Sec Comments Confidential?Maybe not . .
I sent an e-mail to the Sec asking whether the letter they send after a filing by a company, informing them if they get clearance to start trading on one of the exchanges, can be made public and I got the following response:
Dear Mr. Xxxxxxxxx:
Thank you for contacting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
In general, the SEC comment letter is public. On the occasion that a portion of the filing has a confidentiality request, then the SEC's comment letter may also have some confidentiality as well.

So the Sec Comments after the Wonder filings is not confidential(at least in part)information as EBIG management has been telling us and its shareholders apparently are deprived essential information they are entitled to.
