Testing I do know that the 511 programs requires testing to be performed on two different engines. WTCT stated in there May 5, 2011 PR out from Global Newswire "The lab will perform a wide variety of tests and data collection on three separate fuel reformers using the same engine. The basic plan is to establish baseline performance on a specific profile without the fuel reformer installed and then repeat the same profile with each of the three fuel reformers and compare the data". So, I get from this is that its not the same testing requirements as the 511 program.
Whats Tested As far as what devices WTCT will be testing, "In late April, Watchit Technologies announced that it had awarded a contract to a Chicago-area automotive manufacturer to build the next phase of prototypes for the Fuel Reformer. Now comes word that the company, in collaboration with its engineering team, has chosen a Detroit based power-train test laboratory to help put the prototypes through their paces".
Financing-“WTCT has secured a commitment of independent funding that will allow us to produce the needed prototypes as well as proceed with extensive specialized laboratory testing. Very specific success criteria is being negotiated that will be tied to the funding and additional testing and evaluation.” continued Bennett. “In very simple terms, if the company can replicate its previous test results, we will be in a position to catapult the fuel savings device to the world markets without any concerns over finance and production. This is possibly the single biggest step in the history of the company and the fuel reformer.”
511 Program. Just read through the 511 program and you can read it for yourself at the link below. The 511 program does not have to be tested at a US EPA facility. "EPA will provide technical assistance in designing the test program to be performed at an
independent laboratory"(pg 3). EPA also ask that, prior to the screening tests, applicants provide EPA with the name of the laboratory, test date schedule, and tests to be conducted. Applicants should allow EPA to contact the laboratory during testing, and allow them to directly answer any EPA questions about the test program. Then the test results "must be submitted with an application to EPA with all test even if they are considered void or invalid" (pg 4-5).
The program would be a great choice for the company after the current tests are conducted. The reason why! My understanding the tests being conducted are going to be on manufacture model types not the previous prototype tested in Colorado.
Once these models are confirmed to have the same results then WTCT should submit an application for confirmatory testing.
Either way the "EPA 511 program is to generate, analyze, and disseminate technical data; it does not approve or certify retrofit devices" (pg 2).
"Data generated in an evaluation are public information and will be published in the Federal Register and elsewhere for use by the FTC and the public"(pg 3). This carries a lot of weight and validity to the product and I agree that once the final production model is ready that they should submit it to the 511 program.
It is not needed at the present time to secure financing. Anyways the lab testing now could testing it to the same 511 standards. Who knows.
Anyways now we know a little more.

Estimates. That leaves room for interpretation. I want results as in pre and post application of the fuel reformer. If I see estimates then I will not be confident.
EPA US lab is nearly impossible to get work done by. An EPA accredited lab from what I am told will be doing the testing. Accredited means their testing procedures are approved by the EPA. anyways EPA only does emmissions and not fuel consumption testing. would make no sense for them to test.
Checkout Smartway US EPA website below. They partner with the freight industry to help identify ways to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. There is many more websites out there. Looks like there is some good opportunities ahead if WTCT can get this product completed.

If you get a chane check out the activity on the other boards. A lot of talk about the podcast coming. WTCT has a lot of watchers playing close attention.
WTCT positioning for another run. Take a look at the timeline of HLNT and releases. You can see a lot of similarities. They positioned themselves and did a lot of the same things WTCT is doing and the market reacted appropriately back at the beginning of the year. If you can take anything from the pink market is that charts never react quite like you think they should. So I draw a lot from expected reactions to news. In my opinion I expect WTCT to make another major run in the next week or two and I also feel it will push through the previous .008. One factor will be anticipation of the detroit test results. As they draw closer a lot of positioning will start taking place. I believe your already seeing that. If the results are good and financing follows I expect to see .02 after maybe even more.
Of course this is all my opinion and I am sure many will disagree.
I will see what I can find out and post anything they tell me. Have a good weekend be back when they post the podcast.
I agree. I would like to have a rough expectation of when testing will be completed. For now I am satisfied with the direction and especially the new business plan.
What I don't want to see happen is conversion of all the shares and then an r/s. This is often the case with pink companies. It's an easy way to erase debt for the company at the shareholders expense. If this happens I believe the company will have a hard time regaining the creditability they have gained since new management has taken over.
I don't expect they will and if they meet the goals and get this product going I would expect the companies with the convertible shares to hold fast.
From my understanding they have a financing agreement pending the replication of results. I don't know who with or the details. I am hoping to hear more as we near the testing results. What I'd do want to get clarification on is that the testing will be done on a manufacturable model and not the existing. I believe this is what they stated. This would validate the end user model not the prototype model. Which would put us even closer to our final goal.
This is one of the reasons I asked about the shareholders meeting. Kind of a open forum disscusion on direction the companies direction. I don't expect any specifics. The podcast is nice but it allows them the opportunity to address question that they choose.
Last I heard was sometime this weekend. Hopefully this evening to give some time to analyze it. Let's be honest about WTCT. They have historically had some issues with timeliness, mergers, and restricting stocks during transitions. I can't say that this new management will be different. I can say there is much more transparency and a future vision in which I can respect.
As mecah has stated that there are many phases til this company gets products to market and that is where we want to see them. A sustainable, positive regenerating revenue.
1. Replicate results at an EPA accredited testing facility.
2. Secure financing (WTCT stated this would happen if results were replicated)
3. Install an operable complete system on a demo commercial transport truck
4. Finalize an installable complete reformer/ecologix kits.
5. Demo with major transportation companies.
6. Pitch no cost/no loss approach.
Their approach isn't anything new. I previously worked as engineer with an air monitoring company that made millions with the same approach. We went into manufacturing facilities and monitor their compressed air consumption and reengineered their existing system and plant with no cost to them. We continued to remotely monitor their systems for a percentage of savings. They had nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
The great thing about this approach is sustainable revenue.
Don't expect this to happen overnight. I do expect to see major advances in the next 8 months. I am pushing WTCT to give a more creditable timeline. This will give a better forecast of the future. As each step is achieved I would expect to see the shareholders value increase.
I did ask if WTCT to hold a shareholders meeting with demonstrations of their current products this year. The steps I listed above are what I consider creditable steps in the company moving forward. Of course this all my opinion.
GOOD LUCK ALL. Got my bids prepped. See you all next week.
May see some accumulation today for small run next week. .001 is a steal even for the shorts.
PODCAST out this weekend. Will explain more in depth new business strategy. Will be nice to hear. Hopefully something on expected time frame of results.
Pickens plan is a great plan. Conversion isn't so simple but that is not the problem. Conversion of municipal vehicles that operate within a confined area would be ideal, not nationally. The infrastructure to support it does not exist. It's not just as simple as adding a pump at a station. Below you will find a CNG station. They are complex. They do use natural gas just like you have at home. It needs to be compressed to an average of 2500psi and it must be extensively dried. It's not much cheaper than carbon fuels and the mileage per gallon is relatively the same.
So, I see a definite need for the T. Boone Pickens plan. I just see it more locally used to aid in our carbon fuel consumption. Which would aid in reducing fuel prices.
CNG was getting big in the 90s until Clinton killed it. We tried it once and it didn't work.

Me ah, you are exactly correct. Financing will be dependent on the results. I just feel confident they'll accomplish that. Investment wise you have to forward looking at second and third term effects of how things could be impacted. It is the domino affect. You need to knock down the first one to get the others moving. But when it happens it happens fast. So, from an investment perspective you need to get in before the first domino falls.
But sometimes it doesn't happen at all. That is the risk and excitement in the OTC market, GLTU.
True! I am more concerned with the financing package rather than the replication of results. My opinion is WTCT needs to have better reporting and transparency. I Asked them about upgrading from PK to QB. Most would think this means little but there is much more focus on reporting and it attracts more investors.
They still have a lot to prove, but the POTENTIAL is there.
I agree that is the short term goal. Potential has to be a consideration when looking at an investment. There are several steps that need to happen even after replicating results. If and it is a big if that they can accomplish all this, then MEGA REVENUE.
HUGE POTENTIAL, USDOT 12.5 million registered US trucks. Take Canada and Mexico and your well over 15 million.

Conservative math
Let's be conservative about the figure WTCT puts out in the news. They stated that they could save each trucke $18,000 while billing each truck $7,500. Let's cut the billing in half to $3,750. Trucker statistics have 15.5 million trucks operating in the U.S. Large fleets like Fedex and UPS Walmart, JB Hunt average a fleet of 40,000 trucks. If WTCT could just get a small slice of the action and get 100,000 trucks on board which is less than 1% of trucks.
100,000trucks x $3,750 = $375,000,000
Potential is enormous. If it really works expect more.
I thought we could post things that are effecting WTCT stock. My opinions are as a valid points holding back shareholders value. It is not all the works of the company. WTCT will rise again. Of course my opinion.
We'll see if tomorrow brings the same attention as the last run. My guess is we'll see massive volume again tomorrow to close out the week.
But that JMO. It and 50 cent will get you a cup of coffee at a mom and pop shop.
That is as an accurrate assumption as can be made. WTCT can't control the convertable shares. This will affect the shorterm increase in value. Eventually we will push through this and shareholders value will rise.
I agree with you that WTCT needs some kind of contract to solidfy there future. When they do I believe this company will see new highs above and beyond our expectations.
No dilution here, just MM games as usual. MMs are just as bad as the companies down here in the pk land. Just giving credit where credit is due. There are a lot of scam companies down here that I can agree on. But you must agree that the MMs are just as scrupulous.
Just everyday business!
WTCT has a chance to prove themselves with new management. If not I don't believe they will get a second chance. So far their doing what they have said. Time will tell all.
Let's hope new management does the right thing!
If their scamming, document it and report it to the SEC. We all have our opinions to what is scamming. They work within the boundaries set fourth by the SEC.
Im here to make profit as much as you are. So I can respect your responses. GLTU and GLTA the WTCT longs.
FORMULA FOR SUCCESS
PODCAST IN NEXT 48 Said they would elaborate on the details. Can't wait.
They will try. This news is about direction and I believe they are looking in the right direction if they really want to move this forward. This is the ideal direction in which will be hard to refute.
IMO this is beter direction than trying to use all their resources on getting a foot hold on the OEM sector. This will get it out quicker and put proof in hand.
I am sure the trucking industry is eyeballing this hard. You would be crazy not to try it on some demo vehicles for free.
I see a great chance of pushing the reformer and ecologix forward as a paired system.
GO WTCT!
Volume picking up!
GO WTCT!
Thats good news. No change from a couple weeks ago. At least the debbie downers cant scream dilution.
You can bet they do. They are wanting to keep a rope on this thing so if it does run they dont get burned. Typical MM BS. Slow is what they want.
I will give them credit on the Conecept. It is a great idea. I have seen many companies take this approach and have been super successful. They will do what they need to succeed in getting this product out there.
Great Job!
GO WTCT!
Sounds like a great business concept but they will need the financing and hopefully this approach will raise some eyebrows of investors. Looks like they are definitely setting this up to attract investors.
Great News!
You can only post so much. The last good run in FEB they released like 3-4 PRs back to back and really got things moving. Hopefully the PODCAST will expand on whatever news is out today.
HOPEFULLY GOOD! Financing is key!
Just means the MMs are watching for a chance to squash any type of run. They may still have some that they are trying to cover from a couple weeks ago.
I wouldnt put to much faith into that. The news will probally be directed toward Ecologix from the comments they stated yesterday. All we can do is wait.
Lts hope we hear some good news this morning.
GO WTCT!
