Yes it is. I said a couple months ago it's TSA or bust and I don't think we are holding 7-2 off-suit. I have continued to add and my guess is in the next two weeks I will know my fate.

If anyone took the time today to watch LEVEL 2 you would have seen that (NITE) bought tens of thousands of shares and only sold a few thousand shares but managed to sit on the SP most of the day. Coincidence? I think not.

All, if you wanted to unload 43,500 shares would you place it all on the ask at one time? Heck no you would not. If you wanted to suppress the share price to accumulate more shares would you do this? Heck yes you would.Am I very disappointed with the lack of sales announced, yes I am. Am I going to turn a blind eye to the SP suppression? No I will not.

While some here are not impressed with all the certifications I am confident that potential suitors of this company are. Think about it, the more hurdles this company clears the less the potential buyer has to and that will be a positive for purchase price.
If that's the case I am a happy camper.
It's an incentive to meet certain goals, does not cost them any money.

I've been in this stock for roughly 3 years and I do realize some have been here longer but maybe my thought will be relevant. For the past few months I have been really disappointed with the lack of sales along with the struggling share price but I had a brief moment of clarity this morning and this is what I came up with. Putting the past few years of owning this stock behind me would I be excited if I just discovered it, my answer was yes. If I just discovered this stock today would I buy shares, my answer was yes. Would I be excited about the share price in the short term, my answer was yes. Would I be excited about the share price in the long term, my answer was yes. With all that said I've decided to let the past remain in the past and look forward as doing the opposite was not productive for me. Jumping off my soap box now :)
Yes they we're put in 2 airports after the TSIF approval which was a week before the conference call.
On the surface I would tend to agree that it was a poorly written PR, but after I thought about it for awhile I changed my mind. The information that was released today was known by most if not all current investors a couple weeks ago, but did nothing positive for the SP. It was released today, and it was a positive for the share price. I think the PR today was meant for new investors and to a small degree I think it worked.

Based on the info in the CC I think we entered OTE the first part of this month. The 30-60 day paperwork phase is also based on what was said on the CC.
To my knowledge we have roughly 3 weeks left of OT&E and once that is complete we then go the paperwork stage, which is roughly 30-60 days.
I suppose we will find out pretty soon what it means.
Only thing I can think of is they do not want to offend the people reviewing the data as not to make that process harder then it should be. Data crunching people don't like being dismissed. If that's the case probably a smart move.

I thought Glenn told us this on the conf call. I also thought we had another step of being deployed in 2 airports for actual training and use in a live environment. Am I wrong?
As we all know DMRJ has these shares and can convert them at any time. I for one would rather them slowly introduce them into the float as opposed to waiting for the big event. I am confident the big event will come and the fewer shares they have will be better for the SP at that time.

I think the calls for Glenn's head are a little premature. If he does not deliver on what he stated on this CC he is fair game. Please keep in mind our competitors would have a field day using our change in CEO as another reason not to use our product. We need stability at this critical juncture.

My guess is they want to give themselves a little buffer. I'm pretty sure they don't want get their butts handed to them on the next CC. It's been several tough CC's in a row and my guess is they would like the next one to be productive.
B9, I hear you but not sure it would have made much of a difference. If they don't put out the PR yesterday the stock would have closed around .80. They put it out and it moved to .86. With the numbers that were posted during the conf call .74 cents is we're I think we would have ended regardless when the PR came out. I could be wrong but I added more today. Either I'm digging a deeper hole or adding to the pot at the end of the rainbow. We shall find out soon enough. Have a great weekend and have a drink as we all need one :)
