Yes, I would be concerned that I would be out of the stock when it jumped.
Too many shares unloading today to increase the pps. The buying action was there but too many sales vs. buys to bring much of a move today.
Good luck for you, but I couldn't trust MSMY until it became SEC-reporting due to its history.
Hope it works out great for you, though.
All The Best
Well, looks like SNRY will open at .22
3:30 Mountain Time, So that is 5:30 Eastern, for me.
MSMY would be difficult for me to buy after such an enormous dilution not too long ago. I mean, that one was epic!
All The Best
Ha! You start posting R/S on IHub (reverse split) and you can guarantee to run people off from SNRY.
Yes, tomorrow you will have 910 shares at (if the current pps was EOD) .22 each.
Anticipation is DEFINITELY building on SNRY.
I think many would be happier to see the pps higher going into the split tomorrow!

I agree, it was the very first Pink that I had ever placed in my IRA - before SMKY became a QB stock. And I doubt that I would ever do that again with any other company while it is a pink sheet.
Like you said, tremendous potential here and not a flipper's stock. I've been collecting some more shares at these prices.
By the way, thank you for making the information available so that we can continue to be very well informed about SMKY.
All The Best, Sir
Bought back into DEXO today at 1.69
All The Best
Nice to see a tighter bid/ask there.
I thought so, too, but they cannot hold 5% of the S/S without being named in the filings as an insider.
Asher only holds about 4.9% of the shares, so their dumping should not affect the pps to much (that's around 367k shares post split).
The officers hold 24% or so (going by memory) and I am sure they will sell like many of us, but they may hold many shares longer (that's about 1.8M shares post split).
This will be the most interesting R/M I have ever been involved with yet.
All The Best
No one is happy about the way the stock has traded lately, but then again, neither are shareholders in half the large caps, either.
I AM VERY encouraged to see how Mr. Feintech is adapting to the specific food market for SMKY. He is willing to attempt a marketing strategy - and then he is willing to adapt that strategy accordingly to the feedback he receives about that attempt.
If you want to see a failed business model, look at EK, once a stalwart in their field, but they refused to adapt to an ever-changing market and now has filed for bankruptcy.
I don't look at Weight Watchers, Groupon or any of the other very recent attempts to enter the retail food market in a negative way. He has learned from EVERY FOOD OUTLET (what we have already known) the food product is fantastic and EVERYONE loves it.
Confirmation from profitable distributors that the product is tremendous is very encouraging to me! Now, steps are being made to slash the overhead to make a fantastic product more viable AND obtain another business with good revenues, which will also increase profits.
It's only JAN 2012 - look how far and what progress has been made since OCT, only 3 months ago! This CEO is NOT indecisive, reckless or haphazard, but is rapidly adapting his tremendous product to make it viable and profitable.
Furthermore, he is consistently pursuing a route of financing which provides the best value for the shareholders - not tossing around tens of millions of shares at his slightest whim.
I am very encouraged here in the progress SMKY has made and is making.

Hey, SNIZZLE, the R/S can ONLY CHANGE if they put out another filing to amend the first filing. It is more than an announcement or PR because the actual filing was made at the Delaware SOS. They would have to put out another filing before - and because they have to give 30 or 40 days notice, I don't think it can be stopped now.
They have set the date and it is settled.
I, too, lean toward AFTER the R/S will be the 8-K. The R/S places the entire authorized shares at 7.5M and a float of a little over 7M.
All The Best
The R/S IS set in stone and will go into effect on 1/31. The necessary paperwork has already been completed and filed with the Delaware SOS, the amendment has been added officially to the organization.

It is a contract between Bangkok Solar Co and NP Capital (the previous company before SNRY) to buy their solar panels. They became SNRY before the panels were delivered and they had built a couple of solar fields in the U.S. before SNRY went belly-up.
Do you mean Exhibit 4.3?
I think .100 is less than half of the Mendoza Line!! Seems like that was around .210 or so. LOL
Nope, no reason to do that whatsoever. This board is for dialogue, opinions and fact-finding. Everyone has a different perspective and it is needed.
If you were to go back over my posts here since June, you would run out of fingers and toes counting how many times I have been wrong.
Believe me, I'll be one of the biggest cheerleaders on the board, once we have something to cheer about. It's just that I don't think we will make the pps move very much - news of the 8-K will be the catalyst for that.

To answer your question kindly,
I am never bold enough to encourage someone to buy or sell. Frankly it is none of my business what someone else does with their own money. I have enough responsibility managing my own without the weight of managing someone else's money.
Secondly, in most penny stocks when someone is yelling to buy or 'slap the ask' - I have found this statement to be more true than not, "The one doing the yelling is the one doing the selling."
This is a potential R/M candidate and is very speculative. I would always caution anyone before buying into it that we have no idea what is going to happen. We have followed a trail of breadcrumbs here and many of us assume that something is going to happen - but you never know.
Lastly, no one here knows very much of the particulars of each individual and you and I are just a voice without a face. You could be working for someone who is holding millions of shares and wants to get rid of as many as they can before the R/S takes effect - or so could I. The potential for deceit is very great in an anonymous world.
So, kindly, if you want to buy, have at it and knock yourself out and buy all you wish. But this is not a pep rally where all of us need to get behind one individual - this involves very serious risk and should be approached in the same way.
This is not an angry post, friend. Just the facts.

Sorry, I was looking at the premarket activity and it was bouncing around a little.
I'm of the 'Non-Fill School' anyway. I don't believe every gap has to be filled. I think the tendency to fill is strong for the first three days or so, but that's all.
All The Best
Yep. I sold a couple days ago at 1.99 and I held out and didn't get back in yesterday. It looks like it may gap and run, I won't chase but will look to see where it is around 1-2pm.
Oh, and forgot to mention SXRZF, I was only planning on 8-10 days, but it started slow and is showing plenty of strength, so still holding there. I haven't decided if I will keep it as a repeated swing or not yet.
All The Best
Some of my current swings:
Been swing trading DEXO - I don't know if it has run out of steam or not, but it is setting up ready for another run. I will enter either today or tomorrow - looking for any bullish indicator to be my signal.
AVL is on a nice run currently, as is REXX (which I think has set up to move rapidly for a couple days). REXX has an earnings announcement on 2/6 - depending on the wave, I may take a gamble and stay in for that announcement, indicators are good for a strong earnings statement.
Even though I have been swinging DNN, it has now definitely broken the downtrend and is looking great (finally).
I am planning on TA to be huge, they have very strong earnings - although they may be down some in Q4 2011, which is usually the trend.
YRCW is going strong, still unsure of an entry point. The train may have already left the station for me there.
Thanks for the many good opportunities given on this board - always willing to learn from others and check out all the companies mentioned here.
All The Best
No. I've always been a follower by nature. LOL
All The Best
Haha, good one.
As I've mentioned here before, I've not been here long enough to grow exasperated yet with KBLB.
Now that actual progress is being made, I am encouraged not disheartened. Even for those who have been here 2+ years, you have to admit that the science is actually making progress.
Now the next step is making that science either economical enough to produce the product on a commercial scale or else adapting the particular science to make it customizable for each particular client's unique specifications.
All The Best
Come on, JB, you know that the market is fueled by speculation. Look what just happened to APPL - speculation of a great quarterly fueled the great response to that great quarterly.
IF a deal has been done and KBLB did not capitalize on that speculation as fuel - then the CEO is a bona fide idiot.
But, if a deal is being worked out, I am sure a Non-Disclosure agreement was signed - therefore NOTHING CAN BE SAID.
The latest PR killed the speculation - therefore the momentum seen in volume has tapered off. Not a good move, I think.
But, we'll see.
All The Best
It's never a waste for the general population to hear and learn about your company's product. I didn't really even understand what spider silk was until I read this board a year ago.
Now, the general population has heard about it and when they hear that someone has figured out a way to manufacture it on a commercial scale, they will be interested instead of needing to be educated what it is and can do.
An immediate press release surely would have made the pps spike in a huge way - none of us would have really minded that - but it will fade back down, too, until the revenues begin to show up in the quarterlies.
However, with a commercial deal signed - I don't think the pullback will be to the same level - but at a much higher one.
If the CC comes without an actual commercial deal, but just more promises, though...ouch!
All The Best
Great decision on APPL, by the way.
I didn't think of playing it the way you did.

It looks like governments are the same the world over.
Israel is cutting solar bids for large fields.

And the regulator stalled AGAIN on making a decision on GSP solar field license in the Beduin community.

You're right, my bad - I remember now.
All The Best
Haha, I like that one, very fitting.
I didn't have a lot in it but in at .31 and out at .51 - now I'll probably walk away. It doesn't look sustainable - but who knows. An OTC stock whose value is basically based on public opinion is too much of a gamble for me long-term.
All The Best
I hope so, too. This could be the most important CC for KBLB.
Personally, I subscribe to the Dirty Harry Philosophy of Business:
"A man's got to know his limitations."

If I can butt in to your conversation:
It is probably the difference between being a lawyer and a salesman.
A lawyer is going to be more concerned about what he DOES NOT SAY, so he will be tentative and cautious - both bad responses for the critical juncture where we are.
A true salesman is going to present himself as encouraged, positive and progressing - even if it is all baloney.
IF there is not a good 'entry level' commercial deal - Kim will hurt the stock with a poorly executed CC. A salesman would give the pps a lift because of so many positive developments on the horizon.
Just a guess as to what is being said.
All The Best
Yep, I think I'm going to try slowly and quietly - like a 'frontloader' does! LOL
I don't like to go long for a long time on OTC stocks (I have made one exception, though!) but this seems very solid and both principals in management have checked out well. It may have some spikes here and there - but I think the real value will be seen in 2-3 years.
All The Best
I doubt many have purchased enough shares low enough to sell 1M at .0017 - my guess would be it is Asher selling some while it can, so they scooped up 1700 bucks today. It will be an extra 10k shares that they won't have to unload now after the R/S.
All The Best
Good News. Nice Letter with a very clear and simple explanation of their business operations, filled with common sense language.
This is another long hold and look back in 2-3 years and say, "Wow, look what has happened here to my stock!"
