My opinion on Duke Energy. Recent BofAML analysis.
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NYSE/duke-DUK/stock-price
Merrill Lynch BofAML analysis leaves out the upside. So they base it on the financials being on a teeter totter and throw only mention of a possible downside. What about the upside. The analysis needs repair. They missed the upside possibilities.
Do you really think DUKE would be granting and awarding so many community projects if they were broke or for that place, putting their shareholders in jeopardy? The answer is obvious. The answer is no.
Credibility:
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Piedmont Natural Gas today announced a $100,000 grant to its Share the Warmth program in an effort to help low-income households in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
CINCINNATI, Jan. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Salvation Army received $100,000 from Duke Energy Ohio in addition to $210,000 in customer contributions and matching funds for the 2018 HeatShare program
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Duke Energy is powering its communities with more than electricity. In 2017, the company invested more than $5 million in Sunshine State nonprofit organizations.
Analysis was not balanced objectively. Put it back in place BofAML! $92

Has to be an end to the insidious financing and reverse splits eventually.
But there is no rule to even believe that.
You might be very close to being correct with your assumption?
pre reverse $0.28 verses $4.20 post reverse closing.
$16! Little gem in the pile has been found. Overweight.

I suggest that people buy an anti-bacterial soap that deters putting your hands up to your airways. Sam's Club Member Marks soap is a strong enough deterrent. Dead Cheap also. Flu season and cold season. Break the transmission cycle.
Pandemic, none-the-less there is no way they will release this product early regardless. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-01-16/think-flu-season-is-bad-it-might-get-even-worse
We are going to be in for a new wave of hard hitting flu. Stay tuned.
Besides the new flu strains are already here and spreading.
Toot Toot! The bull horns are getting warmed up to blow!
Touching $15, but $25 is well deserving. But it appears I am one of the few that think so. Big money investors (sellers)seemingly are not allowing EGHT to play in the BULL game. Enthusiasm remains waned.
Thought: This cryptocurrency trend is using an astronomical amount of electricity to mine/make these trending cryptocurrencies in their different forms.
Electrical energy producing companies (Electric Utilities) will profit in my opinion.

8x8 Fuels Growth for Global Recruiting Agency
I wonder if the company is still looking for a buyer? It has been sometime, but no one has offered the correct asking price. I am curious what that asking price per share is. Maybe that is why things have been somewhat quite in my opinion. Of course there has been a switch in investor relations personnel of late.
Anyhow I trust 8x8 has been working on Enterprise tier customers since implementing their new business plan.
$14.55

Well I see in my absence of posting, after my long tenure as 8x8 IHUB moderator I have been removed by IHUB. Oh well! Will have to get back to work.
Appreciated definition.
The news today is more growth through acquisition.
I could read it with a glass of carrot juice and would not understand what refurbished means. Blowing smoke up the avenue.
Refurbished?
How do you know gross profit is 50%?
After the fact. What will be net profit?
You hit another key word called management.
Well then if management gets it. That is all that matters.
By the way what is the profit margin on the EU order?
You said the critical word. Dilution. Dilution even at a higher price is not good for the MNGA investor. Shareholders have flipped the paychecks long enough for this company. Pollution dilution. What does the investor get?
Actually they are not liars as such. They do deliver on growth. They just do not emphasize how much that growth is costing them. I use the word emphasize. It might be secondary to you and other investors, but the employees get paid. I do not know of any short changed employee paychecks.
Once in a while the company even throws the shareholders and general public a hot dog or two.
SEC filings should be out as usual.
MY OPINION ONLY
Transformational. That is the golden word from the company.
As an investor, I would not be in a hurry. I would advise anyone to wait for the next reported financials to answer any and all questions. Without calling and or talking to the company. I have no way to clarify a proper answer to your question. If it was transformational. I do not see the main stream of the investment community buying into it and accumulating shares. In return the share price is still being depleted for the moment. Company news can be whatever the company wants it to be.
The company has a serious cash burn ratio. Along with these reverse splits.
Does not matter what the news is, as you buy into the news, the share price continues to wane and deplete. It is the share price, and nothing really else that matters, but the share price. Buy it at a dime and watch it go to a penny?
Buy the way who is selling all the shares? Might ask the company?
OPINION ONLY! RISKY. Refer to sec filings for risk warnings.
Converting preferred shares must be exhaustive work.
I would imagine someone(s) playing pump and dump somewhere out there.
Pink sheeted unfortunately. If there is anything going on, it is beyond my knowledge.
Sold another pocket change TXMD. $0.25 a share profit.
Bought $5.75, sold $6 (second time I bought and sold for small profit)
Going to be a while until we hear anything. No reason to immediately hang out. Small profit. Profit is good.
Sold pocket change play PGNX. Up on news.
Bought $5.67, sold $6.96
Like I said pocket change.
New Years money.
Welcome to the SWAMP of microcrap. Another reverse split would simply be devastating in my opinion.
Another flu virus disabler is emerging per article.
"Scientists soon will be able to construct precise molecular tools for a vast range of tasks, he predicts. Already, his team has built proteins for purposes ranging from fighting flu viruses to breaking down gluten in food to detecting trace amounts of opioid drugs.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/26/science/protein-design-david-baker.html
NOTE: But yet it is still all in dream world. The retail environment may never see it for years to come. If even then. Like so many scientific developments. The article does use the word SOON. Define soon?

I was reviewing postings when I saw a message deleted by Administration in my absence. It was not insulting to me, but admin found it off topic and deleted it. Well in my opinion and in no way to disagree with admin policy. I found it very border line and even a good question. "If I do not believe in this company. Why do I stay on as moderator?".
Well I do believe in MNGA products. I also believe the company definitely shows growth. The financials and the stock is another story if one can place themselves to separate them. I like a lot of company product lines, and some of their financials are horrendous.
One must remember some traders enjoyed a good swing trade out of MNGA. I have no problem hanging out for the time being as one of the moderators. I look at MNGA at best as a possible day trader stock and even then I would look else where for the moment.
Another reason I hang out is because I find MNGA highly interesting. It is a very interesting company. It has some very big names as customers. You just never know what this company is going to surprise you with. So basically I hang out watching the story. You might even find the toxic financing another game of education to enhance your playing in the small cap exchanges.
If you are going to play the small caps then learn the game. MNGA is one of those learning tools. You might say I moderate a learning tool.
Will MNGA ever get their cash burn ratio under control? If they do this company could very well turn the corner including the share price. No one from the company is going to come out and directly say their stock is trashed. They do near say it in their financials if you care to read it.
Enjoy your day.
No failure. They both have to do with security. Presently that is what our Washington, DC leaders are doing. Converting from xray to cat scanners. 1st Detect will have its day, along much the same pathway I believe.
