LOL. Coats counters with one of those typical ABTL PR's.

Will be frustrating to see the stock stay below 4, if it does that.
End of quarter(EOQ) trade for those funds frustrated with ABTL, I think. It will likely move higher by the end of March as the stock has been in an uptrend and the recent buyers won't relinquish that trend before EOQ and will try to window dress.
Coats buys 1400 shares.
Every time I see these petty insider buys, I feel a bit of pain because that means outright sale of ABTL is no longer imminent.
Plus these buys are too small.
Thanks Geronimo for the Roth report.
Thanks Geronimo
Geronimo can you post details of the Roth report if you have it?
Thanks.
Roth cuts target today to 5$.
* Roth Capital cuts price target to $5 from $6; rating buy
Good luck. You may want to have a look at HCKT. Similar price range as ABTL. And is nicely profitable. Makes about 16m a year in profit.
Buy on pullbacks like ABTL.
SP of 4.26 is like mount Everest for ABTL. Trips down from there.
Good News. 900k shares bought by Creative Planning.

Search for Neurometrix in above link.
Snowing here in Ontario too.
Decent volume selling going on today.
Those 30 to 40 cents gains all addup nicely in the long run if done properly. Percentage wise those are big gains.
Will try to buy a few if some fund dumps in the coming weeks.
I bought quite a few shares near 1.02 pre R/S. Still holding them as stock is cheap. That money is locked for awhile now. Opportunity costs are part of trading, especially in small caps which lack the benefit of using options to offset losses. Have learnt to live with this fact. I devoted only a small portion of my portfolio to ABTL, initially near 1.02. Now I buy a few trading shares when the stock reaches 3.6 (0.75 pre R/S) and sell on a bounce. I use IB as a broker so commissions are quite cheap.
Happy Xmas season to all.
Always diversify no matter how tasty a stock appears. I have suffered strong food poisoning from stocks that I thought were the tastiest. The feeling of having your money locked in a small cap stock is unappetizing. A misstep by management in a small cap company can be deadly for shareholders. Have learnt it the hard way. In fact one of my first posts on this ABTL board, many seasons ago, talked about the need of diversifying.
We are heading into December and into tax loss selling season. I expect ABTL to be weak till Dec 24, then window dressing will likely pop it higher in the last week of Dec/early Jan.
Fiscal cliff issues, Zacks, Sidoti, George Santana, market rally in the last few days, nothing seems to move this stock up. Even a decent last qtr. Sigh
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Maybe this turkey will fly in the coming year if it gets sold.
Tax loss selling as the year ends.
Good news: Chayn Mousa takes nearly a 10% stake in NURO.
http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1289850/000110465912079271/a12-27711_1sc13d.htm
Item 5.
Interest in Securities of the Issuer.
Mr. Mousa is the holder of 1,192,888 shares of NeuroMetrix, Inc. (NURO) as of November 7, 2012, representing 9.6% of the 12,430,000 shares outstanding.
I think those 100 share lots are computer generated/ algorithm trades to generate some sort of daily liquidity. Without them the average daily volume would be even smaller.
In my experience, Zacks upgrades have only a tiny effect on the day of the upgrades. Hence, I didn't post the upgrade early in the morning.
>>Far too many crooks and fools running the companies.
Very true for many companies. And management/officers are paid way too much and so do not have the best interests of shareholders in mind. Overpaid entrenched officers/board will try to cling on to their posts when a better alternative for investors would be to sell the company.
A few examples:
HH (Hooper Holmes) today reported deteriorating numbers with mounting losses. But CEO makes close to 700k per annum. What a joke. Stock could easily double if they decide to sell. But management and board will try to squeeze as much as they can.
LOOK (Looksmart) same story. Management rejected a 1$ takeover bid. Reported poor numbers this week.
ZHNE. Revenues close to 120m for network equipment company and market cap is peanuts as losses have not ceased. Will management sell?
NURO (Neurometrix) same story. CEO makes 400k. Losses mounting.
These are just a few examples where substantial value could have been returned to shareholders but that hasn't happened.
Chinese stocks loaded with fraudulent companies.
>>Far too many crooks and fools running the companies.
Insider buy. Shai Gozani bought today.

This may sound silly but I have felt that ABTL should report earnings at the beginning of the earnings season. They do it at the end when profit taking kicks in and the markets are under pressure and the stock fails to get much traction.
Hoping for an upgrade tomorrow so that we can cruise past 5.
Finally we got a strong quarter. More than 16m revenue.
GB. Hope you are doing fine. For from being a regular poster you have slipped into a non posting mode. There have been more recent sightings of the Loch Ness monster than GB. Hope Superstorm Sandy didn't affect you as DCMT has affected its stockholders.
Another month and more endless selling. ;-(
Because this insider buying was part of a trading plan entered by the buyer in Aug, I expect a lot of more insider buying to be reported in the immediate near term.
Endless selling. ;-(
Excellent find. Hopefully stock will follow same trend.
Looks good to break past 4 in the near term.
Yet there are lots of funds that do invest in small cap stocks and don't care about the sub dollar price. What matters is proper biz execution by management. Alas, this managemnet has awfully "executed" the stock price.
Occasionaly momo (momentum) traders jack up sub dollar stocks. Such action lasts for a week typically but the gains can be substantial. Now because of R/S we won't have the privilege of momos jacking up ABTL.
We have only 2 options if we want to see nice returns: 1)Increase revenues meaningfully while controlling costs and/or 2)Sell the damn company. Pending those events, we have to be patient.
Stock is obviously cheap. Talked of also as a takeover candidate. Yet funds are willing to dump at these prices. Despite the numerous buy recommendations by sell side analysts we sit near lows.
If revenues don't increase meaningfully above 16m in coming quarters then we will continue to languish in current range.
And meanwhile QQQQ (Nasdaq index) sits close to 70. Have never seen it this high in all my years of investing. Shows us what the funds think of ABTL's management as we sit near lows.
WTF? Back to 3.50s!
