Only time will tell for sure, but it is just my opinion that FTK will go up. That does not mean it will not drop some as there could be a shake out before the rise upward or there could be a sharp upward movement as a head fake to think this is the move many are waiting for. Patience is the name of game. I have not added this to my portfolio yet, but it is on my watch list.

Hello,
You are so correct about this one.
I do not look at fundamentals as I worked as an accountant for several companies during my career and how each one did their reporting was different though legal. The long range chart tells me what I need to know. I have sold stocks for over 200% profit even though their earnings were doing down. Then there are stocks whose earnings have been steady going up and yet their share price has stayed in the basement.
Splits are a different story. If a stock has had one or two splits over a long period of time and the chart is not wacky I will consider it. If the chart is flatlined I will change from all data to ten year to check its formation. I prefer charts that are longer than ten years.
I do at times compare outstanding share count to daily volume average just to see how it is trading per volume. I came across one stock that in one day traded double the OS count, of course the price shot up big time. I use this just for my information and not a factor if I buy or not.
To sum up, if the long term graph does not grab my attention, nothing else will.
Hope you have a great day.
I2000
There are not many stocks that fix the time frame Ted spoke about in his book. I still look for the formation but instead of 20 year base, most of them are formed in 5 years or even less time, One formation I have used to buy if what I call a curve pattern. Instead of a straight line descending, I like it when it forms a slow curve and as it begins to move upward is where I bought most of my stocks last year, which most of them I sold in only a matter of about 6 months or less. I also like triangles, even in stocks under $5. Of what value are rules if they are not followed. I have several stocks in my account that I have no clue why I bought them. Their chart, looking back, did not jump out at me. Live and learn.

Hi white belt,
If you do not have a copy of Ted's book (How to Make the Stock Market Make Money for You) there is a free PDF you can download. You can google the title to find it.
One rule is never chase a stock. You want it when no one else does. The second rule is do not be greedy. If your stock shoots up over 100 or 200% in a short period of time and the volume has increased greatly, sell. Take your profit and wait to find another sleeper. Knowing when to buy is easy, knowing when to sell is harder.
Best to you

SI stands for Silicon Investor (siliconinvestor.com). Click on the tab Strategies and you will find the Ted Warren's Investolator group. It is free to join. You will need an account with SI and select the free option.
I had forgotten all about the newsletter. I will need to see how I put out the newsletter in the next week or so, I have been in a lot of pain for over a year with my bad knee and they finally had extra rooms available so I could have surgery at the VA, They were full of COVID patients for most of last year.
Johnny
white belt,
I am not able to do private messages as I am not a paying member. There is a Ted Warren group on SI which allows me to do private messages. You can contact me either on SI or by email at investolator2000@yahoo.com
I have been full force in following Ted's method the past three years and made major profit each year. I have not been as active in stocks this year as I am now recovering from a total knee replacement surgery on 31 March.

TRQ broke through $17 this morning and has continued until it broke through $18 after lunch hour. While the volume is double the 200 day average, it is about the same as the 50 day average. So far, the public has not become excited yet, but when they do, the volume will pop and the price will skyrocket in no time. I am still bullish about TRQ reaching the $30 mark either near the end of this year or sometime next year. My timing could be off as this is just my 2 cents.
APLE had a quick rise after the downtrend from May 2020 was broken February 2021. This short of a downtrend when broken does not rise as high (normally) then from a longer downtrend. The downtrend from its high in 2019 has not been broken yet. Since I no longer deal with OTC stocks, someone with more knowledge should provide more insight than I.
WOW indeed!
TRQ is one of my top four stocks for gains that I am holding.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Just got back after getting my 2nd Moderna shot this morning.
Looking at the long range chart, I considered a good buy between $1.50 and $2 as it appeared to have broken the downtrend that started at the beginning of 2017. I had expected it to trade sideways for the next three to six months. I was not expecting it to move above $3 so soon. Time will tell if this drops back to the $2 to $2.50 range or moves on higher.
Best of luck always.
I got ERF at $3, though I am happy with the movement it is now making.
Welcome to the group here. I run a scan of stocks up to $3 on the three major markets from 2 to 4 times a year. We are all here to learn more and make great profits. Feel free to always ask questions. I am sure someone here will be able to help.
