I'm not sure what the big deal is about getting a credit card processor, a working website, products, and being transparent about it all.
They've had the opportunity to get all of this going but haven't been able to get it off the ground. They did manage to raise their prices and according to my records they have sent 2 emails stating that they were back up, running, and making progress.
I can attest that all of the above is doable with a little leg work and can all be accomplished simultaneously within a matter of weeks.
banking issues are a concern as it is difficult to get credit card processing. It is not impossible or terribly difficult to get a CC processor. it's just painfully frustrating. I can attest to this from personal experience.
I'm concerned about the unfulfilled orders that UBQU had before Elavon/Authorize.net dropped them and why they haven't been forthcoming about what's happening with the company. Or why they suggested utilizing charebacks instead of fulfilling orders. Lots of unanswered questions with these folks.
I'm hopeful but increasing skeptical.
I'm not sure what Ballas and Co. have planned but all the hurdles they're talking about having to overcome are easily resolved in DAYS or WEEKS, not months or years. Except the name change thing. I'm not sure what's involved there but it can't be that hard. I will agree that the cannabis industry is frustrating but it's not impossible to navigate and many issues are easily resolved. Some of the issues UBQU has mentioned is listed below.
Credit Card Processors--It's available if you want it. The rates suck but it's a pay to play situation. I currently have one processor and I'm about to add a 2nd one for backup. It is alleged that they have their own payment solution but I haven't seen it yet. Payment processors are frustrating to obtain but its doable. The fact that the company suggested utilizing chargebacks in the last PR is VERY concerning.
Supply-- Supply is easier to find that you think, along with extracting, processing, bottling, etc.
Certificate of Analysis-- some labs have a turnaround time of a few days and this can easily be done for each batch and SHOULD be widely available. (it's not that expensive to perform these tests)
Bar Codes--If you notice many bottles share the same barcode despite being different products. The barcode is an 8 digit code and i believe it should have 12 digits (my product has 12 digits)
Fulfillment--It's not like there is a NET15 or NET30 on the orders, so they have the money before they ship the product, they COULD easily obtain product and ship it without difficulty. A one man crew could easily knock out a 100+ orders a day without breaking a sweat.
Search Engine Optimization-- also, not that hard. patience is a virtue here and it comes with proper site work/blogging/and time.
I'm having a hard time believing that a publicly traded company is having all these problems with their company when everything can be easily resolved.

I've been pretty busy and i've scrolled through the recent posts trying to find these answers. By what i'm reading i take it that :
1. no one has had orders shipped.
2. no one can place an order
3. no one from (HLT) answers or returns calls, emails, etc.
That's a shame if all this is true. I've spent some money and time working on Search Engine Optimization so I can rank for Cannazall's products (Peyt's Promise, Peyt's Promise ) and now that I've made it to page one they're MIA. My product supply is dwindling but it appears that I get to break it to my Cannazall customers that they've got to change brands.
It's a shame that they're not capitalizing on their golden opportunity.
wubalubadubdub
In an alternate universe Rick Sanchez is the CEO of UBQU and it's worth more than apple. WE live in the universe where UBQU is .0001/.0002
That was my initial plan was to join the ambassador club to make sure HLT was legit,. I then started giving the product away, then sold a bit. It devolved into me ordering to compare order numbers to get an idea of their volume.
I've got quite a bit sidetracked from that and enjoy this little project and love hearing all the positive results that people are having.
I like the idea of touring facilities, I'm hoping to do a bit of that out in Colorado this fall.
I haven't ordered in a while as I've added a few brands but I know my last order (it was probably back in late march/early april) took a couple weeks to fulfill. I haven't ordered from them in a while so I can't comment on the fulfillment time currently.
I don't have a problem fulfilling orders from my store as I only sell items I have in stock; everything is shipped out the same day it is ordered or the next day.
I've made peace with this stock not going anywhere and have stopped stressing about it but am hopeful that they'll turn things around. me and my 10+ million shares. If it doesn't work out, it won't be the worst financial decision I've ever made.
No matter what comes of UBQU it's got me off my ass and is part responsible for starting an online CBD business. The store has deviated a bit from primarily selling Cannazall but it sure has allowed me to help folks and change a lot of lives as many report that CBD has been a game changer for them.
I've actually made it to page one on google (in 3 months) if one were to search "cannazall" you'll find that my store has made it all the way to page one and i'm working on doing the same for other brands. Peyt's Promise
If they're not giving refunds why hasn't someone initiated a charge back? It's expensive for companies and I guarantee it'll get them in gear to respond. Even if you use the word charge back in an email they'll take notice and respond.
I don't know if this means anything but i've noticed cannazall.com is no longer an active site but they've consolidated things and now cannazall.com redirects you to hemplifetoday.com . I don't know if it's all for SEO purposes but I believe something is afoot.
not to mention the bid is building and UBQU has been awfully quiet lately.
I've been a cheerleader for this stock for the last few months and I can't help but agree that things aren't looking good at this moment. We all know the cannabis industry is the place to be but you've got to be hungry and seize the day in order to carve out your spot. I think HLT is falling way short and not seizing their opportunity to make a ton of cash.
If nothing else HLT has motivated me to start my own business (Peyt's Promise) which initially was just me trying to sell products for Cannazall, but now it's blossomed into 6 different brands and I'm starting to gain a little traction and moving up the search rankings slowly but surely (i'm at #32 in the Cannazall search listings). I also find it interesting that Cannazall's site isn't #1 when searching for their own brand.
I wonder what their endgame is because a slow start means there are more competitors in the marketplace who are taking a piece of the pie.
BTW. I found this PR from May 2018.......Has anyone ever had their CBD gummies? they were supposed to be released by the end of may 2018
https://www.marketwatch.com/press-release/hemplife-today-enters-the-nationwide-legal-full-spectrum-cbd-edibles-gummies-market-with-a-nationwide-rollout-in-may-2018-05-01
yes, the site isn't the easiest in the world to use. Too many places to click.
i did say I had been wrong before. and apparently I was wrong again.
maybe if i said it was going to NO BID then it'll move.
Yep. Too good to be true
#26 on the breakout board. Maybe we'll get lots of non-negative attention today. $ubqu
None. I think the share dilution has ended and we're good for a launch. I've been wrong before but I haven't been wrong today, yet. $ubqu
I think 10million is a low estimate. Suppose they reach half their ambassador mark this year. Pardon some rounding but it makes for easier math
5000 ambassadors x $200 startup Fees =1,000,000
If all 5,000 orders, say ONLY $1,000 products a year =$5,000,000
Let's just suppose that's not the case and the average ordered /client/year is 5,000 = 25,000,000 usd.
If we convert that into pesos, then it's 482,500,000 pesos.
I know that's ridiculous but I personally ordered $3,500usd+ in February alone.
I know my numbers are likely out of reach but I'm trying to be optimistic.
$ubqu
I might add another 10-25mil today if I can catch this thing before it makes its massive run . $ubqu
Just looking at it from a different angle, who wouldn't want to get in on the bottom floor of a company Ellington for .0002that has reported nearly 3.5million in revenue. Something to ponder. Let's get this board on tothe top of thebreakout boards and make something happen. $ubqu
Maybe it'll pop to 0.02 or 0.2 and nothing negative will happen. If you're going to dream, dream big
Maybe it's a error. I can't imagine it'd go from yieod to stop with all the documentation filed
It did go from a yield to a stop with all these reports.
Does anyone have the contact info for ballas or anyone else in charge?
I don't have great #s yet, only $500 or so in sales. I've gave quite a few bottles away just to get feedback but I'll let everyone know how the selling goes. The pro shops is a good idea. I bet this stuff would sell like hotcakes there
To be correct, I have all the COAs except the one for the vape oil. Im told it's not available yet.
I finally broke into the 10mil share club. on top of that I just launched my website with all the COAs listed for Cannazall (peyts-promise.com), did some marketing, and generally promoting this company.
Sales are great on my side of things but we need the company to confirm it in writing.
I'm sure the financials for the next couple months are going to be impressive. I know how much I've ordered from them and I haven't even launched my site. I'm slowing accumulating shares and selling products.
i wonder if i could eventually buy a controlling stake in the company with the money i make from selling their products?
I'm ambassador #588 and the stuff is getting positive reviews. I give people a free bottle to start so they either have a neutral or positive experience but many say they feel better, sleep better and have no pain. My mother in law who is on methadone for her chronic conditions isn't moaning or groaning anymore and is moving around better than she used to be. I've only been a part of HLT for the last few weeks but everyone seems excited and reports positive things
I have received COAs from the company and everything seems on the up and up. My site isn't active yet (peyts-promise.com) as I'm waiting on my LLC and my payment processor agreement but eventually I'll have ALL the COAs I receive listed there. The company seems pretty open to providing this information to whomever asks for it.i firmly believe they're working hard behind the scenes and we'll see results very soon. $ubqu ftw
That's weird. I've had a bid for .0002s for much longer than that and I haven't been filled yet.
It takes them a couple days to get it to the post office after they create the label (from what I've noticed) so hopefully that means they're overwhelmed. They do a good job on packaging everything up and shipping.
Next month they should have better reports, because I will have singlehandedly generated about $2000 in revenue for them.
I've only got 8 million
I don't know why they'd dilute at such low share prices. It'd make more sense to let it run a bit and dilute at higher prices.
I wonder if the 50k they're referring to is strictly from the ambassador program. That would be in addition to all their other sales.
This stock is going to drive me to drink even more than I already do.
What's up with the 20000 share buys/sells of 0.00025? Just MMs painting it red??
$UBQU has a lot of interest okay and is being talked about on multiple boards. This could prove to be a very exciting day.
The news report is encouraging. Hopefully this is the catalyst we need to get moving.
I requested a COA from the company and they're using Botanacor out of Denver to do testing. The one I received shows the product is at least as potent as they are saying. Hopefully they'll update the website soon with these results.
I'm fine with it not running today. It affords me an opportunity to load up a bit more
