So there is no conference call right now. I thought one was setup. He's right. Bottomline.
I've got my shares, but this is quite the pump.
Good discussions today, seems like we have the full crew again.
Nice acquisition today. Let's get a few more of these to get the ball rolling in the upcoming weeks.
Your a veteran by this point.
I'm glad your still around.
That's not true at all. The fact that they hired a reputable law firm has nothing to do with them being scared of QSGI's claims or lawsuit. Objective you really need to research things before you post your typical uninformative PUMP FOR THE DAY and call somebody out.
Large corporations almost always use the same two or three law firms (typically one to two) for ALL of their litigation disputes. Companies such as IBM always hire the best law firms, when the claims in the case are over a million dollars. IBM typically uses Cravath, which is considered by some the best law firm in North America. It's probably an indication that this may not be as serious since IBM didn't hire Quinn Emmanuel or Cravath and instead hired Hogan Lovells, which is a top firm but not as good as the aforementioned law firms.
The law firm that is representing IBM in this case won a trial for them in 2005, as well as the case posted below. They are one of the largest US firms. I would be very worried if this gets past the Discovery stages of trial. They have way more attorneys and are better equipped to try a larger case than the firm representing QSGI. If QSGI doesn't settle before trial, this could be a major expense on behalf of Q and it's shareholders. We really need to be informed more about this.

Looks like they hired Hogan Lovells, which merged from Hogan and Hartson last year. They are a large and well known international firm, but I didn't expect anything less, because IBM always has reputable counsel. As far as Sherman's strategies regarding settlement I wouldn't assume anything because we don't know what he is doing. Settlement is ALWAYS on the table, just because they hired competent counsel doesn't mean QSGI's claims are weaker.
I really hope so, or else it's going to be another excuse as to why this stock is tanking.
What's going on at level 2?
Nobody here knows and if they tell you otherwise they are setting you up for additional disappointment. With that being said this stock is out of bankruptcy, has acquired a lot of additional business, so I would be patient and see what happens the next two to three months.
Also, I like the members of this board, most are very informative and some do a great job of research, but this board is way too optimistic at times and be careful what you read here.
Hey guys, I am still here with over 90k worth of shares. I haven't had anything positive to say for the past few weeks, so I have kept my mouth shut. From a legal perspective, I think the lawsuit with IBM will take a long time to pan out, so I don't expect any news/settlement regarding the lawsuit for awhile. Good luck to everyone.
I agree re: their performance. QSGI has followed through with all their plans and I have been impressed with that because coming out of BK is no easy feat. I believe the future is bright, but it's going to take time.
Back in the US just in time for the Q to come off. Should be an interesting next few days. Didn't mean to respond to your post HDog, this was just a general comment.
I have worked for a major corporate law firm for four years, clerked for a Federal Judge and been in the legal field for about ten years. Attorneys may take their time with small matters, or matters involving friends and clients, but when dealing with corporations and bigger businesses it's a whole different ballgame. Corporations and businesses do not wait around for law firms and their attorneys, they have deadlines and expectations that HAVE to be met. Attorneys may still file something last second, but they will have to meet the deadline that either the court or client set.
Hank Laws should have waited to respond to this message. To say they are waiting for their attorney/legal counsel is COMPLETLEY unprofessional. The clients call the shots, not the attorneys, or else the clients are rookies who don't know what they are doing.
Guys, been busy preparing for a final tomorrow and traveling. What is the news we are expecting to hear today and when is the next important date after this? I believe it's sometime in early to mid August. Hope all is well.
Edited: The July 7th meeting is to verify that the company has complied with all terms of the POR. I think this answers my question and the Q will be removed shortly if the company has complied.
Off to Oslo tomorrow, need this stock to keep making positive moves so it can pay for my $12.00 Norwegian beers.
Still traveling around Europe hope all is well. Waiting for the June 18th deadline.
Hey guys, still holding very strong, but anxiously waiting for this stock to make a move. Off on a trip the next 3 months, but will be checking sproadically. Good luck to everyone.
Just bought an additional 5400 shares. Krusecom's new website looks great.
Trying to get some more shares at 0.26.
Been a good week so far. Slowly but surely.
I will personally send you a message within 1 hour after the Q comes off if you please stop posting this same message over and over again.
Wanted to say hey to everybody. I made close to a 3k purchase last week and got in pretty low. Heard about this stock through a friend and did some DD and liked what I say. I'll be holding patiently and look forward to seeing this stock grow. Good luck to everyone, I will say hello sproadically.
I'm still here and holding patiently. I'm sorry to here about the previous posters family emergency. Hopefully this stock will bring you some good news in the upcoming weeks.
Hey guys I wanted to introduce myself to the board. Rainer80 is a friend of mine and he informed me about QSGIQ. I've heavily invested in the stock and enjoyed reading this board the past two weeks and gleaning insightful information from more experienced investors. Let's just say I have learned a lot about the bankruptcy process, which is fascinating. I've been trading on a small scale the past five or six years but never dealt with penny stocks until now. I also enjoy opposing perspectives and negative views regarding QSGIQ because both opinions need to be voiced and I am highly skeptical of a board that only has positive and raving opinions about any stock.
A little about myself, I am second year law student in Houston, but my real love is investing and finance, so I plan on combining both concentrations in the future. Good luck to everyone.
