from their latest PR
What activity will need to happen to get the DI to come down and bounce up again?
that would be my opinion also
I care what is in the filings. I don't believe that the people running BRZL now will be the ones running BRZL whenever they do what they are going to do. If they are, then let me be the first to say that the business will be a failure.
No. They need majority control of the company, and right now this is their compensation. I have no problem with this at all. The shares are restricted so they cannot sell until next year. If Next January rolls around and they haven't done what they said they were going to do with their revenues in the $4-5 million range then that is a red flag and time to watch out for major dilution. Right now it is not a concern to me
It was at the time of the press release. That was early February. Based on today's action I agree that it is higher, but not too high to stop a major run.
Nothing negative about it. The shares issued went to officers and directors. These shares are restricted until next year.
I believe that they will get it out on time. they wouldn't have PR'd about it twice in the last 7 days if they weren't going to be done
NGCG. That is awesome. I didn't catch that the first time through
NGCG Here comes our nickel!
NGCG wow great PR. Don't even know where to start with all the good news. But this is what I've been waiting for. follow up on previously promised products! NGCG is delivering as promised
wow. 1 million shown on the bid at .043 briefly. $43,000 entry! NGCG!!!
Nice to see VERT raising their bid.
who cares about some other stock. please talk about NGCG.
wrong again. NGCG filed on March 3rd.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=NGCG&id=133584
umm, wasn't too hard to find the 10K filed in march. Nice try
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=NGCG&id=133584
The skull and cross bones was put on the other stock because they weren't filing regularly.
How would I know?
Looking for new websites coming online early next week. Prior to today http://h420products.com/ and http://h420waters.com/ brought you to a go daddy page. now they bring you to a page unavailable screen. Looks like we are closer to our packaging and website announcements.
Im from greenville and lived in appleton for a few years. now in west bend
you appear to be correct. I must have been thinking of the 10k,
http://www.sec.gov/answers/form10q.htm
this is great news IMO. should see revenues north of $1 million. Cant't imagine what would happen if we were closer to $2 million
They have 90 days to file Q1 which ended March 31
this is the product that has me most excited. I know people love the MJ industry and that is what got a lot of people's attention here, but I don't know what the hell hemp infused water really is and why I want to drink it. I am, however, very familiar with Vodka, and I know I want some.
I still love this forecast, but I'd really like to see new projections including H420. Can you make that happen?
NGCG had $900k in revenue last quarter. They have lots of products, new beverage is just adding to the bottom line.
Loving NGCG. Nobody can bring one legitimate concern about this business. Anyone who disagrees is completely dishonest.
I guess i don't really know. NGCG has so many products I'm not really sure what the revenue is of off one specific product. Please take a look at their latest filing which shows almost $1 million in revenue along with a profitable quarter.

this quarter. please try to keep up
a t trade has nothing to do with buying after the bell. nice try
it is good that you admitted you don't know what a t trade is https://incrediblepennystocks.wordpress.com/tag/form-t-trade/
and this latest move happened during lunch!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/breakoutboards.aspx
it is under the Hot! menu on the top of the screen
I found this in February by looking at the breakout boards. I did the DD to determine that this was a solid company and bought in at an average of .0076. I was willing to sit and wait based on the revenues and products. Luckily I didn't have to wait long.
That is interesting. Is that an indication that it is truly over bought or is that an indication that a lot of chart based traders are in NGCG right now?
Nice $15,000 on the bid!
so current management is updating filings and the registration because they think it is fun? I'm sure that is it.
I don't believe that an honest person could find a negative about NGCG in terms of how long they have been a public company and what they are currently doing.
Those guys have nothing to do with NGCG. Old company old news. these are the people in charge now
