Dijeetyet,
This message comes up when I try to send you a PM..
"Sorry, this member has blocked you from sending messages to them or you have blocked them."
Maybe I did something to block you, but I don't even know how to do so...
The persons who sold on the Bid today don't think so either. lol
.15 x .30 - You should of waited... Funny how the company is so invested yet doesn't have anyone to sit on the Bid... Jesus.. lol
Painted 100 shares at .30 looks even worse then just letting it be whatever the last real price was...
I think Bob Meister put out that email yesterday knowing the PPS was going to continue to drop. His way to try and stop people from bombarding him with calls and emails when this happened..
Wish I would of kept some funds for these low prices. Who would of thought it would get this low again? I'll be gone tomorrow when it goes even lower... I understand it's on low volume, but it's all in the way this has been handled. If they would of done this right we would be over .50 by now. Let's hope the TSX listing gets us there..

Hello,
Because I have been (understandably) inundated with questions, comments and suggestions I thought I would contact everyone with one email.
Please excuse the broadness of my response as I am trying to answer numerous concerns.
First and foremost let me express the fact that we are very frustrated and disappointed with all the delays. We(Management, Staff and friends and family) are all very heavily invested in Canyon Copper and do see a very bright future ahead and we all have very high expectations for our company.
Most of you are asking the same question as to why the financing has not been completed so I will try to answer this as best I can:
We have raised approximately $2.2 Million now, from that we must deduct all fees (lawyers fees, brokerage fees, etc) which is where we are finding the difficulty at the moment. We have raised enough money to meet the minimum listing requirements of the exchange however after me deduct these extra costs/fees we are finding ourselves under the minimum requirement set out for us by the exchange. Some of you have suggested that management step up and pay this amount…. We are all professionals here and all have vast experience in the market and the industry so please let me assure you that we are trying every “angle” possible to complete this. It isn’t as straight forward as you may think. We (management) are under very strict scrutiny from the exchange and are very handcuffed in what we are allowed to do. Our Management has already put most of their shares in escrow already plus we are in discussions (internally) about cancelling a number of warrants also. So please understand we are trying to do everything possible to ensure that the listing is done and done legally (and under the rules and regulations that are being set out for us by the exchange). With that being said; we have opened discussions with the exchange for Tony (Chairman) to finance the residual amount required,,, but he is personally at a point of share ownership (% wise) that the exchange would rather not see that happen. BUT we are still pursuing this matter and we are awaiting their approval. If they approve this then Tony will be stepping forward to compete whatever is necessary.
With that aside: What seems like an easy task of raising $100,000 to $150,000+ (minimum) has become more and more difficult due to numerous factors (economy, market bear market, exchange rules, etc) but we (Canyon Copper and MGI Securities)are in discussions with NUMEROUS people on a daily matter to get this done. We are having conference calls with our Brokers (MGI) every day pushing them to get this completed… and they have heard our displeasure with all these delays.
I must regrettably ask you for patience. This will get done and will be done very shortly. We have plans in place and the ability to complete the listing requirements but we are being asked to “jump through hoops” but we will “Jump through these hoops” if necessary to get this done.
I can assure everyone that when this is all completed we do have a number of VERY POSITIVE news releases that will be following our listing. We are all diligently working to get the financing done and also prepare to launch an exploration program and promotional program for Canyon Copper.
We (Canyon Copper) are all very frustrated with the delays, excuses and negative situation we are in BUT we see the light at the end of the tunnel and are all eager to commence the real work in moving Canyon Copper forward. I can assure everyone that things are definitely in the final stages here and we are talking about the last week or so before all these loose ends are tied up and we are finally able to move forward.
ALSO: let me communicate to you that all I am able to do is forward you information that I have been told or sent. I am only able to communicate information that is available for public/shareholder knowledge. With that being said let me assure you that Tony Harvey (Chairman) and the rest of the management here are working diligently, professionally and in the best interest of our shareholders to move Canyon Copper forward in ALL respects. I know that this process has been frustrating and annoying but it has been frustrating for all of us… We wanted to have all of these details signed off on a LONG time ago and we have all been working to get everything done as quickly as possible.
I will continue to do my best to keep everyone as best updated as possible.
Thank you for your continued support.
Robert (Bob) Meister

Bob,
These questions aren't meant to be sarcastic. I'm wondering what you see as a timeline now. Being short the money you need does it set the TSX listing back 1 week, 2 weeks, or more? How many inquiries do you receive from other shareholders asking the same things I am? Do all these delays have an affect on your business plans? Do you still feel as confident now as you did when this TSX listing process began? I ask this becuase as a shareholder I wonder with all the issues/delays that have arisen with the financing I have concerns with how the comapny will proceed if/when the financing is completed. Will things be better becuase it will be in the company's control and right now it's not?
Thanks,
Larry

Hello Larry,
Let me first communicate to you that all I am able to do is forward you information that I have been told or sent. I am only able to communicate information that is available for public/shareholder knowledge. With that being said let me assure you that Tony Harvey (Chairman) and the rest of the management here are working diligently, professionally and in the best interest of our shareholders to move Canyon Copper forward in ALL respects. I know that this process has been frustrating and almost annoying but it has been frustrating for all of us… We wanted to have all of these details signed off on a LONG time ago and we have all been working to get everything done as quickly as possible.
Your Questions:
Money short for the exchange: (Our Minimum Listing Requirements)… 1) The exchange originally stated to us (Canyon Copper) that all we needed was $1.6 Million. Then the reiterated to our Sponsor Group that they wanted $2.5 Million… Now this miscommunication between the three parties has been very frustrating and misleading. The approval process of the exchange has been very discretionary which has caused numerous “issues” to say the least. We have asked them for a firm number which they have recently given us and we are approximately $100,000 short (numerous factors have to be taken into consideration with this amount… fees and payments have to be deducted, we have to watch what % of shares our management is holding, etc). We are sorting out these details internally and with MGI (Sponsors) to have this done ASAP.
Inquires: I get numerous inquires. Phone calls, Emails, people dropping into our office, etc. mostly looking as to when the listing will be completed plus when work(drilling) will commence. We (management) discuss these matters on a daily basis also.
Business Plan: all these delays do not affect our business plan (besides the commencement date). We have a clerar and concise plan of action when the approval process has been completed.
Confidence in the TSX Listing: I absolutely have confidence in the listing, not only that it will get done but also to the affect that it will have a clear benefit to our shareprice and future opportunities in the market but also in progressing our company towards production.
Moving Forward: everything is still in the company’s control… we could commence on a number of operations however we are waiting to clear up the TSX listing before commencing. It will be in the company’s and shareholders best interest if we conduct business operations after the listing has been finalized.
Moving Forward: As I have alluded to above; we have a clear and concise plan of operations. We will be commencing work on the property with an aggressive drill program. We have drill core (almost 11,000 feet) that is prepared to be sent to a lab for analyzing (so we will have drill results very quickly. We will are looking to establish a project pipeline of other significant Copper deposits (we have been very active in this matter, but cannot disclose any of this until after the TSX listing has been completed). We are working very hard to establish ourselves as a significant player in the industry and will have positioned ourselves as a near term producer.
Being the front man for communicating information I do have numerous restrictions as to the information I can disseminate to the public… I am also only told information “from above” that I am able to communicate to the public… The rules and regulations for ALL exchanges are very strict in this regard. So please understand that all I can do is communicate to you the information that I receive. I am not holding out on you and I am not trying to mislead you (not that you think that).
I just want to assure you that I, plus everyone else here, is working very hard to ensure that we can get this listing done so that we can move forward and be the success that we all believe we will be.
I am very optimistic that everything will be done and finalized very shortly… the sooner the better because we all believed that this would have been done MONTHS ago.
I hope you are well and I will continue to do my best to keep you as informed as possible.
Talk soon,
Bob
LOL! How'd you find my picture?
Taking my 3 sons out to lunch now. Take care!
Thanks Immie... I have to admit I can be a complete ass as well, but deleting the # of posts is a bit overboard...
Well I just broke myself of stock specific boards... I knew better than get in a habit of posting on one again. You can never speak your mind freely. Especially with concerns.. I Had 7 posts removed from a board yesterday. Could of had them reinstated if I wanted to deal with the drama, but I don't. I've been on Ihub for a decade and have not had 7 total posts deleted in all this time up until yesterday. Thanks for the respect XXXXXXX's....

Low volume PPS drop doesn't mean anything to me... We'll be fine... Maybe we see something today or tomorrow
The TSX approved them weeks ago after conditional approval months back. Having issues completing their brokered financing... To come this far and fail doesn't seem plausible... So hold on, they may surprise us yet with news some time this month... One thing you know for sure is until they get listed on the TSX they won't issue a PR during market hours. With that being said there won't be a surge in volume or increase in PPS before the TSX announcement either. And all of this I'm positive of...
That's an understatement..

Nice pop on it today... I need to start adding some $hit pilers. Never been good at holding onto stocks for that long like Dijeetyet has. Worth loading up some in this market..
Nice... Now out with the news ;)
You still holding shares from sub penny levels? If so, congrats...
Nice add. .20's may be had by the end of the week if there isn't any news. I hope that doesn't happen, but keep some ammunition handy just in case.
