Good analysis of the "BS analysyis". When they stop messing with it, the pps will be .20's + easy, IMO. Think someone is trying to buy cheap, for that easy double or more. I learned a long time ago to take seeking alpha articles with a grain of salt. Don't even read them anymore. You can't tell me where $ are concerned that someone doesn't have an agenda.
Have to admit, I am surprised it has not had a really big move up yet, but I am being patient and adding accordingly. Opportunity knocking.....
Thanks. Pretty thinly traded, but up over 15%.
Ok. Thanks for all the information.
After they stated that, don't know why they are not trading preferred's, but I think the shares they are referring to are different from corporate bonds, which I believe Congo said he had bought some of the bonds.
Ok. Where are you finding the bond pricing info? Appreciate you posting that, and yes commons are last to get paid, but surely they can't blow through all of their assets before restructuring. Part of the bk process is that they have to show what the company would be worth in liquidation, ie Chapter 7. Thanks
Correct.
Really, that's odd, because of the bk stocks I have traded before had corporate bonds that traded. Now they were trading under 100% of par value, but they did trade. They were a very good indicator of which way the pps would move also. A few years ago, I was in CEMJQ, and their bonds went up significantly during the bk process. It took over a year for them to emerge from bk, but during that time their commons traded between .03 and $1.78. Maybe someone here will remember that one.
If I can find anything about the bonds, I will post it. Thanks
Corporate bonds can be a good investment and an indicator of where pps is going, but company can't just eliminate commons if there is value there. This is dirt cheap, IMO. Must be panic. Btw, what are their bonds trading at? Thanks.
You guys see the latest quarterly information, and it was in the BK filing. Per March, 2016, Net Tangible Assets, which is same as Stockholder Equity = $ 1,398,571,000.00. Outstanding shares = 213,790,000. Stockholder Equity = $ 6.54 per share. I don't know how Yahoo calculated it, but they have stockholder equity as $ 3.48 per share. EITHER way, this stock is way oversold, IMO!
They filed BK due to liquidity reasons to restructure their debt, not because they are upside down. This has to be one of the biggest no brainers available. UPLMQ went from .16 to over $ 1.00 AFTER filing BK. Oil is up, what am I missing here......
All of these are in my humble opinion, and I have been adding since they got their Q. GLTA
Good info. I saw that also, and that is why I decided to invest. GREAT opportunity, IMO. If UPLMQ can hit $1.00+, we could be in for a big multi-bagger.
Not worried either. Next week should be fun!
Yep. Good week and looking forward to Tuesday. Have a good weekend!
Saw that. It was only for a small amount of shares though, and I am pretty sure insider's have to set their trades up well in advance. Not worried about it. We are good Thanks.
I think some must be worried about holding over for a long weekend. We will be good next Tuesday. I believe it will resume it's move upward then. Need to deposit more $ to take advantage of opportunity. Have a good weekend. Wished it was shorter. Looking forward to next week!
Yes, it is. They are pulling the rug out of a good run forming. They are prob loading for the move up.
Huge buy around.13. Basing and making another leg up. Will be .20+ in near future, IMO.
If you are loaded, that's a good problem to have!
Yep. Like to see how long it would take to get over .01 after that gets broken through.
Folks are loading slowly, but surely. Look at this weeks action. When we had good volumes, it moved pretty quickly. Looking forward to that! We could be 5 to 10 times from hear very easily. Going to be fun.
You are correct. Here we go! As you said, any longs that got caught in the downward spiral would be smart to average down. Still time for them to do that.
Just took out about 160k shares @ .106 on ask. Good sign it's ready to take next leg up! Gets over .11 this round, prob won't see them again.
Sure. No prob. .03 from here looks good, but if they do us right, it's a bargain! Hope judge see its that way.
New buyers coming in! Could double quickly. Eom.
Someone has to petition the court on the shareholders behalf, which hasn't been done yet to my knowledge, then the judge will rule on it. This has to be done before final re-organization plan is approved. The main problem I see here is that Jackson Investment Group is the largest shareholder and the DIP financier, and they and Blue Earth are proposing a plan that gives them the entire company once they emerge, which screws the other shareholders. I think there is more equity leftover that should be distributed to shareholders either via shares in the new company that emerges, or a cash payoff. When they went into bk, the last quarterly report showed an 0.84 per share book value per Yahoo finance. Now, the lawyers will burn through a lot of expenses through this process, but no way should they burn through it all, approx $ 84 million worth of assets based on outstanding shares of around 100 million. They didn't have a ton of cash, however, their assets did outweigh liabilities. That is why I am here. Even if it is a fraction of .84, we have a multi-bagger here.
The main risk is if no one petitions the court for the shareholders. Just a filing, will boost the pps in multiples, IMO. If the judge approves, then the return from here would be incredible, IMO. I was disappointed to see JIG in bed with blue earth on the re-org plan, because they had the most to lose as shareholders. Just look at how much they have invested over the years in blue earth stock. They have gotten killed, but so have some other shareholders. I think JIG is largest shareholder by far, but what about the other shareholders that include us? Just because we don't own as much, it doesn't mean we shouldn't be treated fairly. I think, not certain, they may be trying to give some other shareholders (5% or more) something in the plan to try to discourage them from fighting the plan in court.
To me the risk from here versus the reward is worth it. Hope that explains it a little. Fergus mentioned May 31 in one of his posts as a hearing. I am hoping that will include a petition for an equity committee. I don't know that for certain. I do not have access to Pacer, only been reading the court docs on the KCC website.
Sorry for the long post, but wanted to explain best I could. Wish JIG was with us other shareholders, and who knows what they have promised the executives if everything goes through as they propose.
Interested to hear any other opinions.
Yes, thanks, so far so good. Oil prices certainly doesn't hurt either. Think it still has quite a bit more to go, IMO. Wouldn't be surprised to see .20's+ at some point in near future.
Seems like they do this almost every day. Any word about an equity committee blows the top off. Saw u got some more. I did earlier in week also. GLTA
My thoughts exactly. When there are $ involved, someone always has an agenda. Mine is to make $ on BBEPQ. Oil prices going up can only fuel the flames. Pun intended.
Article keeps mentioning insider selling. He needs to post a link backing up his claims. The ones listed on yahoo finance show the latest ones in early January, and compared to the float, we're insignificant quantities. I think I will take my chances going long here. I have invested of plenty of bk stocks and did just fine. Think this has a lot of potential from here..., IMO.
Yes, in at a good price. Just waiting for volume to come in. An equity committee would be a catalyst for that volume to come in.
Bet we have a gap up in the morning, and a run like uplmq would be wonderful. I think it is definitely within the realm of possibility, especially with much of the energy sector recovering.
Agree. Just a matter of time. Too much value here, IMO. I loaded this morning, I can wait a little while until others recognize the opportunity.
Yes, big bid on .0725. Could pop anytime. I have tried that before and missed good buying opportunities trying to save a few % points. Now once I decide it's a good buy, I go ahead and hit the ask. It has worked better in the long run.
I agree, I think Q does scare some off, but as you stated nothing has changed other than symbol within past week or so. Great opportunity here., IMO. If shorters start covering, it will go up quickly.
I might be a bit early, but I like my price point. I agree on BBLUQ, it is well overdue to move.
It depends on their re-organization plan, however, they say they filed ch 11 to restructure debt, so at some point they most likely would return to a market, however, it could be under a new share structure, new name, etc. Since it appears they have assets above liabilities, when they do emerge, they would have to settle with the shareholders either with par value of shares in new company or cash. It typically takes a while to get to that point, and they usually continue to trade with the Q until they emerge from bk. All in my opinion, that I am basing on previous experience trading bk stocks.
Yes, those were great opportunities. See another one right here.
I was basing it off of Fergus' post # 396 on this board. I am assuming he has access to Pacer.
Absolutely. I really wouldn't be surprised to see $0.20 or more easy, IMO. I have played a bunch of these Q stocks, and they can multiply quickly!
Buys coming in. Out of 134,374 shares traded so far, only about 4,000 were on the bid, the last ones for about 100 shares,LOL. Someone trying to hold it down. I am looking for .05+ here before hearing on 5/31.
In at .073. When they filed for bk, assets were 4.7 billion, liabilities were 3.4. That leaves a book value of over $6.00 per share. Great buying opportunity, IMO.
