We know that they are close… Yes they will probably be late again, but I would never say that they won't complete it. We have verified many things regarding the audit and at this point it would be really odd to have it not completed.
Have you spoken with somebody at Dominovas that told you they are, as we speak, diluting shares on a monthly basis and at the rate you just mentioned? Or have you seen it on any reports?
I'm just trying to figure out why you keep stating this. To my knowledge there is no indication by Dominovas that they are currently diluting more shares.
Tell me how you know this please.
Was everything Lee mentioned in Q4 16 realized in that same quarter or will we have overflow into Q1 17?
That was a lame analogy… I guarantee you DNRG is placing their product showcase in a very smart strategic way. DNRG is planning to get something out of this just as much as the university is. You make it sound like the showcase will only benefit UJ.
I guess the question is why are they diluting shares? My hunch is they are trying to obtain cash for the project they are working on. Bad but good
My Wishlist for 2017:
Uplist to QB!!!!!
One $30MM contract
Three 5yr leases contracts from US Mil each at 5MM
20% increase in income on regular day-to-day sales
No stock dilution
I really don't ask for much…I think this is realistic and achievable.
C'mon Lee..."You can do it!"
Neither is hopelessness
Dramatic!!! You can ask him yourself as well...

Me again...
Hi Mr. Tien-Chien,
I don't think I received a response from you, so I thought I'd follow up.
Is there any information you can provide regarding the Rubicon fuel cell technology being showcased at the university?
Thanks

"Mr. Tien-Chien,
Sorry to bug you. I just pulled your email address off of the University's website. I just have a couple of quick questions. I've been hearing about fuel cell technology called the Rubicon that will provide power to the university. When the showcase goes live, will it be open to the public to see? Is there a set date in place for this event?
Thanks for any input you can provide."
Here is an emailed reply from Mr. Chen...I sure hope he is right...I'm thinking of buying in the 8-9 range. But every time I wait to buy I see a new low....when to buy??? I think we could see a good spike within the next three months if Mr Chen is correct on his projection.
This response was back on 11/5/16.

I guess the only reason anyone would invest in this company is for the huge upside potential of if these guys can get their act together and actually produce something. If UJ happens early next year it will be a game changer. DNRG sounds like a typical penny stock...huge upside potential on a very questionable company.
I believe we will… What I don't know is the timeframe. If we get a couple of nice contracts following the uplist we will see it next year, but over the next couple of years if we continue to grow the rental fleet and increase sales year-over-year we will eventually see it.
I too don't think it will do much initially, but it will definitely scream out to the investment world that this company is legit. Also, if this company can get some decent contracts it'll get much more attention then it would have on the pink sheets. So the potential here is much better once they up list. In the long short term I think it will do us good.
Hey!... Great idea! I'd feel pretty safe in one of those things. Maybe I'll buy one for a bomb shelter.
Does anyone know if Lee has any significant bids out there other than their core business?
It seems like any major opportunities or income have gone quiet.
The core business is going well, which I am grateful for, but it is doing nothing to build the share price.
We really need to get some legitimate possibilities with some serious income potential flying to stir the pot and get this baby off simmer!
Go AMMX!!!!
Wow! Thanks for all the negatives. You really put that last nail in the coffin. For everyone else who is rooting for the company to be successful I'm glad that Mr. Jen, Who does not work for this company but rather the University, says it's happening. It's true that their dates have been way off, but given their limited resources and the country they are dealing with, I can't imagine it being any different. It may be a slow process right now, but once they get rolling I believe the future is bright. It's important to focus on the positive's rather than every preconceived negative notion. It's darkest before the dawn, which IMHO can be said for this company.
Why are you laughing at that?
A response I received from Tien-Chien Jen is to be patient. The installation is in progress and that the Rubicon would be ready to showcase early next year.
Exciting times!!! Can't wait to see it!!!
Has anyone tried contacting the university to find out if they have a schedule on the showcase or know anything regarding the Rubicon?
I've tried a few emails without a response.
I've decided that because the University hasn't gotten back to me that the University itself must not be real either. Hahaha!
Does anybody know what the shares outstanding were middle of 2014 versus now?
I understand… I'm sure it has been on everyone's mind. I'm holding on though. I still think this company is solid and just needs a few good contracts to come in.
What is going on?
You are a lucky man. I wish I could say the same.??
Why would you say that? Doomsday? I'm pretty sure the people running this little company don't want it to go under either. It's been around for a decent amount of time. They are hoping as much as we are for a good return. Heck it's probably their retirement pay off.
Thank you Manhattanman! I agree with you 100%. I told you guys it would be delayed months ago, but I still have full confidence it will happen. I wonder if the 5 million in equipment orders will be realized this year or if part of these will flow into 2017
If what is said about the 1.5 b o/s then wouldn't this mean they are gearing up so they can have the capital needed to install a real unit at the university and possibly elsewhere. Maybe they are making sure they have the backup capital ready in case their financing doesn't come through. If they are diluting their share count, then they must feel confident that their future's bright. IMHO
Well...at least we know they are still alive...barely kicking though.
I love that they are looking at different avenues to help finance their projects. Being part of the power Africa initiative I don't see any reason why they wouldn't obtain these grants. They seem to have a lot going on for them and a lot of upside potential. Exciting years ahead! Once they get some of these projects up and running, and they have a more continuous cash flow, I can't see any reason why they wouldn't quadruple their revenues year-over-year.
Along with an amazing PR on audited financials I am expecting a large contract to be announced as well. Keep your fingers crossed!?
What are you referring to?
Great response...my sentiments indeed
What was the OS a year ago versus now?
No way… Look at ticker symbol INCT who did a reverse split in late August. 1:19,000 split
DNRG better not do that
They are holding it all in for that special day
It will be a little disappointing if they don't hit the deadline, but they are also only regurgitating to us the timeline their auditors gave them. At least that's my assumption. Anything can happen, but I feel pretty confident that it will take place. I actually do think the audited financial's will come out soon, and once they do the key then is to continue the audited financial's aspect.
Geez… You guys are so critical. We all know it is not in the hands of a AMMX to finish or complete the audit. It's up to the auditors. If the auditors don't hit the deadline then AMMX does not hit the deadline.
Quit blaming them… their hands are tied. I was once in a company that did exactly what AMMX is doing and it took a few additional months to complete beyond the deadline. I would say to be surprised if they hit the deadline. When this company I was in completed the audit it did nothing for the share price at the time, but since then the share price has quadrupled....VTSI.
I am not saying that they won't complete the audit on time though.
Someone said this the other day, but I do agree that once the financials are audited the stock price will begin showing it's true value. And When they up list to a better exchange, I think they'll get more serious investors. I do realize they would still be on the OTC, but nevertheless they will be more credible. Any sales that come in after this will show a better reflection in stock price. Just remember this company is legit, they've been around for years and their customers know them. Patience, patience and more patience is key in this position. It is somewhat disappointing that some of these large contracts are no longer real tangible possibilities, but it's not like they are just a shell of a company and with no revenues to show. They have legit customers who use them over and over again. At least this is how I am viewing this company at the moment.
Do we know of any explosive contracts that are still in the works?
Why would this little $8 million per year company want to up list? A reverse split would only be beneficial if they were trying to move to a better exchange such as the NYSE. To move from one OTC to another OTC to me would NOT be effective at all. In my opinion they are in no position, not until they get some larger contracts.
Ouch, ouch and ouch...it hurt today going down those steps.
