for this year.
Part of what drew his attention our way is the objective and unimpeachable results of the "Lahiji Tiny" list of companies. In the past 10 months, the hypothetical portfolio is up 154.63% from last November. This breaks out as:
** Four stocks in the portfolio are up more than 1,000%
** Over 50 stocks more than doubling
**10 firms were bought out (several from multi-billion dollar companies)
** Three firms announced bankruptcy
All in all, it was a great year. (Note: prices as of close of trading September 19th, 2003)
Our results in the media spotlight have been just as spectacular:
The five stocks that I recommended in BusinessWeek magazine are now up (from April 21st issue): 66.85% average
The stock to own (Smart and Final) that I mentioned in Barron's magazine (April 28th) is up: 57%
The stocks I recommended on PBS's Wall Street Week with Fortune on May 16th (ARTX and IDNX) are up: 27.5% average
(Note: prices as of close of trading September 19th, 2003)
Turning to the future... we are getting prepared to get things moving in 2004. We will accomplish something worthy of the national attention by applying the same doctrine and methodology as was used for "Lahiji Tiny". Our methodology for finding attractive investments mostly hovers around debt/equity ratios and net tangible assets. Clearly some micro-cap companies are still undervalued (both in terms of growth or value) and need some positive publicity to get them recognized in the community.
The results may not be as spectacular, but the key to generating wealth is managing capital retention even as we explore opportunities for investment. Frontier will be notable for doing what others only dream about: being one of the better performing funds in the marketplace.
It is also quite noticeable how the market is euphoric right now. Share prices are up as more money comes out from under mattresses and small investors are once again forgetting those recently learned lessons about the difference between price and "worth."
Whether our fund's daily price goes up or down, we will always take the long view. Just those firms with revenue, net income, and backlog-of orders will be considered as worth our time, and your money. These will be the only pertinent factors in making a decision to buy or sell a stock.
As many of you already know by now, Chris Lahiji has been named as the co-manager of the Frontier Equity Fund (Ticker: FEFPX) and he's just begun more scrupulous research in finding another set of companies that look worthy of the mutual fund's money. Even though it has become more difficult in spotting small stocks that are trading at attractive multiples since last November, they can still be marked if peered carefully.
You can see photos of "Team Frontier" on the main page of Chris's web site http://www.lahiji.com Joel, Amy, and Chris are here to serve every individual to the best of our abilities and to make the Frontier Equity Fund one of the mostly watched and successful funds in 2004.
* Here are the facts behind Frontier Equity (FEFPX):
* Currently no load
* Commitments of over $1.5 million dollars in all states
* Open for investment in eight states right now:
CA, NY, TX, FL, GA, OH, WV, and WI
* Over 300 people have requested applications
* Ticker is FEFPX
* Expense Ratio will be less than 4% after $1 million one million
has been raised
* Neither Joel nor Chris are getting paid to manage the fund at this time
The most common question we've received is when someone asks me when their state is opening up for investment. Unfortunately, that answer is dependent on how much money we expect to raise in the fund from the people of that state.
That is why we've been telling everyone to please let us know how much you are expecting to commit to the fund so that Amy, Joel, and Chris have a better idea of which states look "economically feasible" for us to open.
Remember, our objective is to keep costs down for all shareholders, so that the expense ratio will not get out of hand.
As for all those who live in the states in which the fund is currently open, and have questions regarding requesting an application or filling one out, please feel free to call our number: 1-800-759-6598
If anyone has any questions from any state for that matter, call 800-759-6598 and Amy or Joel or Chris will be more than happy to help you.
Thanks,
Amy Siesennop, Vice President and Secretary
Joel Blumenschein, President of Freedom Investors

PRRPF ADAT NETE Update
PRRPF was slow in the early morning but then hit the .18 mark.......leveled at .16....dipped lightly and held at .155. Opened at .1475. Volume again was extreme in comparison for its average. Should see more as the wells come nearer to completion and or they complete an agreement on the gas they now produce from 2 wells instead of flaring it off. I believe exposure is now taking place. 200,000 shares plus for 2 days straight compared to 17,000 daily.
Uncertain if I recommended ADAT on this board:
I sold off my ADAT, some say it will go to $10. Proceed at your own risk beyond this point and good luck. The market is getting hazy again. This does not have the financials to support the speculation. I would not be surprised it dove again. Market is seeing violatility. Iran news today, oil prices, opec and syria.....gotta keep things tighter to play this market as I am not at the computer watching all day. Proceed at your own risk. Everyone should be in the money at this point to make a decent profit. Use Caution! Sell or hold up to you.
Bought at $3.67 sold at $5.40.
NETE Holding. If I was home I would of bought on the dip. Expect great news on and or before OCT 20th when the financials should be reported. Hopefully these new signs of market violatility will not change my mind before that. I am still long at this point at least into 2004.
Have a good night!
No action PRRPF
Losing my mind.....duh!
Maybe I should chart optical illusion stocks.
And theorize on non-existing solar systems.
Reply to chipped2003 on HEC.
Ask President George Bush Jr. The only one that made money on Harken Energy was good old George. The report comes out George sells his insider holdings. Just about everyone else paid for it.
Early watch on PRRPF Portrush Petroleum
The news was late yesterday 3:41 P.M. then the volume got heavy on the Canadian exchange. The U.S. market followed. Then the market closed. Should be an interesting watch.
Fortunate to have such a small oil company analyst evaulation. The analyst evaluation was done by Alan Ward making the news very credible. Alan Ward has been in the business for 20 years and recently authored a comprehensive report for the Petroleum Economist of London, England on North American Energy. (credibilty)
They are drilling 4 new wells. All it takes is 2 wells I assume to make the evaluation report conclusive. The area they are drilling. Has already proving to produce.
I agree lil_mini_ditka. Been sideways action for a while. Almost always closing at .40 to .42. The .38 shares are accumulated rather quickly. Breaking the .42 pivot of late has been grueling. Just running sideways. Rumour has it that one of USTT acquisitions may have been selling off its shares ( CEO CAST newsletter). Would account for the .40 balancing level if found to be the sole truth.
The real big news of late was the vender company that won the vending machine airport contract mainly because it utilized the USTT e-port cashless system. This was a big slap to other vending machine companies. They have no choice but to join in the cashless society dominated by USTT. Time will show this to be true.
PRRPF Canadian exchange 27% up late
More research news. Was only up 7% on the U.S. exchange on late news. But the Canadian exchange was up 27% for the day with a major run up after the 3:41 P.M. news.
Going to be an interesting week. wowwwwwww

New estimates if currently on target by an independent economic analyst evaluation. Concludes the stock should have a target price of around .44 cents (U.S.), .60 (CDN) a share. And this is based on a conservative target.
Now selling at .15 cents a share. 7% move up today. Volume today was 286,000 shares as compared to an average of 17,000 daily volume.
The news on the analyst evaluation was posted at 3:41 P.M. (late)
Volume started to exceed before closing. Should be a very interesting morning going into the week.http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/030924/245685_1.html
What may come shortly is a financial stream of gas now being flared off from two oil wells without water concentrations. This should be a real bonus for revenues.
Also oil prices are now in the news again on OPEC cutbacks. Expect higher gas prices. In doing so the revenues for PRRPF now in production shall see added value.
PRRPF news is out PORTRUSH PETROLEUM
new estimates on new oil/gas revenues
Already profitable company with $20,000 per month revenue
Estimates are it should go into the million mark.US$1,560,000 in 2004.

Unusual chart of late. It appears someone is always buying big around 10:30 A.M. of late. No news! No financials! Nothing! But appears somebody is accumulating without running up the shares. Just an oddity pattern I have been following. Maybe something is in the works and maybe something is not. Watching!
Anybody have any thoughts on the pattern?

VRDE - American Red Cross/Hurricane Isabel
Just a thought on VRDE.OB
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=vrde.ob
Veridian just announced a major contract with the American Red Cross. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/030915/155520_1.html
This may not be the newest of news, but Hurricane Isabel is about to be.
How much clean-up do you think the American Red Cross will respond to after the Hurricane takes it toll? The flood waters will spill sewage. There will be shark dung all over the place (lol).
Will not be the "Ghost Busters" The American Red Cross will be calling for disinfectant products thats for sure. The Veridian hot line will be tested.
Major trade volume of recent. A decent last quarter report. Expected growth. Possible surprise earnings resulting from increased product demand from Hurricane Isabel disaster.
