I'm happy with the stock performance.
Last year, about now... solid .01's
Then after profit and buy... Seems we could never stay solid above .03's for longer then 30 days....
Now we should stay solid above .04's maybe.. .05's....
Last year we tested .05... then FRE got it.... Now we tested .08 and IMO he will get that too...
Maybe when the next buy is announced.
It looks like this stock is gonna stay under a PE of 10....
Not bad in a year.... Right?
Must be a sales broker...
I'm working...
Decided to wait and not sell anything...
Mr. Erhartic has done everything he said. No reason to believe that will change. I have no doubt this stock will be a buck plus one day. It may take a couple years but it will happen. Since I don't need the money.. I'm gonna wait and see...
This IDACORP is a power company. IMO.. They didn't want or need the ISP part. It looks like they want to be a BPL wholesaler. They are a good partner for SYTE. We'll see what the company paid.
I'm very happy with a pps above $.06 pps. If the 8K has a good purchase price and terms... Will go up more.. IMO
When the company announces another buy... Will go up ... and that will happen..
All you flippers have fun....
Thinking the same...
It should goto a $24 mil mkt cap...
That would be a $.30 PPS
This possible here too?

Downpayment for the new buy...
Ok Ida, on the other board says that the downpayment will be expensed as the loan is paid...
Makes me think now the '05 EPS will be near a penny!
as of today...
GEEK Trailing P/E (ttm, intraday): 12.92
ELNK Trailing P/E (ttm, intraday): 10.09
SYTE Trailing P/E (ttm, intraday): 6.00
UNTD Trailing P/E (ttm, intraday): 7.66
GRIC Forward P/E (fye 31-Oct-06) 1: 153.00
ELNK Forward P/E (fye 31-Dec-06) 1: 13.30
UNTD Forward P/E (fye 31-Dec-06) 1: 13.03
Looking at the above... take a guess....
me.. 13 x .01 = $.13 pps
but would this be nice 156 x .01 = $1.56
'06 13 x .03 = $.36 pps
Oh and by the way... No other wireless or BB ISP makes a profit... Low cost producer or huge volumes....
IVI Communications (IVCM.PK) Very close plan to SYTE
http://smallcapvoice.com/ivcm/ivcm-9-6-05.html
The next two weeks should be fun.
Thinking 2005 could come in at around $.005 EPS thus setting us up for a whopper 1st Q 2006. Once we get the 8K I'll post my "IMO" prediction on EPS. Not real sure where the down payment will go on the books? Operation expenses? Anybody know how that normally works?
Then... we have the shares. The TA will be making some type of change. 86 mil? stay the same? or 80 mil?
What would really be large is another buy... next month... Let's take the hit in '05... set us up for a .02, .03 or .04+ EPS in '06!
Wonder how tough it is to move customers into the Sitestar system?
If we have the appearance of a $.04 EPS '06.... Thinking the PPS could explode to over $.20 pps
Questions answered by Mr. Erhartic via email.
David,
I would hope that canceling the shares didn't play a huge factor in your
decision to increase your holdings with our company. I would hope that
there are many other aspects of our company that I think have a greater
impact on our stock.
That being said, we have not requested the restricted, converted shares from
the transfer agent yet. We have not made a decision as to if the other
shares will be canceled at the same time we request the shares. They are
two separate transactions but technically even though the transfer agent
shows the outstanding shares have not increased, they have increased by 4
million shares. We will make a decision probably later this month if we
will cancel the same amount or more shares and what impact that would have
on the 10Q.
This conversion was done to strengthen the balance sheet, eliminate some
debt and eliminate about $1,000 a month in interest expense. Since these
shares are restricted, it does not affect the float. I would hope that it
also shows that I have faith in the company by also strengthening my
position. Therefore, I believe that this will have a positive impact on our
stock price.
Frank
It's always tough for me to predict pps...
I think we will trade like month of August until 8K
Word may get out and traders may think this is a chance to get in under $.05 pps...
Also, after giving the conversion of shares for debt much thought... Mr. Erhartic could have easily... not announced the LOI, converted at under .03, snag more shares then 4 mil, then PR'd the CA deal. Why didn't he do this? Integrity.
Looking at PR... It looks like the company gave themselves more time they they really needed... this time...
Myself, have been involved in many closings.. sometime they get moved the same day of the planned close.. I don't want to sit around waiting for a papers... read them over before.. get them right, and then call me...
Did you notice the PR language? "Due to various scheduling and vacation conflicts" Seems genuine to me. Vacation conflicts...How many companies do you think would admit this?
Well I'm glad the company did the PR..
It sounds just about like a done deal.
Sitestar Announces New Acquisition Close Date
LYNCHBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 2005--Sitestar Corporation (OTCBB: SYTE), an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and computer services company, today announced the itinerary for the closing of its next acquisition. This acquisition is now scheduled to close in the next 30 days.
"Due to various scheduling and vacation conflicts, we have not been able to compile the data necessary to close the transaction by our initial target date of September 1, 2005," says Frank R. Erhartic, Jr., CEO for Sitestar. "We now have most of our due diligence done and have board approval from the Seller to proceed. During the next couple of weeks, we will work on assembling sample customer data and the import of the customer data into our system. We anticipate no obstacles with this transaction and anticipate the deal will close within the next 30 days."
Sitestar announced last month the acquisition of this western United States company's Internet assets and mostly residential customer base. This company has over 11,000 accounts, which will nearly double Sitestar's revenues. These accounts consist of services for dial-up access, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) access, web hosting, web acceleration and other services.
More information will be disclosed in a press release and an 8-K filing with the SEC when this transaction closes.
Darn it.. Thought I'd come back and be celebrating...
Did get an email from FRE today...
"This conversion was done to strengthen the balance sheet, eliminate some debt and eliminate about $1,000 a month in interest expense. Since these shares are restricted, it does not affect the float. I would hope that it also shows that I have faith in the company by also strengthening my position. Therefore, I believe that this will have a positive impact on our stock price."
You know I hope you are right...
I think to save the pps... then the company should PR that a delay is taking place...
I see this week's trading as cautious optimism..
"This transaction is scheduled to close on or before September 1, 2005. More information will be disclosed in a press release and an 8-K filing with the SEC when this transaction closes."
Today is the 1st. Reading this... It closes today and PR's today.
If not... In my mind.. the deal fell apart.
Not sure what will happen today.. but.. You know... we could see this stock go to 20 cents very soon...

Nervous TMAN...
But super excited at the same time...
Great new job, Always a nice profit from the properties, Family is safe and not severely damaged in Louisiana (nephew trapped in the Big Easy but OK), Getting a heat pump to save on future utilities, This LSU trip looks like gonna be a Vegas trip this fall, It was the company car.. not personal, and...
SYTE gonna close the biggest deal of it's company history!!
Won't call you crazy...
Thinking that if Bagell, Josephs & Company audits you.. it's real... They are not going to take a chance...
Plus.. I have a family member with surfwithus... That's real..
I've seen post by FRE where he's asking pretty technical questions about networking... Stuff the average Joe doesn't ask...
This is one heck of a week...Started by backing into cleaning ladies car, taking a new job (resigning on Fri), family riding out Hurricane, canceled long planned trip to LSU game with buds, house Air conditioner broke and putting in a new one, sold a property, and SYTE.. 3rd largest holding is making me nervous with this LOI... What else can happen??? might say I'm a nervous wreck...
Lebaneseproud...
I hear the same... mafia stock...I bet I've discussed SYTE with over a dozen folks... Only two say hold into the news.. all others say sell... We'll know by Friday...
Frank has not responded to any questions....
so don't know..I don't know all the filing rules... but assuming since the TA didn't increase then these are treasury....Then no new shares issued. The OS share are 82 mil .. this they use for EPS... The balance reported in 10k was 76 MIl.. that put 6 mil in treasury... These certs were held by past directors and Frank had trouble with these... I called the TA and still 82 mil so assume these were treasury...

Thanks for the trading tips... This stuff is very valuable for someone like me. Things work different on a stock that is not liquid. This is my only otcbb stock and been a great learning experience...

It's always been tough to get shares here.. Don't know who would place a market order on any otc stock... but many times I place a limit at the ask... They like to partial fill it all day... hardly every see these big 100K orders filled like lately...
With most all OTCBB...
It seems to me.. you have that element of.. well... unethical behavior...
Trading seems to have stopped...
Elsie.. You know I'm an investor.. not a trader... This is postive to me.. Frank want shares so he can get be worth more in the future..
Think the 8K filed has put some fear into folks...
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1096934/000109000205000249/sitestar8k82505.htm
Thinking it is somehow related to the LOI...
Something big is gettin ready to happen.. Good or bad?
Simple, I'm not a day trader...
This may be a dumb question..
When the MM short it back down...They do this when buyers dry up... trading among themselves? With hope to shake out some scared shares?
Funny the alert didn't mention the LOI... I guess one would figure it out...
OK guys...Only here on IHUB
Could not resist looking ahead at the possibility...I challenge anyone to question every detail of this post.... Motivation for posting is feedback... Please tear it up, if you can...
Assumptions:
Pay 3 mill for acquisition 20% down 3yr payments
4% churn (increase due to recent Verison PR)
The big assumption... Integrate at with min. increase in operating cost (FRE has great history here and I think he will do it!)

I think we will see a solid .15 cents and soon....
PS.. been doing this since '03...& revision come closer as the Q nears... Am I ever right? NO... Funny thing.. I always underestimate... LOL
PSS.. If we do not close... back below .03 pps...
I really think if this thing closes...
We will be talkin next year.. boy I could of had those at .06 ...
Here's one I flat don't understand...
ICOA INC COM NEW
Market Cap $15,658,340; Shares Outstanding 284,697,088
They are a wifi... turnkey and all...
We have wifi too but mostly dialup..
Both have advantage and disadvantage... another day..
Now thus far this year... They have doubled revs... Good.. but Look at the balance.. Are they gonna make it... Yet... It reminds me of BIZ...
Market cap is $15 mill.... IMO SYTE is a better plan ... Just a matter of time..
$15 mil / 76 mil = .19 pps...
How important is this buy?
It may change the "going concern" status of this company..
Opening the door for possible institutional type investors...
I guess I was wrong about gettin more at .04 LOL
Here's my latest look at what should happen...
When the deal is closed...
Assumtions made...$3 mill purchase, 20% cash payment, 36 month payoff, 2.5% churn only on NB, fit into without major Operation cost increase...
Quarter Internet dev retail Total Internet service Retail Development cost of Rev Operating Exp Other Exp Net Income
A 2Q 2005 $738,736 $41,882 $780,618 $188,127 $16,984 $205,111 $376,744 $43,020 $155,743 $227,810

As you can see... the 4th Q will reflects a $490K net income...not taking into account churn for 2006.. $490K x 4Q's = $1.9 Mil net income or near EPS of .025 using the 76Mill OS number...
Using Simples 10 PE x .025 = .25 pps
This could happen... IMO I would love for anybody to challange my projection here.. After close of new buy next week, I will project 2006 with churn....
I think you'll get it.. Good luck today..
I'd better get to work.. LOL
Ameritrade will allow it..
Got a margin account to solve the settle issues..
Thinking as we double revs...
the ole "build it and they will come" slogan will kick in...
I would love to think big here.. but you never know...
At the last shareholder meeting, FRE says 100,000 subs... that's at the very least $12 mill in annual revs... 4 times what we have now. Did you attend?
Double Revs....
Just did a google and picked the first two public companies where the company doubled revenues with acquisition. Did not pick the ones I liked... nor looked any further then these 2... truely did the first two I found... Try it yourself.... Check this out....
