Buffering was a problem for me at first. I'd want to say a while back someone here posted about their customer support ticket they submited and got a response back saying it was due to uploading the movies. I've only had a few bufferings happen this weekend for myself. Can't wait when everything is said and done (uploaded).
Don't forget the fact that their services aren't available on your TVs through Roku, Firestick, Smart TVs, or gaming platforms.
Only way to access it to your TV is through direct hook up from your laptop/cpu or a Google Chromecast. Otherwise it's all tablets, laptops, phones, and ... *neck hurts just talking about it*
If people claim to be long they should at least be checking out the product they are supporting. The day I bought into OTTV I subscribed for their services, and understood that it's not perfect because of the stage they're in. Did you know you can attach files to your support tickets? Gen up a word document or excel file with identified deficiencies and ship it off to them stating that "Hey, I've found some things that may help in the future".
Right now I'm sure their main focus is setting up what really matters with the website as far as device management and the subscription aspect.
Y'all remember just a few weeks ago when Roku wasn't a thing yet? Have you seen the account dashboard recently with the new Roku management stuff?
Baby steps folks... Everyone is screaming "this needs to be fixed! that needs to be fixed!". Submit your tickets. I'm sure they've compiled a list of what needs to be fixed and have prioritized appropriately.

Cheers to that! No point in getting worked up about it. Don't get me wrong I'm distraught at seeing the dip in my numbers, and then I immediately turn to my TV that is streaming cheap a$$ cable and I'm reassured.
I'm curious to see what the On Demand package will cost with the 8k+ movies and what not. Does anyone know what the Netflix/Amazon catalog currently holds? If not why not distract ourselves with some digging until it comes out so we're rip roaring and ready to go with our twitter army to help promote our cause?
The proof is in the product which is out there. A no kidding tangible product. So far everything the CEO has projected to be coming to the product has come to fruition.

Let's not forget about our loved ones abroad around the world who are in the military. Majority of my time spent in deployed locations we were lucky if we could get the programming we want. This will be huge if the advertising is done correctly. I'm slowly spreading the word amongst my squadrons during small talk with others.

I think this initial $85 at first will be to recoup some of their money at first. Roku TVs are cheap as well. Roku players cost $29 and up.
If people know that it's available via Roku then why buy the Viva box? Yes Viva is making money off the subscription and perhaps a bit off the box, but one less expense for the company is better for us, right? Production, shipping, labeling, etc etc. Australia or global shipping could be a costly issue for us.
Although that leads to the question of how much is Viva dishing out to be available on these other platforms?
Either way. More visibility. More subscriptions. More $$$.
Food for thought, and perhaps a discussion point. Something that we may see in future filings? I think that word of mouth and advertising alone will take us to where we are expecting to go.
I personally don't think it will take that long at all. You've seen just how quickly some of us have ditched our other providers based off price differences alone.
Once the jaw dropping deal is advertised I foresee people coming in droves. I think we'll beat that 100k rather quickly.
Just have to remember OWCP's share structure is far smaller than our own. I think as word gets out and as Longs accumulate more and more this won't even become a factor and we'll still rocket up.
As we saw Friday someone practically threw a house at it taking out 50 million shares. I can see many more of those probably happening IMO.
