Sounds like the Fibonacci sequence. "The Golden Ratio" very appropriate for CGFI.
Thank you, Thank you! I will be here all week. Don't forget to tip your Grog server!
Now that is thinking big! Do you really believe that will be enough? The crew is starting to get ugly, so we will need to keep them happy.
If those projections are even close to accurate, I have no doubt they will, jsc52033. I think i need to start looking for some spare change and pick up a few more shares for my "retirement fun fund". Lets see, i checked the sofa cushions already and the car seats, so maybe the pockets in the dirty laundry will help my fund!
They can't hold CGFIA down forever. Sooner or later it will run. I'm betting on sooner!
Actually I found out about ''okolehao. It is the local Hawaiian moonshine, made from roots of the tea plant. It would make a nice "exotic grog" for our celebration of the POW mill reopening. All we need is a volunteer to go to Hawai'i to procure enough for us all. Any volunteers?
Now what do you think is in store for the end of the week, news-wise?
CGFIA
GM Star Gazer!
Wow, news twice this week! What did we do to deserve this? Whatever it is, I think we need to have it analyzed and reproduced so CGFI can keep it going.
Ya think I can start spiking the Grog with some?

ELRA - major Macau merger
Elray Gaming Eyes Acquisition of Macau Gaming Company
Last Updated: May 03, 2012 - 7:45am EST
(NEW YORK) --(NEW YORK) --Elray Gaming, Inc, which is traded under the name Elray Resources, Inc (OTC:ELRA), continues to move ahead with its potential acquisition of Macau gaming company, Golden Match, which could give the stock a minimum price valuation of $0.10 per share.
Elray Gaming announced a 'binding letter of intent' to acquire Golden Match, who's principal business activity is to hold a profit share agreement with a VIP Room Gaming Promoter, the terms of which they receive 80% of the profit stream from the Promoters, which currently participates in the promotion of many major luxury VIP gaming facilities in Macau, China, the largest gaming market in the world.
The company has negotiated a profit sharing agreement with Cali Promocao de Jogos Sociedade Unipessoal Lda. (CALI), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, and promotes Casinos in Macau SAR pursuant to a license issued by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination of Bureau of the Government of Macau SAR.
Over the past 5 months, CALI generated approximately $17 million (US) profit after tax.
ELRA Post-Merger Valuation
Taking that $17 million profit into consideration, a rough fiscal year net profit for CALI would be in the range around $37 million, after taxes. If given a 80% profit sharing bases, that would give Golden Match, and thus ELRA, a yearly net profit of around $29.6 million,
ELRA currently has around 700 million shares issued and outstanding, but for the sake of closing the merger, and estimating for dilution to close the deal, even at 3 billion shares issued and outstanding, that would still give ELRA an EPS estimate of around $0.01 EPS.
Based on the value estimates of other publicly traded Macau gaming companies, a conservative PE of 10 to 15 would still give ELRA a post merger estimate of $0.10 to $0.15 per share, or a conservative $300 million post-merger market capitalization, which would reflect a sharp % return from its current $0.004 share price.
From all indications, movement on this merger continues to move forward with talks showing possible institutional interest, which could help turn this letter of intent into a full blown major merger.
Cali currently has agreements in place are with MGM Grand Macao, a division of MGM Resorts International (NYSE:MGM), the Venetian, Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN), Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited (HKG: 0027), and City of Dreams.

CREDIT and a big thanks to "SWEET CRUDE" FOR THIS NEWS.
Nice news, sweet crude! This is what I have been waiting for. Now let's hope ELRA can consummate the deal reasonably quickly.
Thanks for the DD. I appreciate your efforts and willingness to share it.

Hey odega! FYI, According to the quarterly reports, Mr. Guyer donates the office space to CGFI. You can't get more economical than that!
Keep up yor posts, I enjoy your perspective on things.

Hi StickeyTree420! Glad to have your voice heard, and I will be happy to add your tug boat to the CGFIA Armada!
Good Fortune and Good Luck to you and all the CGFIA investors!
Thanks, MT
Well, you have me beat on the average PPS! I just ran my numbers last night and I'm @ .00034. So you will be a millionaire twice as fast as I! (unless of course I screwed up the calculations, then I may be begging outside your door. "Brother can you spare a share?")
Sorry about that LAMSHIFT! It was late and I ran out of fingers to count on.
I'm still learning to divide my fingers, but can't find my razor blade!
I guess I forgot to carry the zero. (I never quite figured out how to "carry a zero", after all it is 'nothing'!
I above all should be able to carry the zero in my 'empty pockets'!
GLTY!
Thanks for the update, sbanks12. It is good to get them, after being out of the loop for a couple weeks as I have been.
GLTY
Hey '67! I'm going to start calling you "Mr. '67" the way you are collecting those shares!
I will add your million to the rest of the poultry.... Oops, sorry that was paltry, and that ain't chicken feed!
GLTY!
Gee, AK you ask tough questions.
I will prefix this with a disclaimer that this is an extremely difficult thing to estimate, based on what data I do have.
I can tell you this: we have approximately 150 members declaring their holdings. With 2.2 billion shares held by them, that gives each shareholder an averaged position of about 15 million. (I guess that just makes me "average". The story of my life in a nutshell, average.)
If every one of the 7000 shareholders held 15 million shares, we would be at about 100 billion shares. Obviously that puts the figures way over the float by a factor of approximately 5.
We know that there are "big boats" and "little boats" in the Armada. Keeping that in mind, if you crunch the figures and divide the 2.2 billion float by the 7000 shareholders, you end up with roughly only 350,000 shares per head.
This tells me that we have major investors on this board, based on the declared totals. (and the declared totals range from a couple hundred thousand each to some in the 100 million share range.)
It also tells me that CGFI has a lot of average Joes who just want to get a small piece of the American dream. They are the backbone of CGFI. And, if you pardon my waxing philosophical for a second, isn't that usually the backbone of every successful company, the average Joe?
Float- 20,341,744,408
This board has over 10% of the float!
My figures are not totally up to date, but the Armada's total is over 2.2 Billion!
Well, that puts a different outlook on some posts from today. Of course I could be wrong, but there could be NO OTHER WAY to interpret the absence of information.
Oh, wait a minute, we do have information! Oops, never mind!
Thanks 567! As I have said before, you da king of CGFIA DD!
Well, I just was fortunate enough to find an extra 5.2 million CGF shares as "insurance" to cover the event. (Sort of like 'hole in one' insurance for golf. Everyone hopes to score one, but once it happens you end up buying the clubhouse a lot of expensive drinks!)
I hope to be granted the pleasure of doing exactly that. And actually CGFIA will be the one footing the bill. I'm just going to be acting as the middleman for the cash.
And, remember, the first rule of naked shorting, DON'T TALK ABOUT NAKED SHORTING!
What, no whipped cream or cherry? You know those things are an extra charge, but by then you and I will be well healed enough to buy rounds for the whole town of Silverton!
Now, what news do you think tomorrow will bring to the CGFIA table?
Do you really think I will have any spirits left if CGFIA isn't doing better by winter?
By then I will be making my own hooch out of potato skins and table scraps! But let's think positive and plan on the good times ahead. I'm sure that we have a few members who know where to get some of the good home made variety. (King Zulu said something about having a connection for 'gator squeezings.)
Just imagine the assortment of "medicinal" brews that would be available for our celebration if we sent out word to all the members that are scattered far and wide.
Hi Borgon, just let me know a couple of days before the consumption of the copious amounts Grog starts. I will need a bit of extra time to get that much Grog abord. And lets not forget the munchies and asprin for the days after.
CGFIA will have no trouble getting financing once the mill's C&D is lifted!
IMHO
"No doubt about it. They just want to get rid of all people near there so there would be no complaints later...."
And you have proof of this? Where is your evidence to back up this conjecture? Or is this just another opinion?
Clear, concise, and logical! Great post, Davidio.
If your analysis is accurate, it makes me wonder if Guyer and Erickson had a "beer summit" and discussed how a win-win, face saving solution could be worked out to the benefit of all.
I guess time will tell, but we may never know if/how they worked it out.
Thanks for your analysis, D.
TY Scooter! It is easier to go through life with a smile on your face than a frown. Besides, if you walk around smiling all the time, everyone will wonder what you are up to. (or what drug you are on I like to keep them guessing. )
We all have a little to be happy about today, we finished GREEN!
Can this be the start of a trend?
I will check your total and add the new stock. You know you are going to need to buy a bigger boat soon.
Good Luck and good fortune to us all!
PS: I was scouting new locations for the Armada to drop anchor. Maui is perfect. Just think, summers in the Gulf, winters in the calm waters off Maui! & double
I will most gladly add the new acquisition to the cargo, glengold!
If this 'trend' keeps up, we may just be able to buy some real Grog and I can stop using the rubbing alcohol in the mix! (good thing too, I think I'm starting to go blind from that stuff.)
Good Luck & Good Fortune to us all!
CGFIA....up, up, and away!
It's amazing what a little extra "green" will do for your outlook on the world, isn't it? We need a few more "100%" days and I'm sure most everyone will be feeling good, unless you are "betting against the house" on CGFIA!
Dang! Someone must have made a mistake, or maybe they just ran out of red ink. That green candle sure looks 'purty'!
(I'm still waiting for the week we have ALL green days!)
It was real money when I wrote the check and bought the stock!
For me, it is not really lost money.
Have a good one Borgon.
CGFIA
I'll buy the first round!
Thanks, Borgon, I will add those to the grand total. As always, good fortune and good luck with your new purchase!

Hi p1928, the 300 tons per day figure you are using is not the full capacity of the mill. The POW mill is rated at 700 tons per day. The 300 tpd is a lowball figure used to show that even at a reduced production rate the mill would still be more economical than sending the ore to more distant facilities.
Here is the link to the page showing the POW details.

I'll get right on that AK, I have my Grandmother's 100 year old recipe for a good rye whiskey.
I'll work on the crew's spirits, you work on the stock price.
Anybody notice that our future merger target's PPS was up by 117% today? What is up with that? The CEO bought a BOATLOAD of shares. What does he know that we should know?
No, just good old fashioned stuff. The wild oats are for the younger crowd.
You bring the beer, I'll bring the fertilizer. (I have always been good at spreading that around.)
We should find a Koa tree and buy it. It would be a great investment. We could sit under it and watch our investment grow, right before our eyes. Wouldn't that be a treat, watching an investment GROW for a change?
It is good to be back home, but it was tough to leave such beautiful places behind.
Thanks to "Impact58" and his wife, we got to visit some local attractions on Oahu, (yes they were food related) and "found" a fantastic local art studio featuring some great artwork.
I already picked out a hand carved koa wood rocking chair to place on my beachfront porch. I would have bought it, but the price was $16,000. (I really need CGFIA to hit .05 to help support the arts.)
