Not sure how you come to that conclusion. Lots of irons in the fire. Let's hope it does not get to close to the O&G.
Do you know someone that would like to replace him? Good pay (not received by him), but there if you make the profit.
What about sellers? Those above .034
He won because he felt wrong in taking a salary when the company was not making a profit. Very ethical position.
Curious how thin the L2 looks.......Someone please post.
I am not sure what you are referring to!
I had taken bets on the winner of the micro-cap Ethical CEO of the Year and won.
Could have been me.....
I guess there was either no category for nano, and it was combined with micro, or the committee knows something that we don't.
It is the board that we are conversing on.....isn't it? BAYPORT
Which do you choose? Remember he is up for the Micro-cap Ethical CEO very shortly....or maybe the voting was done already.
Please be accurate...that was 10 working days. Tell me which days you are counting.
What?????
I think I have my speculation/investment limit here already. I know that when this runs, I will wish I had more. But here I stand pat with my stash. Only $750 takes out the ask....and did you see the size of the 1.9 cent bid....nice size.
Don't say I did not give you notice.
No matter how good a situation appears, there is always a possibility of disaster. Someone could die, an alternative for O&G could be patented, etc....far fetched, but possible. There it is wise not to put all one's eggs in one basket, and to limit the dollar exposure in any one situation. Personally, I have now accumulated 125K shares, with a cost basis of about .06. My associates are also holding another 250K to 300K shares. We are holding tight and not adding at this moment.
Knowing that will be just the first step.....what about the timing of the up list out of OTC? And then......?
If you had to guess at a timeline here, what would would that be? If you do not want to go on record with that, and then get picked apart when there are the inevitable delays, you can always PM me.
Boy, if that is what you think, you will really be surprised.
If he holds 2-3M shares, and it is less than 10%....how many shares are outstanding now?
Mr Hogan, your thoughts are always welcome and usually right on.
Those that vote for that title know ethics.
Thanks for the confirmation. We know Jim Porter is honest.
No....to boost the price of the stock.
One should not look back, but rather look forward.
I guess it does not pay to pre-announce anything. We all know that in these stocks nothing ever happens quickly or even on time.
The voting is happening within 10 working days.
That Bayport was a different company.
Do we still believe that 17M is current for the float? We did have a few million shares converted from the notes.
That is wonderful....I knew I could rely on Jim Porter.
I do not think Bob got any of that $1,000. There were some flippers that may have hand their hands on it though. Tell me how you think Bob personally profited from it?
I have not talked to Jim in many months, and feel comfortable in his ethics in running the company. If I do find it necessary to talk to him, I will mention your concern.
I know this is more than announcing the award Jim probably won? SNIFF SNIFF
I smell big revenue. Am I correct?
What is being overlooked is that although NESV is in the O&G sector, they are on the service side...moving and servicing equipment. Whether the price of oil is up or down, wells will be opening and closing, requiring these type of services.
Additionally, it has become apparent to me that a good portion of the company stock is being held by a small group of investors that have the desire to hold for the longer growth. There are flippers, but not as many as you think.
The way I see it, the time, energy and especially money being spent to make this deal happen, is a sure sign that unless someone dies (killing the deal) it will happen sooner than later. As to your perception that "most are looking for a quick double or triple of their money and they are out", I disagree. My associates and I, who now currently hold about 400K shares, have no intention of flipping it for a few bucks. We may not be there with all our shares for the very long haul, as I for one, plan to take small pieces off the table as it grows. But none of us have the inclination (at least at this point) to take the money and run. I am certain I am not alone in this thought. All are welcome to put in their thoughts on this also.
Rumors about activity there might have something to do with it. I think we are on the verge of them getting out from behind that opaque curtain, and announcing their next move.
I do not think that the good news had anything to do with the massive move to the upside for Bayport. It did it on its own merits.
I got an instant message last night that the voting would be completed within 10 working days of Saturday of this week.
By that do you mean that these are new conversions, or that these were picked up in the market from the conversions....and are now being flipped?
With those notes being converted to shares and sold, what do we think is the current OS ????
