I just want to know what happened to these "shareholder" groups. A lot of talk and nothing getting done.
There was a problem with the ir@nio-star email, but that was taken care of the other day. Maybe try again?
No, again repost from another board. our Warren hawkins was involved with Andrew Currah's previous scam, and is now involved with us.
Here is an older post from another board
Hawkins = this guy:
Hawkins Ought to Have Known
15. There were a number of circumstances that ought to have caused Hawkins to make further and more detailed inquiries concerning the trading activities of Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen and Nick Weir and their respective companies.
(a) Throughout the relevant period Hawkins knew that Andrew Currah was promoting Findore shares. At the material times Hawkins knew that Andrew Currah, Nick Weir and Colin Halanen shared office space and business dealings.
(b) Between the period from July, 1997 to December, 1998, Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen and Nick Weir, through both their personal and corporate accounts, placed approximately 1,000 orders with Damm and Hawkins resulting in over 2,000 trades in the shares of Findore.
(c) Hawkins was aware of the level of trading in Findore shares by Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen and Nick Weir and their companies at Research Capital. Hawkins was aware that from time to time treasury shares would be deposited into their accounts in support of their trading activities; between July 1997 and December 1998 approximately 989,000 shares were so deposited. Hawkins was aware that during the material time there were usually debit balances in the cash accounts of Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen and Nick Weir and their companies at Research Capital, and that Findore’s shares were not marginable.
(d) Because Hawkins and Damm had access to market making facilities, they received many orders in respect of Findore shares from a variety of clients. The orders received from Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen and Nick Weir and their companies were a majority of the total orders received by Hawkins and Damm in respect of Findore shares. Their trading instructions would form the basis of Research Capital’s posted bids and offers for Findore so long as they were the best bid or offer.
(e) From time to time when trading was hectic, Hawkins entered authorized trades in Findore shares on behalf of Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen and Nick Weir or their companies without specifying a brokerage account. At the end of the trading day, he would speak with one or more of them to determine in which account the trade belonged.
(f) Hawkins was personally involved as registered representative for eight trades in Findore shares between or among two of Andrew Currah, Colin Halanen, Nick Weir and their respective companies. Of those trades, five were at a price higher than the prior day’s closing, and three were a price lower than the prior day’s closing. Hawkins ought to have realized that these trades could have created a misleading appearance as to the volume of trading or the market price of Findore shares
Currah made a million on the findore scam made more on Sarissa.

Anyone who sent emails to ir@niostar, please resend it's all set.
Yes I am, I spent over an hour with the OSC this morning. What I meant was he is not employed by the company, nor is a part of the shareholder group.
Andrew Currah, has nothing to do with the company, and has already been found guilty by the OSC. He already had a target on his back...
This control block is nothing other than shares held in certificate form that may or not be restricted.
Hello,
Due to Currah's continued involvement with this company. More than many of you know, I have taken it upon myself to contact the OSC, and have them launch a formal investigation into Andrew Currah, and his dealings with SRSR. He knows more and is involved way more than he should be for someone who doesn't work for the company. I provided them with an abundance of evidence, including this Canada Resource PLC company which seems to be a pump and dump piggy backing off of our assets.
There is an amount of shares issued which is the outstanding share count. That is made up of 2 sub groups.
1. Those held in certificate form.
2. Those held in street name
Those held in street name are further broken down into two categories
1. Objecting Beneficial Owners (OBOs) (if there are any)
2. Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (NOBOs)
http://www.broadridge.com/corporate-issuer-solutions/shareholder-communications/shareholder/nobo-list-requests
So there are really 3 kinds of shareholders
1. Those held in certificate form
2. Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (NOBOs)
3. Objecting Beneficial Owners (OBOs)
So the company knows if there is a controlling block of shares depending on the numbers above. What they don't know is how those three categories would vote at shareholder meetings.
I'm sure the Currah's are involved in that Canada Resources PLC company. If any of them are a majority holder it should be on record.
So Truth, you're the one who found this property and pitched it to Scott?
Time will tell. Based on the share price, and no it's not because Dan invested money from a pension fund. It's due to Scott's inept ability to run a company, and getting involved with criminals in a publicly traded company is NEVER a good idea.
If true we need to follow the money, both for SRSR and it's contractors, was actual work done? Was it of fair value? Were there competing bids? Did the board give the "ok" and actually vote? Cam has been mia for a while, so Scott may just be running rogue.
Rumor has it that Andrew Currah was one of the contractors used by Scott, into the company for $500k+
Shouldn't Scott be the one to resign? After all he had control for 8 years, and look where the company is. Doing shady deals with Andrew Currah, who was found guilty by the OSC. Who know's what other shady dealings he has done. Where is all that money Dan brought with him? I don't think Dan raised and brought all that money just to throw it down the drain.
Does anyone know who is in charge of this shareholder group?
Hello,
I asked Dan for your info, and he didn't seem to have it. He suggested you send him and email with my user name and any contact information you want me to have, and he would forward it to me.
Thank you
Even more so web, that Scott fronted canadian cannabis corp $77k in 2014...
An update on what? Does he have your info?
I don't have that ability, pm me on SI same name
Here is my idea of a short term plan
~Cam replaced (figure out who chooses replacement) (either shareholders
name a candidate for consideration, or let Scott and Dan decide)
~Limit Scott's Actions
~No access to the cash
~No inter business dealings
~No contact with Andrew Currah or his companies
~Allow the company to then continue business, whether you guys believe it
or not, Dan is a great asset, for his financial expertise.
Simple and straight forward.
I completely agree, but we are extremely limited at this point. We have no funds, we owe money on bills. Are you willing to step up? Dan is a finance guy. Everyone is against him for some odd reason. Yes he joined in to get things moving. Everyone says he's in it for himself. Guess what, him helping himself get the share price above what he invested the pension money in, helps ALL of us. Cam needs to go, I don't even know if he has been involved in any of Scotts decisions. But if you take out a piece you need to replace it. No one is willing to step up, or come up with a plan. If you want Cam gone, I'll step up and work with Dan to get this moving forward. My agenda would be the same to get things moving so the share prices rises. I've been here since 2008, my average is over $.01. So I'm down significantly as well, and would love to see change. But again, everyone wants this quick change but has no plan, or understands what will happen if they just clean house.
Ok, say we get rid of all of the management, Scott, Cam, Dan. Who's going to replace them? What is this real plan, where's the financing coming from? Do any of you have access to financing, this would be a great time to step up. Any one you have mining expertise? This would be a great time to step up? What we have is an angry mob, wanting change, but with no real assets or plan to back it up.
This is the mentality here:
"We want change! When do we want it? Now! -How? Wait a minute what?"
While the property is real, the management team has yet to do anything to bring any value to the company.
I know PW wants his $3m. But at what point is he going to start doing his job? It shouldn't have been extended the first time I think they go somewhere around 38%, which wasn't close. But now 3 times without raising the bid should be criminal. PW has fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders, he is their voice. And we CLEARLY DON'T want $8.50/share.
If it was sold, I don't remember hearing anything. I don't remember seeing a PR, or a shareholder vote. Did he even have Board approval? Cam's been mia from SRSR, as board member the only time he's mentioned was when he came on in 2007. He's supposed to be in his mid 80's. Has Scott been doing what he wants the whole time?
One question, where is Truth Bryce?
Truth Bryce, please shed some light on these findings...
I believe that was due to the Warren Hawkins connection. Now we can tie Currah directly to SRSR, and Nio Star, which compromises the business. Being involved with a fraud.
Yes Andrew Currah is dirty, why we got involved with him and Hawkins is beyond me. You don't hire people who were found guilty by the SEC to do work in a publicly traded company period!
Well he is the one with the dirty past, maybe he is the mastermind and Scott is just his puppet...
Warren Hawkins our "qualified Person" was involved with this Crook Andrew Currah as well. Keeps getting better...
https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/documents/en/Proceedings-SOA/soa_20051020_curraha-amend.pdf
If this SHADY guy Andew Currah is involved no wonder why Scott doesn't want to talk. This guys is dirty, and bad news.
Here is another filing that puts a direct connection with Andrew Currah and Sarissa resources from 2009
http://www.mci.mndm.gov.on.ca/Claims/Cf_Claims/clm_cssm.CFM?Claim_View__Claim_Number=4225558
Looks like he Andrew Currah is directly involved with SRSR in 2012 there was a transfer between his company 2214098 Ontario ltd. and Sarissa's nio star corp

What was given, and HOW much did it cost shareholders...
While doing some research I came across this possible connection. Our old IR / Geologist "Lucas" Is actually Lucas Andrew Currah. Who I believe is the son of this guy Andrew Lorne Currah a.k.a. Drew Currah who was banned from trading for 10 years. Anyone know if he is involved with SRSR?
http://www.insidehalton.com/news-story/2914540-osc-orders-10-year-trading-ban-on-former-public-school-trustee/
I found a connection to Joshua Gold (Ben Ward)
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1475430/000151116412000289/terminationagreement00275205.htm
And his son worked for both SRSR and Joshua Gold. While some suspected Ben Ward for being Truth Bryce. Maybe it's this guy Andew Currah?
