Growth continues to be on the agenda. That is a positive.
TGD shares appear to be picking up gold miner momentum.
Timmons Gold new project going forward without dilution.
I am going to eat Chinese to celebrate! Happy back at ya!
I expect 8x8 (EGHT) to have a full scale brand name blitz in the coming weeks. Mid market business to be targeted and hopefully ignite more than just that tier. Should very well help with investor awareness also as a secondary affect.
OPINION.
Merrill Lynch upgrades EGHT to $19. I believe the brand name exposure has now begun. Investors who are also agents of companies will be reviewing the target and the reason why. Makes sound logical sense.
Merrill Lynch should upgrade their communication network with 8x8. Put their money where their mouth is, in polite terms. Why not?
$19 target presently
Major upgrade from Merril Lynch to $19 target.
8x8, Inc.
Large wins as mid-market accelerates;
reiterate BUY, PO to $19 from $18
Reiterate Rating: BUY | PO: 19.00 USD | Price: 16.40 USD Equity
3Q results continue set up for sustained revs acceleration
3QFY17 showed again both strong mid-market and enterprise traction, including a win
with a division of a Fortune 50 company. More mid-market and enterprise wins are
significant for 8x8 in several ways: (1) 8x8 gains important enterprise reference
customers; (2) it validates 8x8’s strategy of targeting global accounts; (3) validates the
product portfolio; (4) accelerates the shift to high quality revenues; (5) validates our view
that cloud unified communications is an early market at an inflection point with midmarket/
enterprise adoption just beginning.
Acceleration in mid-market revenues
3Q revenues and net income came in ahead of our estimates (see variance on pg 3).
Constant currency (CC) organic services revenue growth (SR) was 28% y/y, up from 25%
in 1HFY17 and 23% in FY16. CC total revenue growth was 24% vs 22% 1HFY17 as
product revenues decline with more customers choosing mobile only solutions, a trend
that will help overall margins. Mid-market represented 55% of services revs (up 45% y/y
CC organically) vs 36% y/y in Q1FY17 and 40% in 2QFY17. New MRR from midmarket/
enterprise customers/channel grew CC organic 10% y/y vs 40% in 2QFY17 on
tough comps and larger customer deployments taking longer. 50%+ of new MRR came
from the install base.
Several revenue growth drivers
8x8 is going through rejuvenation with several key hires and expanded strategy, which is
adding new growth vectors: (1) traction in the enterprise; (2) global expansion; (3)
several major new channel partners (Arrow, CDW, Intelisys, CSG in Australia/New
Zealand); (4) opening up of the line-of-business opportunity; (5) cross -sell/upsell.
Reiterate BUY, PO to $19 from $18
We raised our PO to $19 based on 5x CY18E EV/Revs (previously $18 based on 5.3x
CY17E EV/Revs), ahead of SaaS comps at 4.2x in light of accelerating organic constant
currency service revenue growth rate (23% in FY16, 25% in 1HFY17, 28% in 3QFY17).
We believe 8x8 has bias for revenue acceleration, profitable/capex light model, large
market opportunity.

I listened to the EGHT conference call. I remember a while back the main reason why Vic was picked to lead the company. To take the company global. Vic has done that. Now Vic is ready to broaden the global paths in a phase two project he announced today. Mid market growth is phenomenal. One story told was that 8x8 knocked out a competing 12 vendors, while getting in late to the game, to win the customer business. The same story is repeated over and over again per Vic.
One question was asked has there been buy out interest. The answer was yes, but it will not be Vic making that decision, but the board per Vic. So far from what I could comprehend. Does not appear to have been any real serious offers to pay what Vic feels is best for shareholders. ( I really enjoyed that question. Read the transcript.)
Vic emphasized that 8x8 still has to earn name recognition. Even though growth continues. The 8x8 brand name is still weak in the field as a well known name to shopping customers. I expect possibly to see a promo blitz in early spring to get the name out front. I expect Vic to succeed in this endeavor. My opinion.
My opinion is from my own comprehension. Please refer to replay call or transcript.
By the way the bottom line is: EGHT is moving up rapidly in customer based size. Mid market company customers.

$16.30 new 52 week high. Explosive share price growth working.
EGHT taking on new 52 week high, $16.30. Volume is under average.
3 new patents announced today as news.
EGHT new share price heights.
Then MNGA needs a nice dozen or so tanker trucks, along with more C02 bottles.
I did not know that about growing weed. I do not use weed. So my knowledge on weed is limited. I do know about agriculture yield though. So weed is not any different. Increasing yield by 30% with C02 is significant, but what of the subtracting of the C02 costs. What price tag does a 30% C02 infusion cost to the bottom line? I would think it be very cheap.
Growth is absolutely excellent for MNGA. Cash burn ratio does not seem to be stopping the company completely from going forward and expending cash for new business. Cash burn ratio is still alarming in my opinion.
Why? C02 is a bottled gas. Need C02 designated bottles.
Going to need some C02 bottles. Possibly thousands.
Yes! But do not follow it on the other exchange. I actually follow BVXV for the novelty of the universal flu vaccine. That was my original intention. So if I become a BVXV trader.
Well the share price is responding exceedingly well today. Might be ahead of news that may or may not have leaked or just plain enthusiasm.
$5.10 incredible price none-the-less
Being a fan of the product I find the share price very rewarding for those who dare believe and invest, as you well know.
UNIVERSAL FLU VIRUS is not an ordinary virus. I still feel it has many more applications than just the flu virus.
Kabooom!
Hearing more enthusiasm for gold of late. $1,250 to $1,350 area.
Might be as the stock market grows higher. The slow end of the market will follow meaning commodities at some point.
There is belief that gold has bottomed and most ETF's that were selling have sold off.
Anyhow a profitable gold company, not a speculative gold company might just find some very good added percentage value to their share prices.
I like TGD (Timmons Gold) as a small play. I do own some pocket change shares. I had liked GPL (silver) and the share price showed a lot of enthusiasm, but I do not like its decrease in product production for the second time in a row. TGD I feel is undiscovered and might make a good bang for your dollar. The share priced has sagged for a while now, but volume enthusiasm has drastically picked up. Profitable gold company. (bonus)
Timmins Gold Corp (Canada) Stock Price - TGD
http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/AMEX/timmins-gold-corp-canada-TGD/stock-price
I like your enthusiasm, but when your playing with the micro bio small caps. One must separate the reality from the share price at some of the most meaningful times. It just the way it is. The news pumps and then it generally followed by a slump. While the company dilutes/finances. Then one day the company if successful finally finds it's way and the game subsides into the development of a real investment.
By the way! I am also enthused about the new clinical findings about to be announced. I am going with my gut feeling that the product will pass with flying colors.
What is new in the world of bio when it comes to small cap? So far though the company has remained somewhat balanced. Seeing an investment that controls nearly 20% of outstanding shares is impressive in one way, but dangerously controlling in another.
What is liked about this company approach is that I feel this method is not just locked into the flu virus, but has unlimited uses. I can see this approach used in attacking the AIDS virus, but very uncertain why others have not tried this approach. Maybe someone has already? The superbugs are on their way none the less.
One must remind themselves. This approach is not an anti biotic, but a true vaccine with alternating pathways. To me it sounds like this company will be in the forefront of a trending superbug exposure. I do not intend to mislead on my opinion, but my imagination is hard working this morning.
Another inlet to slow the cash burn ratio. Every little bit helps.

Would You Kill 800,000 Birds For This?
Posted On January 12, 2017 By Tamara Pearson
http://www.thealternativedaily.com/h5n8-bird-flu-in-france/?utm_source=altdaily&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=social
France is currently in the process of culling 800,00 birds in order to prevent the spread of H5N8. Workers, dressed in head-to-toe protective suits, face shields and gas masks, are picking up ducks on farms and putting them in metal containers. Carbon dioxide is then piped into the containers and the birds are killed within seconds.
At one farm in the village of Latreille, in the heart of the duck and geese-rearing part of France, 8,000 ducks were culled in just a few hours. The total amount of birds being killed — 800,000 — are just a small proportion of the 18 million birds in the southeast of France. And authorities in the Czech Republic also ordered the culling of chickens and ducks, as reports of bird flu spread across Europe.
There have been 95 reported outbreaks of the H5N8 bird flu virus in France. The country’s agriculture ministry said the virus has been spreading over the past month and needs to be contained. If the currently infected ducks aren’t killed, more may need to be culled in the future.
Bird flu is most dangerous to the birds themselves. That is, this measure is aimed at protecting the ducks and the farmers who depend on them for their livelihood. H5N8 has never been found in humans and can’t be transmitted through food.
Other strains of bird flu found in Asia
Other strains of bird flu though have been found in South Korea and Japan in recent weeks — and these have infected humans. The latest strain of bird flu resulted in the culling of millions of birds. In total, due to all the different strains of bird flu, 250 million birds have been killed globally in attempts to stop the spread of the virus.
The H5N1 strain of bird blue killed close to 60 percent of the humans who were infected by it, according to the World Health Organization. However, it’s important to note that the flu doesn’t spread via human-to-human contact. Talk of a future pandemic is likely exaggerated.
Meanwhile, the H5N8 strain affecting ducks in France has been spreading from farm animals to wild migratory birds and killing them – though the rate at which this is happening is minimal. The greater risk is the spread to other farm birds.
A long-term concern for bird flu — and particularly the H5N1 strain — is that it could eventually adapt into a form that is spread between humans, causing a global outbreak among people. But, while this is something to consider and prevent, it’s not something to seriously worry about yet.
Are there alternatives to culling?
This isn’t an issue of the ethics of killing poultry. The ducks in France affected by bird flu were being raised to become foie gras anyway. They would have been slaughtered eventually. So while many people do object to using animals for meat, the general question of killing farm animals is a separate issue.
After all, the U.S. slaughters at least 50.9 million animals every day for human consumption. In 2008, the following number of animals were slaughtered in the US:
Cattle: 35,507,500
Pigs: 116,558,900
Chickens: 9,075,261,000
Layer hens: 69,683,000
Broiler chickens: 9,005,578,000
Turkeys: 271,245,000
In this case, the question is this: is culling an efficient solution to the bird flu spreading across Europe or are there alternatives?
Culling birds to prevent the virus spreading to other farms is a common practice. However, France’s Ministry of Agriculture does say that some farms are exempt from the culling. In those examples, birds are confined and raised through the complete production process — from ducklings to the end product. The risk of the virus spreading is low there.
Industrial farming methods facilitate bird flu
While many of France’s culled ducks are free range, it is industrial farming methods which are facilitating the spread of bird flu. Areas densely populated by livestock are more vulnerable. Factors that also increase vulnerability include open water bodies, movement of animals, contamination of lorries, feed and other supplies, hygiene on farms, the processing chain and markets.
Veterinary scientist Albert Osterhaus argues that the scale of the issue means that vaccinations and culling should both be used, that “one does not work without the other.”
France has plans to carry out preventative vaccinations on millions of birds. But in the meantime, there are those that are already infected and there is also the reality that the vaccines aren’t 100 percent effective. Vaccines can prevent animals from feeling ill, but a low number of viruses will still replicate and spread.
Still, the decision to kill that amount of animals isn’t an easy one. What would you do? If the animals weren’t destined to be meat after all, would you go ahead with a decision to kill 800,000 of them?
— Tamara Pearson
The practice of slaughtering chickens at retail outlets without veterinary inspection increases the likelihood of human infection from some strains. Further, climate change is altering the distribution and abundance of insect vectors — those that carry and transmit infectious pathogens to other living organisms.
Can vaccinations prevent bird flu?
In the short term, alternatives to culling depend on the particular situation. They include quarantine measures and vaccinations. Surveillance can help ensure earlier detection and fewer birds being affected, but the FAO argues that often culling is the most “humane” treatment.
A 5 minute spike does not reflect investor sentiment, but I like your way of thinking-none-the-less.
I think and I am almost certain the process could be used to even trap the aids virus which hides in camouflage. Just my opinion.
Citi group should keep up with growth. DUKE is continuing to grow.
DUKE is present and definitely future.
The fundamentals for growth are very strong. I do NOT see the fundamentals weak.
The news is great. The product is great. It is what goes behind the scenes in keeping the company afloat which is always a concern until they hit the finish line. Then there is the financials needed for marketing thereafter.
Starting to sound a little toxic. I could be wrong, but shares not having to be registered and only allowed to trade on a primary foreign exchange.
Never easy getting financed as a potential product goes through the steps.
It is just so powdered.
Gold? Black market gold is growing. Low bond yields putting pressure on the dollar from going higher. Two signs that gold might make a another move upward forth coming. Might make a nice bounce play at least of the short term. Disregard TRUMP politics in this scenario.
Just thinking out loud
Stocks like that, might just spoil a ladies complexion. Caution.
Gold miner stocks might be getting a rally come forth.
Holding some speculative shares with a gold miner producing at profitability might just pay off. Might be timed with TRUMP MOUTH.
Gold might make a great swing trade while MR TRUMP MOUTH KNOW IT ALL whines himself in an out of trouble which includes the American public.
I like TRUMP, and I am going to try to like the money I make from his mouth. My Thoughts.
Your sorta of right. The shares have been pickled because of the recent pickling and future pickling that is expected. Dilution bedroom. Otherwise, I expect the company is slowing down the cash burn ratio by recent sales of products (assumption).
I will add to today's news as very positive when it comes to sterilization for the European agricultural market and wastewater markets. There is great reason to be thrilled.
IHUB Mod Squad been removing some posts they ruled are personal attacks. So keep it peaceful please.
New Year a coming!
