Settling for the purposes of having an on going business relationship.
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutionary Concepts Inc., (OTCPINK:REVO), a publicly traded company that develops online mobile video software and remote security communication systems, announced that its global licensee Eyetalk365, LLC, filed complaints in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, Charlotte Division, against four separate companies, alleging patent infringement against Revolutionary's intellectual property. Eyetalk365, LLC is the global licensee for Revolutionary's patents and has filed the complaints. Notification of the filing of the complaints was filed with the SEC on a Form 8-K Report on September 22, 2014. -
On February 12, 2014, Revolutionary announced it signed a global licensing agreement with a firm to commercialize Revolutionary's patented wireless security alarm services system. Per the agreement, the global licensee, Eyetalk365 LLC, would bear all costs and prosecute and defend the patents in any infringement actions. The Law Offices of Farney Daniels PC, of Georgetown, Texas was contracted to represent Eyetalk365 LLC, and Wishart Norris, Attorneys At Law, in Charlotte, North Carolina filed the complaints.
Let me take a shot...the sanctions are going to send the patents back to the stone age.
Get your facts straight the cafe is already built. Reread the PR
I live in Frisco, TX
Pulling up the REVO page here on IHUB and at the top of the page is an advertisement and it goes like this

Get your facts straight it is not a gold mine its a patent mine.
manipulation of the highest order
I completely agree with this post! Looking for fact based answers that support the wreck-less use of the word fraud.
These are court updates.
Just read and reread the PR's not 50% of the posts. It is a PR stating what the court recognized in the latest events.
The judges would never admit it of course...but they can see the POUNDING that is coming.
Based on information offered the courts.
The first rule of a court of law is to suggest people/companies settle its difference without the use of the courthouse.
Janet maybe with the information/facts you have we can team up and suggest the United States Patent Office be a more efficient organization, that is if your willing. Facts and pertinent information goes along ways.
Speaking of patent rights and intellectual property has anybody invested any time with the United States Patent Office to find out what type of patents and intellectual property rights the settlers/infringers/defendants have?
Crack On
Would you be so kind as to extend your links which would be facts that show the United States Patent Office is being sloppy in its work.
Thanks in Advance
In the old days they called them Free Grazers
Dismissal without prejudice gives the right of the plaintiff to bring the infringer back to court
I think we kept the rights to bring Protect America back to court.
It is quite disingenuous to say people would steal and be putting themselves in harms way when they have patents something none of the infringers/defendants have. Its ludicrous.
You missed my point.
To your question, I am not an Ali apologist and none of posts would show that it just so happens to be part of the package, honestly I don't get the connection between Ron and Ali. None of my business.
The patents are affiliated with a multi billion dollar industry that is why I am here. The leader Ron Carter and his background also played a small part.
I'm in it and all I can do is...Crack On
General George Smith Patent Jr rolling thru the infringer/defendants.
The least you can do is agree to be here when the final chapter is written...Because it certainly isn't over. Its the patents.
The patents are the value. SEC cant take those.
They are pursuing companies who are using the product for commercial use and to make a profit. They are not worried about individuals who hang it in a mobile home or something like that.
That should tell you something
According to the US Patent Office Livewatch has 1 patent for technology first applied for in 2012 and it relates to tiddlywinks or something
According to the US Patent Office CPI Security Systems Inc has no patents for technology
According to the US Patent Office Protect America Inc has no patents for technology
Only sharing what I was given.
Alarm Force, CPI and Livewatch have not let the public, its shareholders or customer base know it has been in court for patent infringement/stolen technology cases. I dont see it on any of the 3's website. Do you think the August bill from any of three will say...hey you owe 39.95 and by the way we are known as infringer/defendants in patent infringement stolen technology cases. Dont worry we have entered into settlement talks, I know I know only after we were nabbed.
And REVO has its transparency problems.
You cant possibly think that winning a judgement and making frontline news is good for the customer base of the infringers/defendants. Can you imagine the customer base of the 3 infringers/defendants find the home they protect is being guarded by stolen technology. These infringer/defendants start losing customers where does the settlement or royalty money come from. It is being done diplomatically and with kid gloves.
Patents don't die, as a matter of fact they have gotten stronger. Alarm Force can attest to that.
Thank You
Were in the pinks...its all blind assumption.
And maybe they got exactly what they wanted. WE don't know
It's the patent value that will bring the stock price.
REVO patent technology either coming or already in a home near you.
Next stop...the green sheets
It was always about the value of the patents.
