In all honesty, techs just pass instruments and don't make that much money anyway so it does not make sense to turnover rooms.
Oh. You're back. Is it today Titan goes to $3 per your prediction?
So was it yesterday that you said Titan pps would be $3.00 or were you thinking of a different Friday?
I have mentioned it several times if you watch my posts. I am a long Titan but I am not foolish enough to make numerical predictions by day. I am hopeful for a buyout by the end of 2021 but even if it does not get bought out, once they announce they are progressing with IDE, studies and eventual FDA approval pps should climb and the days of $2 per share will be over.
I continue to preach that predicting daily stock prices is a bit ridiculous. And if you are going to make predictions, you own them and admit when you are wrong. Don't spin the story afterwards.
I have come across many in my life who can never admit they are wrong and the only opinion that matters is their own and nobody else's.
I am also hopeful that McNally is voted off the board during the next AGM in June. Trying to get a reverse split last year and doing two raises which killed momentum in the stock is a disgrace. There has been no attempt at transparency which was promised. There are consequences to your actions.
Yes, the company is progressing and moving forward but there should still be consequences to your actions. Is McNally51 worth a positive vote?
Classic response. Now you say $3.00 COULD be in reach.
Yes, we have volume on an analyst upgrade. Don't think 20 million in shares was from a patent. Hilarious.
"Shorts show strength out of the gate?" Profit taking on an analyst report. That is all. Pretty easy to understand. You are pumping $3 while others are dumping shares for profit.
Agree. TMDI is a holding stock and in the long run we will all do well.
Again. Bashes iHub posters and yet posts more on iHub then the board created.
Yes, some sold on the news of a possible reverse split as the news tanked the stock. Some bought back at a lower position as a result of the drop. Nice try though.
Nice spin on your words. Got a chuckle out of it.
A lot of money made by traders and pumpers today. Feel bad for those who bought at $2.30 and up today. Classic pump by some posters here. The lemmings followed.
One analyst raises their price target and everyone goes crazy.
PPS based on SPY. Nope. QQQ. Going to $2.50 today and $3 to follow. Nope. Shorters taking this down to $2 then watch out!
I am curious as to why some posters bash those on iHub and yet post more on iHub than the other message board they created??? Seems quite strange to me.
Back to the shadows as the predictable explanation and response to this post will be forthcoming. I will be waiting with bated breath.
Great response and right on Q, I mean cue.
Probably right. Nice to dream. I also don't believe Titan will be $2.50 by Friday. Hilarious.
You knew darn well McNally was crapping his pants when we voted against the reverse split and he got a 51 percent rating. The board thought, how the heck are we going to get pps over a dollar? Now there is zero pressure as they just bought more time. He better pull a rabbit out of his hat or he should be gone.
Best post of the day BelizeMe. Cannot argue with anything you have said.
Has Titan dropped because they have delayed FDA until 2022 or because of QQQ?
Have they dropped because they diluted at $2.40 from $3 or because of QQQ?
Did Titan drop from no transparency or from QQQ?
Did Titan drop because shareholders cannot trust McNally from another attempt at a reverse split or because of QQQ?
Enough already. I also agree that Medtronic owns a lot of Titan and they will eventually buy them out but the buyout price will not be near what anyone thinks. Unless of course SPY and QQQ are up, then it will be big bucks.
I am just waiting for HUGO to be shown in its completion with Titan's snake arms on it.
Wind has subsided a bit and believe it or not, I think I just saw a groundhog. I think that explains the rise in Titan as we near close. I think the groundhog was chanting "Buy Adamis Pharmaceuticals!"and was wearing a Gamestop t-shirt. His buddies were screaming Scoop em! Quite strange.
Again clueless. I am in the green.
Makes zero sense to watch daily and try to convince people Titan's stock price is tied to SPY then reverse course and say now it is QQQ.
If the housing market is predicted to crash, you sell before the drop. When the housing market is depressed you buy ALL you can and wait for the rebound.
I have never followed ROLL's advise nor anyone else's advice.
McNally dropped another bombshell four days before the 2020 financial disclosure. No FDA until 2022. Titan is not dropping because THE QQQ or SPY is down. It is down because roughly 1.5 million shares trade hands with this stock. Machines are not trading this stock, People are. People got caught in the excitement and bought at $3 and up. They are regretting it now.
Shareholders are constantly averaging down to reduce their pps cost. FACT. Many are underwater and trying to get their costs down. I am one of the lucky ones again in the green.
We all know there will not be a buyout announced before the next two milestones if ever. It is the carrot that keeps getting dangled. We are all "Waiting for Godot" that may never happen.
The pps is dropping because people are selling to average down. Period. They buy when they think the stock price has settled.
Have the day off. QQQ dropped to 310. Uh oh. Wind picked up. Seems to have blown out all of the 1 minute candles. Golly gee whiz? Now what? Hmmmm. Let me check SPY. 383. Well, given that SPY is 383. Wait a minute. SPY and Titan are not correlated. It is QQQ now. Now I am confused. I think Titan is tied to ADMP. Crap ADMP down 50 percent since I suggested that stock. Forget that theory. Let me regroup.
Go titan!
Scoop em.
Tic toc.
Weather in Arizona is going to go higher this month. And the humidity is low. With SPY trying to hold, gas prices going up, QQQ dropping and GME stock now dropping around 60 percent in the last 5 days(another ROLL suggestion), I predict Titan will not be at $2.50 by the end of the week.
Of course if gas hits $3.50, the groundhog does not see his shadow, Halloween changes to November 4th, QQQ drops 5 points, SPY climbs, than Titan will be at $3 people.
It's all in the 1 minute candles folks. Get up at 4 am and you can learn a lot.
Scoop em.
Tic toc.
So let me get this straight. ROLL gets up everyday at 4 am and watches charts ALL day but makes zero trades? Zero.
His average is $1.04 but he claims he has not sold a single share of Titan. And we ALL take him at his word with zero proof.
Well, there was that great advice to buy ADMP at $1.50 which now sits at $1.03 because all of these great things are coming.
Whose buying the swamp land?
ROLL said Titan would be at $2.50 by the end of the week. How much have you made so far shorting Titan ROLL?
You forgot scoop em.
Well of course ROLL. You are always right. Even when you are wrong.
McNally49 people. Tic toc. Sharpen your voting pencils.
Agreed Headsupmonk. My little vote means zip. Interesting though when people get together and vote. One vote becomes two then 10 then 100 then 1000. And then POOF, like magic, BYE FELICIA.
I guess if the little guy can destroy a hedge fund shorting GME, we have the ability to initiate change here.
Obviously 49 percent of shareholders voted against McNally at the last AGM. all we need is a few percentages more.
Easy peasy.
Best post of the day BIGKAHUNA57. I certainly appreciate it. A very informative document. Read through it entirely.
A little blown away by the timing. It seems like a very comprehensive document that obviously took some time to organize and write.
I was one of the people looking for transparency and disclosure. I felt like a "bombshell" was dropped today, only to learn they submitted this information four days ago.
I suspect they could have submitted this document when they were at risk of being delisted from NASDAQ before we jumped to over $3. Just find the timing humorous.
Medtronic has to buy Titan before the AGM or else. Get your voting pencils sharpened people!!!
Bottom line. He needs to sell the company before the September or he needs to be voted out. Period. Unless the AGM is before then. Then he needs to be voted out at the AGM.
Conference on now.
McNally:
Speaking with FDA. De Nuovo process. Did not give a timeline. Medtronic only using 1/3rd of our IP portfolio. Titan can use ALL of its IP for the ENOS system. May 3rd timeline. September last timeline.
Genova:
Discussed Living labs. Preparing for manufacturing. Improving parts of ENOS. Developing a learning suite for the robot.
Delorme:
Boring. Discussed money raised. Interesting that the $1.5 million loan was from a subsidiary of Medtronic and not Medtronic. Guess accounting got complicated as dealing with two currencies, two countries and warrants. Preparing for human clinical studies but AGAIN no timeline from her.
McNally: Participating in more investor conferences this year.
Q and A:
How final is the design, when will they start clinical trial?
Making refinement to software and to the patient cart. Will complete this year. FDA. Still in talks. IDE studies and human studies in 2022.Commercial launch in 2023.
Medtronic is building their own robot which is not ENOS. Medtronic can use Titan's IP for their own robot and do not have to pay royalties.
Will Titan launch ENOS themselves?
McNally says yes, going alone but can partner with global companies for marketing and distribution.
Will Titan be sold to Medtronic?
Premature at this point but Titan can pursue all options including selling the company with the current Medtronic agreement.
Do we have enough funds?
Delorme response. Have enough funds to last until 2022.
Closing with McNally
Blah blah blah.
To me it seems like Titan is trying to continue to develop and progress alone. They will run out of money by 2022. They have the ability to be bought out with the agreement with Medtronic.
If we had voted in favor of a reverse split, we would have gone to $10 and after this update we would be around $5 by now. I am certainly glad we had the strength to vote no on the reverse split.
I think there is a ton of pressure on McNally to sell the company. I think this is the only avenue and shareholders will demand and vote accordingly in the upcoming AGM.
McNally49
If it gets down to 80 cents, I wonder who our new CEO will be?
SMirza. That is actually pretty comical. Wonder if Medtronic goofed. A little interesting as well.
So McNally is on the hook due to a 1.5 million dollar loan that can be paid back ay any time. And he is on the hook for roughly what 100 million shares owned by his loyal(to this point) shareholders. Interesting predicament. No pressure McNally51.
Will be interesting to see what Monday brings. Several on this board have already done their research, calculated warrant money, totaled revenue with milestones to date and see what is on the website i.e. new positions that reflect hiring and preparation for FDA in the future. Several have posted on new patents as well. This information is all common knowledge thanks to the people on this board.
They are finally announcing their financials premarket which is a huge step for Titan. A majority of their press releases are after hours and more often than not brings bad news. It will be interesting to see if Titan finally pulls their heads out of their butts and surprises their shareholders with goods news. Wouldn't that be a novel idea. And of all times, this would be the moment in time. First quarter and continue to keep shareholders in the dark with regards to FDA timeline.
We will see it McNally 51 is true to form and becomes McNally49 in a few months or he thinks outside the box this time and becomes transparent with shareholders in a good way.
We will see what Monday brings.
It's okay. I guess two is better than 5 with the world renowned DaVinci. Still better than a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with four incisions.
Interesting. Always thought there needed to be another port to help the surgeon if need be. Even DaVinci has an assist at the field often using a rigid grasper to help the multiarmed robot do its job. In the video, there is a second hole in the Gelport where an assist can place an additional trocar and assist the surgeon if need be. Probably the only way to pass a suture into the surgical site. It still accomplishes single access surgery but with an assist standing by. Pretty cool.
Interesting career postings on Titan's website. You don't really need an update to understand what is happening. Ramping up team members to get the FDA process started. Based on these openings, it looks like Titan is going solo to develop ENOS. Hardware and Software Quality Engineering Lead, Hardware Verification and Validation Lead, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, etc. Why hire all of these people if you are being bought out by Medtronic?
And I don't think going it alone is a bad thing.
Yes. All good. Good times ahead. Scoop em.
SORRY. FOR ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE HERE IS SOMETHING ORIGINAL.
SCOOP EM.
SCOOP EM.
If McNally announced a delay he may as well give his termination letter with it because McNally51 will be McNally49. There is a tremendous amount of pressure on him this year before the AGM.
It will be the third milestone.
Upcoming investor report end of February should be interesting. McNally has kind of been like the groundhog. Buried in his hole for a while now. Will be interesting what he has to say when he pops his head up. Another milestone just around the corner. Money in the bank. Surely he will give us a timeline for FDA.
Never left the train Fat Don. Sold some of my position on the AGM news of a possible reverse split. Rightfully so. If McNally go this passed, you know damn well the price would have reversed to $10 and a slow drain of value would have happened again. A bit surprised investors had the balls to vote it down and to vote only 51 percent of keeping him on board. Shareholders have the power here if they chose. We can still vote him out. Keep the pressure on him and good things will come. If not, bye Felicia.
