If you want, you can send it to this e-mail address: ihubhnhimessageboard@yopmail.com.
This isn't a personal e-mail address of mine and anyone can have access to it but I'll be able to get your e-mail and I'll delete it afterwards.
No, I made a mistake, it was only a link to their own page at www.tvgoodsholding.com/military_shopping.cfm which was replaced by a link to AsSeenOnTV.com.
There used to be a direct link to militaryshoppingchannel.com on the homepage of tvgoods.com but it was replaced by a link to asseenontv.com.
With most pdf files it's possible to copy the text and paste it elsewhere. You can use the selection tool or "Select All" in the Edit menu.
I don't know what the business connection between TVGoods and the Military Shopping Channel exactly is apart from the fact that
Trades of the day: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=HNHI
I understand where you're coming from.
I guess (again) we should see more clearly where it's all going in October/November. September would be nice though.
When I say "they are experienced at making profit", I mean this:
It's still a company in development.
It's an usual cycle in business: you invest in the company, incur losses as a consequence and then you make profit when the company grows. You have few businesses making big profits right away.
Just my opinion.
It's your opinion but it's not mine.
Soon they'll change their name to AsSeenOnTV.com and then people will understand who they are.
Plus 50 Cent has begun tweeting about the headphones again.
As far as I know, no, it's not available anywhere but I wouldn't understand if they didn't apply the same method to the headphones. They are experienced at making profit and I suppose they wouldn't have accepted the deal if it wasn't to make profit. Just my opinion.
I'm also quite high in my PPS but I've done my best so I accept it like it is.
You can try bashing but you have to do like you're dumb then, the dumber the better.
And yes, I mean just before 50 Cent tweeted about the headphones.
It did the same last time before the big run, it went down to $0.04 and then bounced big time.
Investors, do your DD and you'll understand where they are at.
But I guess some investors are just in when they can make a quick buck and don't care about the company.
The last 10-Q report didn't include AsSeenOnTV.com revenues yet.
As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter anymore as these posts are already quite far behind.
It was just interesting for me to know about it.
I was allowed to post it...
(according to Brett)
L2 will only be restored if they pay some fee to otcmarkets.com.
There was a trial period (to be checked, someone said that on IHub) and it was then removed for all the stocks listed on this website except on the OTCQX market because it's included in the listing fees.
And for the name change:
Well, maybe it's just me but I don't find the website at asseenontv.com especially beautiful. It doesn't give an immediate impression of quality products even though I know they are (in their range).
Dates are important here.
What's this report about?
What you said is just wrong.
Like someone else said, please focus on these words: DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
Some shares got unrestricted along the way and they were "dumped" right away causing the price per share to drop...
People regularly reading this message board know that I've averaged down and I'm long on it which means that I could be holding until 2013 if needed and I certainly believe the price per share will be above $0.3 in 2013. I haven't hidden the fact that I made some beginner mistakes some months ago. And I'm done spending all my time in front of my computer trading, I also have a life outside of it so it's a good stock for me.
What's the problem with saying that I'm in the red?
I just bought 79,886 shares...
I now have 260,000 shares at $0.3.
Which means I certainly trust the company with that much in it...
Thanks!
By the way, I've noticed that we may be speaking about different kind of target prices.
As the OTC market is volatile and the stock can move just on speculation and hype we can have spikes at higher prices per share than where it'll be trading in a more or less stable way afterwards. As spikes are quite unpredictable I don't count on them when I evaluate my investment in HNHI. It's usually the moment people begin to sell their shares at high speed more or less at the same time and I'm not sure I'll be able to benefit from a spike when I'm not in front of my computer all the time (and I don't appreciate this game that much either) . But I also think that with a bigger float, and hopefully no pump an dump promotion scheme involved, the probability of the type of spike we saw in February decreases but there is very often some type of spike.
It also all depends on where they are at with their plan to increase the number of oustanding shares and on whether and when the newly created shares will be trading on the stock market.
Just my opinion.
I consider there is a way to stay neutral and realistic about the company.
I don't need to be caught in any hype and blind pumping.
As far as I'm concerned I consider it's a lack of respect for the company to spread inaccurate or unverified information but it's just me. So as a shareholder I won't do that.
And if you think it's bashing, so be it!
Yes.
We could think that HNHI will be benefit from all 50 Cent does with his headphones but the fact is TVGoods never said that.
Then this would give a market capitalization of
235,540,523 shares x $25 = $5,888,513,075
just so that you know.
Also about this:
Mine is below the others given here if I take into account the ratio between number of shares, revenues and market capitalization which I checked with other companies trading on big boards or the OTCQX market but hype could push it higher and it doesn't mean it'll follow this type of comparison. It's my just estimate to evaluate my own investment in the company.
I also believe it'll move differently than last time now that the float is much bigger.
Just my opinion.
I asked Brett Maas of Hayden IR about the different models of headphones to know whether they were included in an extended agreement between TVGoods and SMS Audio and he directed me to the information at http://www.tvgoodsholding.com/sms.cfm as an answer.
Thank you very much for all the information you posted today!
It all looks very good!
Are you going to restore two posts or all my three deleted posts in case of a positive answer?
I refeshed the webpage several times and the price changed from $0.08 to $0.0975 several times as well.
Thanks.
As far as I'm concerned, after having averaged down as much as I could, I hold 180,114 shares at around $0.40 which is kind of crazy so I'll be relieved when we come back to this price per share... Beginner mistake...
I didn't say that you said it...
You asked why I wouldn't contact them and I mean I'm already busy, I already write too much here for the time I have available and I also won't contact them directly because they're not supposed to give insider information. My understanding is that we can contact them for information that normally has no influence on how the stock trades so I don't see any reason to do this when I'm already quite busy and for the rest, of course, I read PRs, filings and such.
Because I'm already quite busy!
I shouldn't even be writing so much here...
And they're not supposed to give insider information that can benefit certain shareholders and not others that didn't contact them.
In fact, the one corresponding to your link is this one:
1jk1, as you've noticed, I like facts and accuracy and not misleading claims based on mere guessing.
So you claimed we'll get revenues from City Kitty sold on Alibaba.com and you seemed kind of upset that I replied to your post.
I just gave some basic information about what Alibaba.com is without even going further because it was already late in the evening for me yesterday.
In turn, I'll ask you, what do you have to back up your claim?
Well, I've now gone a little further.
Look at this carefully if you will:
