I ran out of time to do a reset of the 6 month ACGX, but once in just click the 1 yr or here and then the pic is clear as a bell. Increasing revenues, profits and debt management do wonders...

ACGX: We want to and are having a complete total share shake down to low volume and going mostly sideways to the same time frame and same % of pullback for the last one, exactly .009 ticks for each one. Here's the upside after more and more shares are held for higher prices (by whoever and for whatever reasons) which we may or may not know ... now it can go up on much lower volume, much higher. It's same principle at work in other charts. The more legs and nice long multiple back and fills are all it takes...here's a classic example for the last year for this ticker, which looks like it's done shake and baked at least 3 times trashed and volume is dead, just dump it. When there are finally no shares left to buy it literally explodes every time on less and less volume. A group of investors wants complete control of this ticker as well... https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/SIFY/interactive-chart ...check the leg up which is forming right now back up toward old highs effortlessly on much, much lower volume. ACGX is just fine and right on time. Not afraid of owning it all, and others see the fundamentals of profits and assets with low market cap too. That's why it's happening. Not by accident. Heres ACGX for same period... https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ACGX/interactive-chart ...same oicture, much less volume to go up. Nice!

May end up being a stockholder with a large holding, we never know who's accumulating shares. But the main thing is accumulation will eventually always help the pps going forward and make LT support better for the chart once the consolidation phase is completed in this area. NICE!
Will probably end up as one of best long among us :)
Yes they do! Go ACGX!@3-31
I will join in on that, totally agree. Have seen it too, and also the chart on a timing level is right at same pullback % as the last consolidation, but now with higher lows. That's what we want after it's all said and done. Everyone loves to see a parabolic spike, but truth be told very few share the wealth generated. But there is not the longer term pps stability, which is only achieved through backing and filling and finding new highs and new lows. And not withstanding the winds of overall market sentiment either for the sector, or as a whole.
I'm sure they will be enlightened by what you say :) ...Although I think if anyone could appreciate having a company run well, managing debt, bringing in profits, increasing revenues, and management that has no criminal past, COO doesn't even have speeding ticket on his record, and last but not the least would be the neighbors... :)
Yes sir. It's a slow process at times with changes at every curve, and it seems like the company is doing a great job working through it all. Upcoming QR will tell a lot more on some of those details.
Current back and fills just about to the same time frame as previous leg up. Everything does look in place for the next kaBOOM!
ACGX: and todays recap of our Chicagoan poster DQ reporting in on knowledge of the Chicago Police Dept investing in the company. Howbeit NOT in their pension fund, but as we speculate an investor club within the dept. We would like that to go viral though and turn into a grassroots run for pennies!... Anyways here's the current numbers scoop for our hometown PD forces... https://www.google.com/search?q=size+of+chicago+police+Dept&rlz=1C1NHXL_enUS693US693&oq=size+of+chicago+police+Dept&aqs=chrome..69i57.16359j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 ...Had no idea they were this large. Hats off to the support and great work of Chicago's best! Thank You For The Hard Work Keeping Our Streets Safe!

ACGX: Spinoff/asset PeopleVine... am looking for the Dubai Nest egg to slowly move into being as an available plus in marketing for their conference room rentals in the other 7,999 hotels in the chain. Jordan Gilman is much smarter than some folks may realize. From here...

On another note. Don't know how I missed it a couple yrs ago, but on pg 60 of 83 it shows McD's as a client...https://peoplevine.blob.core.windows.net/media/192/pdf/filings/ACGX-Q3-2016.pdf ... it's easy to miss details when life is so at times.
Have to agree, that's what it looked like to me too. And then we just keep coming back with these bullish hammers on the chart at the end of every day. Putting in higher highs and higher lows is what it takes!
Very very few, give me the anti-shake power to be long. HUGE!
I've noticed that too. They hold up and always have some hidden value that starts to shine. I think his 2nd 100 mill play is coming along very well. And for his age...well he's going to do better on this one!
I think what you're saying is very accurate. Especially if you went out and did a survey of banks. As soon as they see the red flag of high interest debt and no sign of profits they thank you kindly and send em' down the road, and afterwards make bets with each other on how long the business will last.
That would bring serious looks to the ACGX/PV/Bluprint & Co. connection quickly, and as revenues keep bumping up I believe it would be easy for a larger co. If it doesn't happen this yr, it be next. See what develops.
That's a good thing. Winding the shares up like a clock spring is the way one technical chartist called it... or this symbol of chart strength with a visual perspective...
Absolutely is, they don't see high risk with a profitable company. HUGE!
ACGX DD: Referring to the value of having low interest revolving credit is hard to understand unless a person has owned a business and understands how much it impacts the bottom line and ACGX's profit margin as the company constantly has to pay for procurement of inventory, payroll, work comp, accounting, liability ins., SSI, FICA, Property asset and equipment taxes, lease payments,(Infrastructure: vehicle maintenance, power, fuel, water, machines, office equipment, and groundkeeping while you wait for receivables to come in to cover it all. Its wonderful to have a slush fund to cover all that, but in todays world losing an account without laying off employees to match the cash flow changes can eat it up just as fast as a liability claim without proper insurance. All in all ACGX management is prudent and handling finances great as far as I see it. That is HUGE going forward for Gross profits and revenues. Great Job Team ACGX!
Agree, to convince banking issues as discussed its almost impossible to fully perceive it all unless you run a business and know how much value it is to have low interest when you constantly have to revolve credit for procurement of inventory, payroll, work comp, accounting, liability ins., SSI, FICA, property asset and equipment taxes, SID's, and infrastructure maintenance of all vehicles, machines, power, fuel, water, equipment and grounds keeping while you wait for receivables to come in to cover it all. Its wonderful to have a slush fund to cover that, but in today's world losing an account without laying off an employee can eat it up, just as easy as a liability claim without proper insurance. A guy that lived down the street from me had a huge sucessful tool making company with 500 employees, publicly held stock, making millions. The Chinese pirated all his design molds, hacked in and stole his customer database and started selling to all his customers. A couple months later sales started crashing, he didn't know why at the time, and figured it was just a short dip in orders. So he didn't lay anyone off. Wanting to not make anyone suffer a layoff blew out the 5 mill slush fund in just a few months. Low interest didn't help him :)
I have heard of the term going into BEAST MODE but would like to change going up in a parabolic manner to the BEST MODE, and especially on a rainy day which it is here. Sip a cup of coffee and let it gently rain :)
After its all said and done, you have a very good point. The fact the market cap is near 4 mill, and assets are at almost 3 mill higher makes that look a very acceptable scenario, and will especially after revenues double again.
Great point and Patience is always golden. Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither is a stable share price. Takes the backing and filling we've been getting for the last several months. Nice to see.
Excellent post, totally agree!
When assets are involved the interest rates drop even lower when you have conventional business rates. The same applies for home mortgage based loans. Assets always help. That is HUGE! 5-10% saved is 5-10% earned
Thanks, you too :)
Example: 20% interest on 18,000,000 is $3.6 mill, at 5% is only 900K. The 2.7 mill you save is all profit at the end of the year. That is a big deal for ACGX! Expect profits margins to increase!
ACGX: The cost of starting ACGX from years ago is now paid off. No conversions, and now the company has conventional low interest financing to facilitate every day cash flow for the business orders till the receivables come in for 18 mill dollars is HUGE! I run a business, the higher the number...the bigger the deal! GO ACGX!
Excellent post, totally agree.
I run a business, you always need cash to float payroll, taxes, work comp for employees, and especially to procure products to complete a job or as in the case of ACGX procure outsourced packaging supplies which they then label box and ship to warehouses and then to customers when ordered. That cash for massive orders allows the smooth transition of all the above mentioned until the ordering and payment of said received goods is complete. Paid for. That's business. High interest sucks profits out like a bad hair day.
ACGX: Gross profits 2.65 mill and counting
That's very good for helping lockup the float more, getting this in Monster Mode to pennies faster, and upgrading the company's listing status. Here's the size and salary of the Chicago police Dept from 2012... https://www.google.com/search?q=size+of+chicago+police+Dept&rlz=1C1NHXL_enUS693US693&oq=size+of+chicago+police+Dept&aqs=chrome..69i57.16359j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 ...its now over 12,000 officers, and over 1900 other employees, in administrative and infrastructure support. Proud to have them as investors, and however many there are and that we get to be longs with them. Thanks for that great DD DQ!
Few And Far Between!
OMG! DQ that is good news too!
Sure is, and Very!
