Absolutely!
One simply needs to look at all of Willy's ventures and see the shareholder value there without much effort. The rest here is just ice cream on the pie, Hap. And it's certainly working. Huge volume!
There ya go. That's all most people want. A little communication. Better if served up with a slice of pie.
Hey BT, regardless of how bad it is, I would always prefer the truth regardless of how painful. Sh@t does happen and I'd rather know Willy is trying to salvage something here but if you recall he denied any merger with TT@P. i think most here can handle the truth but unfortunately, we get nothing. With our SS, a RS is needed. I don't see him retiring or buying back anything. I've made money and lot money in the dark lurches of the pinky land. I'm okay with that. Willy nas lost th faith and the trust of many here. He can try to ease the situation or he can continue to endure the rocks and arrows by keeping silent. He, by the way, IS the CEO. I'm gonna grab me a piece of pie. It makes all things better. Good luck to us all! I mean it.
Agreed! Well said.
Willy has an OBGLIGATION to keep his investors informed of the status of MMTE. He doesn't. He chooses to speak privately to a few people and have them throw carrots out there for others to salivate over. He chooses not to tell anything to the very people who poured millions fo dollars into this venture. Does that sound right? In my opinion, a good CEO would welcome the tone of his investors and work off that to try to keep them happy, or at least informed, instead of dodging torches and pitch forks. There is a fair amount of venom here and honestly this certainly can be minimized with some dialog. But, as some suggest, we should sit patiently and wait and wait and wait. Wait for what? And hey, maybe buy more. It's bad enough Willy diluted the heck out of this without hesitation but to continue to ait and wait for the results of some double secret hobajoobi deal is whip cream on the pie. I believed in this company at one time but finally realized this has been nothing but a play. Plain and simple.
If a RS were to actually happem, I might buy more in hopes of a huge pump afterwards. The only way, I believe, we can get some of our investment back. I've averaged down to .0007 and stopped pouring good money after bad into this mess. If we had some direction from Willy, it might be a little different. The whole confidentiality thing might be relevant in other situations, but here, it stinks. If TT@P is looking at potential billions in copper (?!?!), why would they be interested in a highly question lithium venture in a highly dubious environment. Averaging down on a pink is a huge risk. Averaging down on a company that Willy The Great Communicator has anything to do,with is compounded greatly. The big problem here is that many see Willy as toxic and I question if any pump would generat interest here. Nothing to do with what is posted here, but simply by looking at his record and his history. I wish us all luck because that's all we have.
I would like to know if there are at least two billion dollars in copper and a potential profit in silver, why would Copper Island hook up with a penniless company? I would assume they would prefer to find someone who at least has a pick and shovel an is willing to get them dirty. With all the foreign and domestic mining companies out there, why has this been overlooked and idle or so long? For two companies that don't have two nickles to rub together, i just gotta wonder.. And now with Willy stepping down, why would TTXP even bother with a silly venture with a lithium company that remains in limbo.. And again, without any means to mine financially or physically. If indeed this math is grossly accurate, why not just mine the silver for BILLIONS and shoot the value of this stock skyward? Just looking for potential positives here. Numbers mean very little unless you do something to generate growth. Just trying to find the positive here. And did you mention pie???
Thanks Dawg. Nice post. Not really angry. Disappointed in myself. We all make choices and I'm the only one to blame for my actions. I do get frustrated with the current state of MMTE but it's the lack of honest information that bugs me and the way what little is thrown out there. I'm long here because I can be but this doesn't mean I'm fine with losing thousands. If this does go anywhere. I'll be the first to eat a piece of that humble pie, because, I do like pie. I honestly wish you the best as well as the rest of us waiting longs.
Ah.. Nice. I also forgot the "letter of Confidentiality". Thanks mayhem!
Well Dawg, at the end of the day, after the continuation of a pps of .0001, after a perpetual no bid, after a bloated OS, after cryptic PR's, after puff PR's, after a silent CEO, after mysterious appearing and disappearing concessions, after questionable concessions, after promises of no RS, after inevitable RS which doesn't happen, after watching MMTE fall from a big buzz to a stagnent silent mess, after repeated prostate exams, after mergers that don't happen, after many offers on the table that disappear, after super secret phone discussions and I'm sure with a super secret handshake included, after many empty promises, after having faith in a solid product only to be disillusioned by a questionable company and losing all faith, and.. after watching investment dollars turning into pennies, .. At the end of the day.. Pie makes thing better... Not good, just better. Go MMTE
Most likely his plan but who would buy anything associated with Willy. The pps and volume with all his ventures speaks volumes. Toxic.
No news for so long, I think Willy has moved on, with some serious cash.
A letter of confidentiality, I'm sure signed within the cone of silence all while eating pie. How convienent. So, are we to sit on the potential here for another two years? Willy's history of silence is something we're all use to. Why is this not a surprise. Getting tired of carrots.
Keep the worthless concessions . I'll take the pies! Thanks Hap!!!
Indeed!
Perhaps this is part of the MMTE master plan.., (insert evil laugh)
At least you realize this is nothing more than a play.
Joe, If youmdisregard the good or bad opinions posted here and simply look at the financials with TTXP and the CEO's other current and past ventures, look at his business history as well as his interactions with investors, you'll find the truth . And the truth shall set you free. Just remember, it's still a pink.
Seven years is just enough time for most here to have lost faith/ interest and forgotten about this mess and moved on.
Many averaged down to trip zero one and a no bid RS. Repeat this mantra.. "Wait Three more months" Slick Willy continues this one way money funnel. Fortunately, with all his winderful ventures, volume is poor and the word is out. Horrible CEO. His Hult International Boxtop School of Business should be proud of him. A stellar example.
He should be successful. Usually one wins at the expense of many others in Vegas. And yes, pie is good.
He doesn't want to tip his hand and show the world he really has no leverage in anything he is associated with. I think this would be considered a bluff. Keep em guessing. And he certainly is...
gsobes, e potential concession values was a well orchestrated tongue in cheek P&D.
I wonder if he mentioned any of this to us in a civil phone conversation?
Unfortunately, Willy can't outrun history. Other than concessions, MMTE has little to bring to the table. The SS is tapped out and a RS is inevitable. His copper company has poor volume and is sinking, not from negative comments on these boards but the fact they offer little value to current shareholders. If current shareholders are on the losing side of the coin, how does one expect to recruit new investors? Just look at any of Willy's ventures, look at the financials and it's all the same. No income, questionable assets, poor communication, dillution... Rinse and repeat. If you provide investor value, people will come. I would love to see something perculate here as would many. But, as usual, wait and see. And, we wait......
If the MMTE/CLIL concessions/assets are transferred to, say, Willy's copper mining company in Canada, and the perpetual hold on foreign mining operations in Chile... how does this benefit anyone. A very sincere and respectful question. I could understand if these concessions were sold to a Chilean company already mining there but if Chile doesn't want to play with the rest of the world, this looks good on paper but the financial spreadsheet will still show no mining, no money and only concession assets. And this would most likely include copper, potash, lithium, snozzelberries or apple pies. Neither company has money to mine. Perhaps I'm overlooking the obvious but as the old saying goes, no money, no honey.
Agree. I can handle losses if there was genuine effort put forth with some degree of information provided to investors. While Willy puts out vague information now and then, he does nothing to follow up with anything. At least to the investor body as a whole and not one or two people. I believe this is one of the biggest complaints here. As for ethics, most pinky CEO's have none. There are some here that still "believe" in Willy and dislike the negativity. Well, a CEO and a company should speak for themselves. The doubt and frustration mentioned here is certainly earned.
And this is more than Freedom of Speech. This is the plain and simple Truth. A firm record of taking companies, driving thhem into the ground, fleecing shareholders, moving on.... Does not make a CEO a pillar of the investment community...
Nicely said. WILLY! I know you read these boards. Prove us wrong.
I don't think there's been any question about the use and the increaded demand for lithium. The question is even with concessions, an incountry corporation, the best mining lawyers in the country, financial backing, various offers on the table and somewhat loyal investors, what role will MMTE play in the lithium world with a huge OS and flat line no bid? Thanks for the link.
The mantra continues to be "wait". We're at no bid , the heels of a RS, communication from Slick Willy is rare and vague. What, are we waiting for? Willy?
I can appreciate your point Rocky, but if we waited for news or information from Willy, this board would remain silent for months on end. This board in the least should reflect the tone of the investors. Good bad or indifferent. And it does exactly that. Many have lost faith in Willy and that's something that requires effort to regain. You don't get that by communicating to a few and keeping silent with the rest. Hoping for the best but expecting continued silence.
Now, this isn't bashing but one really simply must look at his legacy and come to the conclusion he's done absolutely nothing for his companies And shareholders. No drilling, no mining, no accepting deals on the table, no falling out of our seats, no profits, no RS, and no investor satisfaction. I take that back. He's done a whole lot of nothing. His other company isn't moving with or without news. Speaks volumes. Again, I'm certainly not bashing. Just stating the obvious. Go MMTE.
Agree. But an up and coming challanger is TT@$.
Well said. Painful but true.
For a company and CEO that appears so solid and positive, why are we sitting in the gutter?
But, you have been keeping them to yourself. Delightful insights with little to no intrinsic value to the direction of MMTE does not promote confidence. At least to some. I respectfully appreciate your efforts and don't deny your intentions, but all of this should be coming from William. No bid and flat lined for some time, no volume, no movement. This is embarrassing. Silence perpetuates doubt. Silence speaks volumes. If he can provide you with some words of confidence, mhe can do it to all. And yet, he doesn't. Evil. Perhaps not. Uncaring? Definitely.
The problem with communicating through mass communication is he would be held to his word by all shareholders. By "communicating" with one or two people, he can always deny any mention of a conversation or at least deny specifics. With all due respect to Rocky, I simply don't blame you for not providing information which would eventually hold you as a scapegoat if nothing happens. Support is a two way street. Don't give none, ain't gonna get some. Negative comments are earned through silence and deception. I can overlook a CEO for trying and failing. I have a very difficult time sitting and waiting to hear something, anything and expecting to sit patiently and wait.. And wait.. And wait. I know people are getting amped about this alledged phone call, but until there is something solid, it means absolutely nothing. Sorry. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, ahame on me.
Unfortunately, Slick Willy remains silent with everything and we probably won't know anything, now or later. The concessions may have been real at one time, but the DD and pumps by many large and longs here pulled the wool over many eyes. My mistake here was looking at this as a potential investment and was looking at lithium as the ticket with MMTE as the vessel. This should have been a play from the get go. The map makers and cheerleaders are long gone and may pop in now and then but the reality is this stock, this company, Willy, are turds. I expect the silence to continue indefinitely. Rocky gets a call tomorrow or the day after, I'll appologize for any negative remarks. I wish you all the best Cougs. Hopefully the New Years rewards us all.
