150 weekly simple sits at .03.
so, deadjim, why was your entire discussion on usec not redacted form this lbsr board?
I think a contract can be agreed to by a substantial party that would allow scout drilling financing.
Scout drilling financing is not considered "(substantial amount of money just because Jimmy's geology says there is ore in the ground.)" to a party that is looking for a mineable mineral deposit.
And depending on what is found continuing drilling to prove up a mining operation.
I think it would be better and possible to J/V now before any proof other than ZTEM, Weeds, Rocks and Soil.
Why would a substantial party who sees the ZTEM Weeds, Rocks and Soil results as positive, walk away from a 50/50 J/V that they can have with a small ( a Mil.or so) drill investment. The more Drill out, the larger the share of the J/V to a point.
But, I don't like a buy out.
Can't argue with that, Gem.
Still wondering what happened yesterday.
Yahoo minute to minute can only show me less than 2 million shares traded.
also NR 98
This from 2010. Perhaps the guy has starved to death already. perhaps not.
Comments James Briscoe: “Larry and Eddie have traveled far and wide to tell the Liberty Star story and are doing so with great promise. We also have a high level representative in India telling our story as well. Our meticulous exploration efforts in Alaska and prime land position in southeastern Arizona are now recognized by key players in China, the Middle East, India and Europe.”
Liberty Star Raises Cash Through Non-Brokered Private Placements with US Investors
has commenced the process of placing its Nixon Fork gold mine on care and maintenance. A core team will remain at the mine site to maintain the infrastructure.
The Company is taking this action until a revised operating plan has been developed and market conditions improve. In the interim, the Board will run a strategic process and consider and evaluate all options with respect to the Nixon Fork property.
It starts
Patience grasshopper. watch the momentum. it is down now and will switch when miners quit mining expensive mines.
I like your thinking here - confirmation cross reference analysis.
Just a guess - that plane could not get good depth perception because of speed.
In June, 2013, one investor exercised 4,263,989 of the May 2007 common stock purchase warrants using the cashless exercise provision. We issued 3,587,165 shares of common stock and cancelled 678,824 common stock purchase warrants pursuant to the cashless exercise provision. No cash proceeds were received.
Another error.
2000 shares
Ok - listed correct under NOTE 3 – Common stock
Item 2. Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of Proceeds.
In April 2013, one investor exercised 3,033,618 of the May 2007 common stock purchase warrants using the cashless exercise provision. The cashless exercise provision allows the investor, if the fair market value of one share of common stock is greater than the exercise price, to elect to receive shares equal to the value of the warrant less a portion of the warrant that is cancelled using a specific formula. We issued 2,500,000 shares of common stock and cancelled 633,618 common stock purchase warrants pursuant to the cashless exercise provision.
3,033,618 minus 633,618 is 2,400,000
Am I missing something or is this just sloppy reporting.
do we have dilution numbers since the NR 154 - June 6th and also since the NR 155 - June 18 ??
Agree - absolutely
Just sayin the miners were not looking at juniors this week.
they were looking at production costs
Dale, long here , but this board needs sobering dialog.
No gold in Hay Mtn?
Thursday copper seen a low of 3.03, down 35 cents since june 7.
In mining copper, gold pays the bills and makes it worth while.
Now that the mkt is closed - a sobering note.
Miners are looking at their areas of production that have high costs and are wondering if they should cease production in mines with 1100 and 1200 cost per ounce of gold equivalent. The question they are asking - is this another depression, ala 2008?
Yesterday I heard that China banks needing to raise cash to settle their daily books had to pay 25% interest. China Gov. stifling speculation?
Yahoo has 3:52p 647,000 @ .0115
3:54p 623,100 @ .0121
3:56p 10,000 @ .0118

Hard to see a buy here. gold broke support. next stop around 1200.
copper lost 8 cents in 3 days.
Is China rolling over?
Reading between the lines of your post, RL71852, shows a lot of sloppiness on NAK's part or a lot of trust between NAK and JB.
how deep was your LP line buried?
volume comming
no sellers - all buyers under 2 or 3 cents
let's hope that JB is done diluting til after ZTEM
volume equal to 2 cups of coffee at MacDonald
why does this happen?
IMO because the MM's have a few loose shares from the day before.
Any other answers?
Disclosure: I too was a Pilot on fixed wing aircraft.
My experience is a bit rusty, as I have not flown in over 50 years.
Piper J3 was a sturdy ride although It was hard to get anywhere at between 25 and 50 Knots.
By far less expensive holes. smaller machine - less resistance/ breakage/problems
Interesting the shallow holes.
Perhaps one of you liberals will put a call in to Soros.
