If you are too nervous to hang for the long term investment, sell and we will see if that creates some movement. I and others will most likely be glad to get some bargain shares.
Re: the question of dilution It appears that most are here for the longterm, holding and even some accumulation along the way. It would be silly to think that members of this board hold anywhere close to all the available shares. But also equally silly to think that the other outstanding shares are not being held by people who are also holding for the long term. IMO that means if we want to see another run up with OPHI, some people must release some shares. If that is not done, then OPHI may have to release additional shares to allow for new investors (hopefully large institutional investors) to help with growth. Call it dilution if you want, but in this situation I see it as a very smart move for those of us that really do not want to invest in the short term.
Capstar - I recall that shipping was about 1/3 of the total. I just want to try an OPH product on a couple of problem areas that I have in my lawn. Cost was not a concern, my stock is up way more than the order cost. And first hand knowledge of customer service and also product quality and effectiveness goes a long way in judging this type of an investment.
My OPH order of 'Urban Soil Energy' that I made on the 18th when the e-com site was activated, arrived today. Six days to ship to Dallas area is not bad. Shows good customer service to me! I plan to apply it to some trouble areas of my front lawn this weekend. I will post the results I see.
newb - "your here to scam investors and you know it!"
newb, doesn't sound like you understand the difference
between investorsand traders. OPHI is
most likely not for traders, and IMO you are a trader.
But rather OPHI is for Investors looking for a longterm
gainer.
BETA tests are one thing, but, for some reason, the public seems to find things that the testers miss. Very few problems reported through the weekend and, YES a PR could come next week.
My order went well, but that was just one product. The site will need a complete shakedown before they offer it up to the increased traffic that a PR could create. More time will be needed before a PR is put forth. IMO
Just completed an order and everything went smoothly!!
E-COM SITE IS ACTIVE!!!!
Sorry about the small drop today. The last 880 of my open order suddenly filled today.
This is proof that if you ask management a simple and civil question you get a gracious and informative answer!! This was posted to my Facebook Wall 10 hours ago, seems someone is working long hours to get things accomplished.
Organic Plant Health commented on their wall post.

On Wednesday I found some unlinked sections tying the website admin to the home page and brought those to the attention of the developer - I believe those are corrected now and I will be loading some content over the weekend that I couldn't load until those links were fixed - Sorry for the delay, but I'll evaluate the site again on Monday and will pull the trigger then if everything else is ok. Have a great weekend. Alan Talbert"
I hope that Imiloa has found higher ground if needed and that the tsunami warnings prove to not be of harm.
Smurf & Bank - A sure way for a company to destroy customer relations, is to release an E-Com website with bugs and errors.
Happy customers make profits. They will post the site when they feel they can give customers proper product support. I can wait!!!
Do you think less than $25.00 is going to make a BIG impression?
I did some Home Shows in the Metroplex with one of my companies years ago. They are not cheap to set up for and I did not get rich off them ether.
As a retired business owner I understand the term 'Trade Show.' It is not an Organic Plant Health business conference. It is simply a chance to showcase their products to other companies and the retail public. I seriously doubt the are there to answers to stockholders in any extreme depth.
125851 - You are impossible to figure out!!!
On Feb 28th you posted:
As soon as those audit numbers hit I will be selling as I am disappointed in the no news strategy and seeing a pump and dump from .0017 to .006 in a day back to these levels and nothing since then.
On MAR 1st you posted:
I am not interested in trying to increase my position. I am frustrated by certain things, the audit was supposed to be done over a week ago and lack of news is uncomfortable to some.
Today you posted:
Would have been nice to know with more than 48 hours as I wanted to go. I highly doubt he decided this today.
This could have been a good time to include investors in his vision.
I would have added another 50-100 thousand shares if I was convinced of his capacity as a public CEO but I guess he really doesn't care what us shareholders think of his work.
Please chill and let things go! IMO this will be fine in time.
True True True! But the other 5 stocks on my streamer all have fair to good volume today, even though 4 of the six are unchanged. Just sitting tight. GLTA
An answer to 'no volume' could be that the current stockholders are just no interested in making a move now. It has been suggested that members of this forum could hold a majority of the outstanding shares. I am holding long so I will not be selling. The current Ask of 0.1389 (= 0.0028 pre r/s) would require me to average up and I am not ready to do that at this time. Time will be on our side. IMO
Trade volume is not a problem as I see it.
Another OPHI and COIN comparison:
Feb24 OPHI traded 1.94% of S/O
COIN 1.04%
Feb25 OPHI traded 6.39% of S/O
COIN 1.07%
Today OPHI traded 0.59% of S/O
COIN 0.48%
Does seem to me that OPHI is holing its own against COIN!
This was posted on OPH facebook wall Saturday:
Organic Plant Health
OPH has had a great week, so much like spring here. A popular product is OPH's JACKHAMMER MAXX. It eases compaction in clay soils and improves soil structure in sandy soils. This great product increases nutrient availability and processing efficiency. The end result... improved soil structure, better root development and improved plant growth. Try it consistently in your lawn - ecom website next week.
I like the last four words!
In time we will all do fine! IMO
No more 'bread n water' Welcome Back.
Regarding the Short List:
"He who sells what isn't his'n, must buy it back or go to prison."
Note, that is not what happened to CSJ though.
Dosen't CSJ get OUT of the pokey today?
We are in good hands with Ancient and Capstar. But CSJ deserves to be here today.
Sure do wish CSJ was able to post today.
Scottrade posted to my account after market closed yesterday. They show the OS as 3M. Also no fee was charged!
My info better be correct. I made a move this morning that only left $1.95 in my total balance of settled funds. What could they do?
My broker says that since the company made the change, and was not something I did, that no fee is charged to my account.
Scottrade says that the stock should swing today and that shares should be in my account tomorrow? Halleluiah!
Well let's see. Reverse split at 0.09 Feb 2. And now the bid is at 0.13 for now. As a math major in college I think were potentially up 44% and have done nothing. Not bad!
No shares in Scottrade also. I will call my broker later to see if any word is expected today,
iHub would not tell me why when I inquired. They just replied 'He knows why,' But I guess that it has something to do with the rant about AMSZ that one of the posters went off about.
Thanks Capstar! That is what we have needed.
If you have an interest and time (I am retired!) this is the web site of the accounting firm (Silberstein Unger, PLLC) doing the OPHI audit. www.sucpas.com They seem to be very highly rated and should provide us with the information we seek.
AA - I think there were three (atleast) posters suspended yesterday.
I guess because they were no considered to be on topic. But, we have to have people post as the last one did. Just wondering what this post has to contribute to OPHI board.
The only DIRT related to Organic Plant Health, Inc. has organic fertilizer on it. And that is what is going to make OPHI grow.Pun intended! IMO
As a member of the OPHI Board, I am curious as to the reason(s)that CluelessStockJunkie was placed on suspension. CSJ is not only a moderator but a valuable contributor. A forthcoming explanation would be apprerciated.
RandyK
Thank you CSJ!!!!
