Too bad over the weekend the longs couldn't get many "eyes" to buy Monday.... probably all just lined up on the overpass to witness the HHSE train wreck.
Trading stopped????
Or just no interest????
Certainly not the "expected" Monday action according to the posts over the weekend!!! What gives??????
WOW! The WSJ must have put their top reporters on this to get this much interest!!!!
LMBFAO!!!!!
More empty promises??? Where's the freaking audit!!!!
LMAO!!!!!
It should be fun watching the dump!!!!
Even the government can't 100% protect us against ourselves and stupid choices by people.....look who we elect to office to waste and steal our tax money!!!! LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!
No audit???? Then what's the "BIG announcement" pre-market Monday that is making the "shorts" shake in their boots??? Maybe management will try to dump their shares!!! I predict disappointed longs on Monday.....
Great post!! Isn't it amazing what greed will cause people to ignore and throw their money away to the sharks.
Wow!! Did they finally complete the audited financials????
I doubt it!!! LOL!!!!
IMO, he did it to fool people....and it seems to have worked quite well on some just like the "$10 million of media credits"..... I guess you should also ask the question "How many penny stock CEO's 'purchased' shares in their own company and the company still failed!!" Quite a few, IMO.
"New Contest! Bordy's next screw-up..."
Better define "screw-up".....many of his past ones are/have been lauded by many here as great works by a "genius"...
"I'm confused, why is it BL's job to teach."
Good point.....diluting penny stocks depend on naive or investing-ignorant stockholders to fund their salaries, etc. IMO, knowledgeable investors would not put any long term funds into a company like MMRF so it's best not to teach the masses what is really going on.
Even some of the chart technicals are false!!!! Yet the promoters use false chart readings to get investors to lose more money!!! Oh where oh where is that promised HHSE Audit???? Who wants to buy a stock where management can't keep their promises and trading manipulation results in false chart technicals!!!! Even the honest "challenged" investors can see that the chart Accum/Dist doesn't make sense!!! LMAO!!!!
Day chart says almost two hours without a trade!!! No buyers out there?????
Mr. Market is saying something stinks at MMRF and it's probably Bob's BS, IMO......
Nice dip today....ouch!!!!
Huh?? This doesn't look like the chart of a successful company, IMO. Maybe Bob will be successful after a reverse split having milked the original investors dry by dilution. I like to ask myself.....is the CEO of a company good enough that I would turn my life savings over to him/her to invest for me??? Amazing how many POS companies that eliminates!!! LOL!!!
Poop......not good news???
Check this site.....Promoters of stock....put in NHSH.... Thanks to poster Sunspotter...
Some paid pumping going on.......

Yeah, I see your point of good records...... Maybe the auto companies should make replacement human joints.....the ball joints on my cars last quite a few miles and over rough roads!!!! And they are much less than $35,000!!!
Good luck to your Dad!! I'm having the same surgery in another month.......but I won;t be needing anything from MMRF!!
Why?????
Yeah, "normal" business for incompetent management......
Unpaid creditors/lawsuits is normal part of doing business???
LMAO!!!!!!!
I bet there's enough engineering info there to get 10-15 more startup companies going with secret methods of producing things!!!!
Real companies, IMO, don't need to use drip, drip dilution to stay alive, in fact they usually establish the business first with real revenue, then go public to expand. OTC's like MMRF use shareholder money to pay salaries and keep the doors open......usually does not work for the long term.
Small investors get caught up with the "story" and lose millions of dollars. Can you list the successful (profitable) companies equity financed by Dutchess....surely they have a list??? I bet Bob has some examples since he decided on the equity-financed business plan.....
....as in the past???? LMAO!!
Great strategy....keep the shareholders' hopes up and hanging on to their shares while the pps continues to drop. Typical, IMO...... If Bob is going to guarantee the notes "with his own funds", why not take the company private? Did he promise no more shares added to the OS?
"It all starts with a machine known as the Plastic-Eating Monster."
Too bad the monster only gets to eat a couple of days a month!
You mean like the most recent audited 10K???? LMAO!!!!!!!
I agree, the company PR's and newsletter-type filings are VERY educational....especially the older ones showing the history of failure and lack of TOTAL transparency. Maybe they can add their stories to the Mother Goose releases.....
Does it really matter long term especially to a buy and hold investor???? You may be right about the MM's....don't forget, they are required to "make a market" so they had to buy up all the shares that were being dumped after the news even though there were more sellers than buyers. Plus the MM's are technical traders...they don't care about possible company fundamentals and don't have huge advisory staffs like mutual or hedge funds that try to anticipate future developments like you suggest...it's not their job. Not something I lay awake at night contemplating.......maybe I would if I were running a hedge fund or had a huge stock portfolio.
I think KERX is a good high-risk long term play. Probably best for short term trading, but also has some long term potential as a company. As a long term holder of some shares, I'm holding at a loss on paper right now, down about 65%.... As a short term trader of a few shares, I'm way ahead. That's basically it, I think.....don't get upset with other's opinions, that's what makes markets.
The trading patterns are probably normal after what happened with their study. The chart shows anticipation of good news from the study, then fell off a cliff with the bad news. Now pretty much forming a new base on decreasing average daily volume. KERX does have Options which can give an investor an insurance policy....but I haven't had much luck with them personally due to the time restraints (expirations).....
Smart guys....I'd keep a look out too if I kept missing promises to shareholders.... IMO though, I think HHSE is exactly LIKE 99% of the POS Pinkie stocks out there. Pretty much the only good Pinkies are reporting, regulated foreign companies that chose not to be listed on the main USA exchanges.
Too bad Bob can't BS some major revenue into the company rather than wasting time on a paid-for pump show, IMO...... Rather than worrying about the small investor and message boards, why doesn't he invite some major investors on his "show" and convince them to invest in the company???? Funny thing is, he would probably have to sell stock to pay for the "first class plane ticket and limousine service"......
If fundamentals would follow the promises, the pps will take care of itself no matter what anyone says on a message board. Have you noticed today how some companies stock prices have jumped because they produced earnings better than most of the analysts predicted??
