Kripticcc,
There is a ton of information available on this board. While there may not be a 100% complete picture there is enough available that you should be able to make an informed decision without simply guessing as to what is going on. Here is what I put together yesterday. I've framed it as what I believe is going on, although there are parts I'm unsure of. Still hoping that someone can confirm some things.

As far as your question about the date of May 17, 2010. I'm assuming they got it from this sec filing
http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/100820/Brazos-International-Exploration-Inc_8-K/
it states the following - On May 17, 2010 Brazos International Exploration, Inc. issued a press release.

Here is the press release - http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/100820/Brazos-International-Exploration-Inc_8-K/brazospressrelease51710ex995.htm
This has probably been posted before, but since the integrity of the two main players has been questioned because of their choice in web developers I thought I'd post it. These look like the kind of people I want putting together a mega RM.

This is getting fun. Found another company. Make sure that you take a look at the relationship analyzer. Haven't yet found anything to indicate that it is doing any real business just that it is active.

Just to clarify I'm not explicitly saying that these companies are part of the RM. I'm merely pointing out the relationship between them and Renfro. Keep in mind this statement from his his website:
"Our financial objective is to have a market capitalization over $250 Million within 12
months and through a systematically and carefully planned growth program, reach a goal of $500 Million or more within three years. Over that period, we would like to see gross margins improving while keeping selling, general and administrative costs to a minimum and maintaining a strong balance sheet. Our initial goal of $250 Million can be accomplished by developing our existing asset base while our three year plan will require a selective acquisition program."
http://brazosinternational.info/executive-summary/objectives-and-mission/
These existing companies seem to be a quick way to make that happen. Hoping that others can help to determine what the master plan is. Thanks
Just found this
Petroleum Capital Lc in Cameron, LA is a private company categorized under Petroleum Products Manufacturers. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $20 to 50 million and employs a staff of approximately 5 to 9.
http://www.manta.com/c/mt1mfcw/petroleum-capital-lc
If this is included or someday included in the RM it brings instant revenue, and credibility to BRZL.
Can anyone verify if the RM includes Petroleum Capital Lc?
I was wondering the same thing. Maybe we have had our eligibility revoked because we were on top for so long!
<tips hat> Thank you sir! Passing it along deserves a nod as well.
Took me about 4-5 hours to research it and put it all together. Time well spent imo.
Thank you to those that have been supportive of my research. I don't have PM so I can only respond publicly.
I spent a lot of time on the research and it was mostly for my own peace of mind to understand what I've been reading. I do feel it was important to share as it can help facilitate the discussion and have those with knowledge attempt to fill in the rest.
The delay has put people on edge, and I understand people are emotional when it comes to their hard earned money. I know I am. Hopefully, as a team we can piece together this puzzle and be comfortable while we wait for Mr Renfro to finish the RM.
My DD:
It has been discussed that Renfro Energy has sold the Cameron Meadows Land Company Lease in March 2010. This property is listed as potentially the most valuable property. This concerned me and others because it seemed as though BRZL no longer would benefit from this asset. The Admiral has continually thrown out bits and pieces of information, which sometimes seemed contradictory. It seems that that a part of the Cameron Meadows property was sold, but they still own a portion of it. I’m having trouble proving that out right so any additional information will be appreciated.
I’m going to attempt to lay out what I think is going on. This will be lengthy, and I apologize if it is something that has already been discussed, or is assumed as common knowledge. It is important for me to understand what is going on, and I’m looking forward to hearing from people who are more knowledgeable in the oil industry and business world in regards to mergers and acquisitions.
Disclaimer – I have a modest investment in BRZL. I’m new to investing, and I’m not very familiar with mergers and the legalese that goes with it. I’m going to provide my opinion of what I think is happening, and will provide links to back up any facts that I find.
According to the Renfro Energy website they sold Cameron Meadows Land Company Lease in March 2010. - http://www.renfroenergy.com/Oil_Gas_Properties_PAGE.htm
I haven’t been able to find definitive proof of who purchased CMLC, but according to the letter of intent to enter into a purchase agreement between Renfro and BRZL, Renfro is selling this lease- Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease dated March 21, 1927, executed by Cameron Meadows Land Company. Obviously, he cannot sell something he doesn’t own.
August 20, 2010 – Letter of intent http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/100820/Brazos-International-Exploration-Inc_8-K/brazosloiex996.htm

Such lease affects all of Section 16, Township 14 South, Range 13 West covering 783 acres, more or less.
There has also been discussion about pumping already going on. The admiral has provided this link – Which shows that Petroleum Capital, L.C is the operator for the Cameron Parish School board well - http://sonris.com/cons/pre-run/gas_proration_lafayette.pdf He also provided a link that seems to show the managing member of Petroleum Capital is James Renfro - http://reservepetroleumcalifornia.com/operators/petroleumcapital.html
I’ve found some more links between the two:
The Renfro Energy website page that shows correlation to Petroleum capital. I can’t seem to get there straight from the website as the page seems to have been updated- http://www.renfroenergy.com/Company%20Profile.htm
Current page - http://www.renfroenergy.com/Company_Profile.htm
This is a filing that shows connection to Renfro and Petroleum Capital, L.C. Looks like Renfro Energy is a holding company for Petroleum Capital http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/100820/Brazos-International-Exploration-Inc_8-K/
Here is the highlight of the document –
Business History
RENFRO ENERGY, LLC, Dallas, TX 03/02-Present
President and Founder. Holding company for oil and gas assets. All operations conducted by affiliated company, Petroleum Capital, L.C.
PETROLEUM CAPITAL, L.C., Dallas, TX 06/93-Present
President and Founder. Oil and gas operating company with up to 150 company owned wells located in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Company closed 12 acquisitions in last fifteen years with institutional lenders such as Associated Energy Managers, Tenneco Ventures, Chase Bank, Capwest Resources, Inc., Sterling Bank, and Sovereign Bank.
It appears that the Renfro Energy is a holding company for Petroleum Capital. I don’t remember hearing this before. So does Petroleum Capital automatically come in under BRZL, or is this part of the plan to bring in significant acquisitions within the first three months? I think this is important information.
This link also provided by the admiral shows that there is gas drilling going on in the Cameron Parish School board. - http://sonris-www.dnr.state.la.us/web_post/lafa_sct.pdf
I’ve found this link - http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:2iGilYdoEvIJ:sonris-www.dnr.state.la.us/dnrservices/redirectUrl.jsp%3FdID%3D3743833+apollo+energy+operating+company+cameron&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&source=www.google.com
Make sure you check out the final plats link on page three. There is also a PDF viewable from the top of the page. Also, please notice the dates associated with all of these. I still haven’t found a definitive document that states the owner is renfro, can anyone else confirm?

Last quarterly report(2-11-2011) shows they were a shell - http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1420924/000109635011000036/f12312010q1.htm
Amended Annual report(3-09-2011) shows they are no longer a shell and Renfro is listed as a director- http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1420924/000109635011000046/brazos10ka.htm
I know that this was a lot of information, and I certainly didn’t answer all questions, but I feel confident that things are moving along. I believe that BRZL will ultimately own the property/lease in the Cameron Meadows area and project 4 will occur. I also believe that the connection to PETROLEUM CAPITAL, L.C will play a major role in the market share of BRZL. If not immediately then within the first year. The SEC filings outline the assets of the sale and show that BRZL is no longer a shell company with Renfro listed as a director. My opinion is that James Renfro has been building this masterpiece for the past 18 years. He has 480 million shares and the assets to put this all together. Just think about what a pps between $1-5 does for someone with that many shares. If he has the reserves that are projected he will be a very rich man. I think he wants to do this right, and that is why it has been delayed.
Hemerage,
Are you basing this off of Admiral's post #11509? Where he states "Your posting false and deceptive information. I took part in doing the web site and I know for a fact your info is SCREWED !!!!" ?
I'm not defending him, as he does seem to be a little too close to some of this, but I don't think it was the "You can't handle the truth moment" you think it is. my opinion is that he had worked on a potential website, but didn't get the gig. now he is continuing to build the site in hopes of being the developer if a new site is created. see his posts numbered 11181 and 11189.
I could be wrong, and would like to see actual proof if you have evidence that something more nefarious is afoot
True, but the integrity of the company has been questioned. I bought for the oil, and CEO's expertise. I don't think anything has changed there. It all depends on the RM.
I found IHUB while researching BRZL, which I had already purchased a small stake in. There is both good and bad here, but it is always entertaining....
umm, they forgot the pump part. the company has hardly put out any good news.
If this company was a scam, why would they delay news? wouldn't they put out a PR saying it was done, and let crazed buying inflate the pps followed by a huge dump? They would have released tons of PRs pumping this up and let it run for months. The delay is causing fear and doubt amongst shareholders. Which is typically the opposite of what a scam would want to do.
So you will sell $100,000 of stock because you disagree with strangers on the internet? Interesting...
looked at it, and I'm not concerned. more interested in insight to a potential newly registered website in case there is a name change.
I looked up http://www.renfroenergy.com/ on http://whois.domaintools.com and that website is owned by James Renfro. It also says James Renfro owns about 91 other domains.
Can anyone with a subscription tell us what other domains are owned by James Renfro. There might be some interesting information.
Thanks.
I spend 12 hours a day on this board. Where am I going to find time to read others??
Any links for those rumors? Thanks
Yep, he and his buddy Scars ran HSCO into the ground yesterday. BRZL is a real company, just move along...
OK, who is the funny guy buying $6.50 at a time?
That "PR" looks suspiciously like the wording in this link, but altered slighty.
http://www.8kfiling.com/how-real-is-the-deal-of-brazos-intl-expl-inc-new-pinkbrzl
So is this good or bad news for us?
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Rolando-Sablon-to-Step-Down-pz-3430369439.html?x=0&.v=1
From the March PR:
"Although Closing was scheduled to occur on or before March 31, 2011, information gathering from Renfro Energy, LLC needed to perform an audit has taken longer than planned and the completion of such audit is not expected until sometime in April, 2011."
it simply states the audit should be completed "sometime in April, 2011". It does not mention when a PR would be made. at this point no news could be good news.
umm, now I'm not real happy about eating bread and peanut butter. :( thanks a lot....
Looks like we are building a nice support level at .013
Looks like I'm not getting any work done today....
Ok, I can't sit still, thinking about tomorrow. So I've been thinking about the possibility of a float lock down, which at first seems fr fetched considering the share structure, but then I started thinking about it.
There are 888 million outstanding shares. Renfro owns 480 million shares. There are three senior executives listed on the BRZL website. I don’t think it would be unreasonable to say that they each probably owns at least 5% of the shares, which would be roughly 133 million shares. That leaves only 275 million shares. If the people are to be believed on this board I’d estimate that we have at least 100 million of those shares. Now we are down to 175 million. If Tob999’s friend and Austin come through it could be down to 130. Suddenly, the float is starting to seem a lot smaller. None of this accounts for regular traders that have never even heard of IHUB, or any of Renfro’s golfing buddies that could easily snap up a few million shares off of a friendly tip.
Overall, I think the people that believe the pps based on the company’s value should be around .10 to .28 after merger are correct. Although, I think that this could move really, really fast and at least temporarily hit some really high numbers if an oil trading frenzy starts.
Bought into this about 3 weeks ago, and it never moved. Happy to see that someone finally kicked it to make sure it was still alive.
Any chance the audit is taking longer because they are thinking "Wow, there is way more oil here than we thought! We better slow down and make sure this is right."
I'm on the edge of my seat for this PR, like I was for the Superbowl. Let's hope there isn't a curve ball thrown like there was for my Superbowl night. My son decided that he needed to be born three weeks early, so I didn't get to watch the second half of the Superbowl until 2 weeks later. We don't need any more delays on the merger.....
lol, is it too much to ask for a Superbowl victory and a life changing RM in the same year?
yep, Hortonville orginially now milwaukee
FYI on ameritrade. Was chatting with support person. They launched a new application that he claimed was close to perfect.
I told him that it was not as it doesn't work at all. Here is what he suggested
Please follow these steps to clear the JAR cache on your computer: 1) Click the "Start" button and open the Control Panel. 2) If you have a Java Plug-in icon (coffee cup icon), double-click it. (If you do not have a Java Plug-in icon, you will need to download and install the latest version of Sun Java) 3) Click the "Cache" tab. 4) Click "Clear," and then "Yes." 5) Click the "Certificates" tab. 6) Click any certificates from TD AMERITRADE, then click "Remove." 7) Click "Apply" if you removed any certificates. 8) Close the Java Control Panel. 9) Close the Control Panel. 10) Restart your computer. All product and service names are property of their respective owners.
I haven't tried yet, but he said if it doesn't work
Please call 1888-871-9007 for Tech Support.
lol! Well done. I'm hoping to party with that guy...
Hi Longtime board lurker and accumulator of about 300k shares. (a lot for me)
Anyone have an estimate on how much of the float the members of this board own? based on other's comments I'd think close to 25-30% if not more.
If everyone here has strong hands do you think we could impact the demand and subsequent price run up?
One of them was me hitting the ask. I've got 480 free trades.
Why would someone sell 4600 shares at the bid price of .0055? That is a $25 sale. Did someone need beer money for Happy Hour?
