I know!!! The sky is or isn't the limit. It's as clear as mud!!! I love it!
Maybe we could get some clarification by AMMX as to how the word "assist" is defined in this press release.
I believe AMMX was to "assist" Niger in obtaining $400 million worth of vehicles at one point. Maybe they are brokering a deal for Oshkosh. So the word assist could mean $20,000 or as much as hundreds of millions of dollars. Who knows. Clarification would be nice.
It's been a month since the Oshkosh press release came out. I would've thought there would have been additional news already regarding this announcement. I sure hope things are brewing and they are on the verge of a large armored vehicle contract.
Go AMMX!!!
That is bull crap... you can't manipulate the stock higher but you can definitely manipulate it lower.
Maybe they are waiting to release the audit until they have a sale to report from OshKosh?
Let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly… So AMMX will work in partnership with Oshkosh to broker armored vehicle contracts with these African countries. My question is Oshkosh trying to enter this market using AMMX as a liaison or do they already have contracts in place and have hired AMMX to manage/oversee its execution/fulfillment?
Either way, I can see tens of millions of dollars flow into AMMX, but we would see the fruits of this come quicker if the latter is in place.
I am excited to see what develops in the next couple of months. I hope some of these other proposals that Lee has been talking about also come to fruition. It will be one heck of a year if things fall into place.
I'm thinking $.15-$.20 per share if things develop well. GO AMMX!!
Somebody PLEASE tell me how performing a reverse split directly helps this company fly? The answer is it does not. Too many companies put the cart before the horse by performing a reverse split before they have proven anything.
A reverse split ALWAYS hurts the investor. Here are some things that MUST be proven before a reverse split is ever considered:
1-Have they been approved for commercial flights?
2-Are they profitable each quarter?
3-Are they growing?
4-Have they promised to buy back shares to maintain share price once the reverse split happens?
A reverse split under any other circumstance is a cover-up to dilute the share account all over again. I promise everyone here it will screw us if it happens. I vote NO!!!!!!!!!
This appears to be a slow bleed. Anybody feeling the warm water yet? I am. Isn't the old saying volume proceeds price… Or was it price proceeds volume.
Something is brewing… I'm just hoping it's $1 billion contract!!! Ha ha!
It's because this is the most boring stock as of lately...IMHO. Ever since the Niger deal fell through the excitement level has faded. We need something or someone to stir the hot coals and throw a new log on the fire.
The mention of Africa puts a bad taste in my mouth, but Lee continues to pursue opportunities in those countries. I hope that the failure of the Niger deal has at least put AMMX on a list of preferred vendors.
Do they still have an office in Africa? Is that new sales person they hired producing sales? I'm wondering if there is a good merger deal out there for this company. Rather than trying to grow their own rental fleet or increase the size of the company and make it more appealing to investors.
I agree though...no reverse split. Don't even want to entertain it and hope they never pursue that direction. You're right in that they share buyback only is best.
Well then they are definitely going to have to pick up IR before they up list. In the conference call they didn't discuss their strategy prior to up listing, but only what their plans were after they had up listed. I'm assuming they think their projected assets and potential contracts will get them there. If not they might have to do a reverse split?
If they perform a reverse split then they better include a share buyback to keep the stock above certain levels. We all know a reverse split always sends a stock downward.
I've been thinking about the conference call and I believe Lee was smart to not say much about the potential in revenue from the proposals they have submitted in Africa. Also they didn't say much about the armored vehicle contract and was curious on what the potential revenue is on this deal.
Does anyone know any more information on those two topics?
Yeah… I guess we'll see. But it is the same process and so there really wouldn't be any different avenue of explaining things. If you've already been through it once they should know how it works.
The only thing I can think of is they know that there can be real value in an audit and an up list. It just seems to be that they encounter walls that they can't tear down. I hope this one's different. I can't imagine that it wouldn't be as why would they do this yet again if they knew it was going to be a failure.
My guess is yes they will complete it.
They said the audit was completed but in order to apply for the up list they have to have audited 2016 financials.
It seems to be that AMMX is running solid, but I fear that most investors in penny land want a hot tamale in there burrito. This is why I think the uplisting will help ensure value.
Based on what I heard yesterday on the CC, the company is moving along as expected... nothing more and nothing less. I didn't hear anything that would trigger buying. I don't expect the stock price to move much until the uplifting takes place and we see some institutional buying as well as some decent sized contracts come to fruition. If we got a $10 million contract or even a $50 million contract for a lease of equipment over the next five years. We could easily see some nice action. The stuff they mentioned in the conference call is just regular day today business for them.
The funny thing is that we have three naysayers on this board that are very vocal and everyone knows who they are and that they are being paid for their efforts. I actually appreciate their efforts because I have bought and sold this so many times as the information they provide is relevant for daytrading. The writing on the wall is evident that dilution is taking place and that to this point no Rubicon's have been installed. Heck we don't even know if they have a working prototype.… Although seeing as they were part of the Power Africa initiative they probably have proven themselves to our government.
In reality nobody knows what is truly coming down through the pipeline except a few select people which I highly doubt are posting on this board. The naysayers keep posting the same negative information and those positives keep posting positive forward-looking statements.
If you were comfortable losing a few $$ then don't listen to the naysayers, because something big could be right around the corner and I would say that's why the majority of us have invested in this company…For the HUGE upside potential here. If you're patient enough you will probably do very well here or you might lose a couple thousand dollars. Whoopee big deal.
I agree!!! Minds are definitely changing for the better. With their systems that are recognized in the industry as as being AMAZING beginning to be installed and cash flowing in the door, I'm sure they will eventually do a share buyback and have lots and lots and lots of investors. IMHO
Uhhh...Or you can look at that as a way Henry Ford revolutionized vehicle manufacturing... which made it more feasible to lower prices and give everyone an opportunity to buy vehicles. Boy… I wished I would have invested in Ford back in the early 1900s. I would be sitting pretty well.
Hmmmm... seems like DNRG it's trying to do the same.... cheap, reliable energy that everyone can afford. Now would be a great time to invest!
I believe Lee said there were a number of proposals out and they had to hire an additional salesman to keep up with the demand in proposals this year. I wonder how many are out there that they are still actively pursuing and what they're worth. I believe there are many out for the mucks.
I wonder how many proposals this company has pending right now and how much they are potentially worth?
Because it's been so quiet around here seems like nothing is going on. Also, we need them to update us on the SEC filing.
Hey! I didn't exclude myself.
I'm just pointing out the fact that we've made a lot of negative comments lately… For good reasons… And the stock price has made some significant moves down.
Congrats you guys! All of our negativity has paid off!!! Way to go on the new lows. Let's see what happens now when we start talking positively about this company.
Oh AMMX...
Come on Lee… Give us something that will catapult this POS to new highs... then I won't call this a POS. What do you have up your sleeve, show us that you love us and you want us to be happy!!!
Here...I'll just cut and paste… Recent communication with Dr. Jen:
There is some news. The gas line could be installed and ready in 3 weeks. However, the delivery of SOFC may be in March.
Best,
TC

Subject: Rubicon
Hello Dr. Tien-Chien Jen,
Thank you for responding to my previous inquiries about the installation of the Rubicon at the University. Now that we are into February, where does it stand currently as far as a percentage of completion? Also, is it still scheduled to be completed earlier this year?
I'm not sure what information you can offer, but as always thank you for any update you are able to provide."
Received an email response the other day and thought it was promising. Thought I would share.

With what we know if this company, current leases, rental fleet and revenue shouldn't we be at least three cents?
It does specifically mention renewable energy… And this is definitely promising.
Yeah… Just sit and wait. Pretty boring. I'm only down around 50%, so I can be patient. One decent contract could put me back in the green!
It doesn't mention Dominovas...it only states that the 1.3 Billion will:
The progress noted in Madagascar is promising and is generating renewed interest from investors. IFC is committed to supporting investments that will contribute to the inclusive and sustainable development of the country, particularly in agribusiness, infrastructure, especially renewable energy and transport, and finance,” highlighted Oumar Seydi, Regional Director of IFC.
That is promising! Really I'm just venting. This company has good potential and I think we'll get some good contracts this year.
Where did you hear that? It's got to be verified.
100% hindsight...back in the day when I bought AMMX my gut told me no and to wait, but the logical side of me told me to buy at such a good price. Wished I had listened to my gut. Then again, this company and share price would be different if the Niger deal had come to pass. Too bad, I took a gamble and lost out on that one. It's a slow bleed at this point and I really think we're going to see the fours before we see any type of turnaround. I really really really hope I'm wrong. What kills me is this is a good company with a bright future and the share price does not reflect the value of the company. At this point I guess it's a matter of how patient or how stubborn I can be.
I just hope someone's trying to scare us. Sometimes dips like these will eventually result in a decrease in share price. I hope some of these RFPs produce some really good sales. GO AMMX!!!!!!!!
I know… That PR the other day pretty much told me they were still breathing, but that's about it.
Nice little bump today...hope it holds
I believe from what I'm hearing we can expect the gas line to be installed in around 3 to 4 weeks and the SOFC to be installed following the gas line in March/ April time frame.
Oh man but this time it's different...I just know it...kind of like the Niger deal!!! I want my two dollars!!! What a bust. C'mon AMMX. Show us you are better than this.
Well the good thing is that the audit was completed and signed… Right? That's what the PR said. Does anyone know how hard is it to complete the 10K and submit it to the SEC? Why would there be a hold up? Any ideas?
In the past this company has never made it this far as far as completing the audit. If this audit is completed and signed it would sure be a waste of money to stop now?
