There is no rs coming, they have around 100m authorized shares at this point. If anything there will be a request to authorize more. They will fall off Nasdaq it's not the end of the world.

He WAS responsible, past tense. He's gone. Time to look forward. Tanya Urbach the chairman of the board, who is a former deputy commissioner of Vermont is not going to risk her reputation on a scam, or allow anything illegal, she's probably the reason Nader is gone. So lets leave all of this Nader talk in the past.
What is done, is done. Nader is no longer part of the company. Let's start focusing on the future, if the company continues to make mistakes, then sure let's turn back to negative town.
Until then...
Tanya who is now the chairman of the board, used to be a former Deputy Commissioner of Securities for Vermont, Tanya prosecuted regulatory investigations into securities fraud. She's not going to throw away her reputation on a scam, I believe she is the reason Nader is gone.
If the science is what we think it is, then I believe with the new structure and with a CEO that has a history of getting across the goal line, the future looks very bright.
Right now Nader is gone, and no one knows what the next move is, so it's a waste of effort to whine about the past.
She's was the deputy commissioner of Vermont. I'm going to have to assume she knows what to look for, or knows people. I'm sure she did a deeper dive before agreeing to come on board.
As the former Deputy Commissioner of Securities for Vermont, Tanya prosecuted regulatory investigations into securities fraud. Prosecutions included internet-based securities fraud, identity theft and Ponzi schemes, broker-dealer and investment adviser misconduct, including point of sale violations, market timing in mutual funds and variable annuities, market manipulation, and abusive short-selling. As Vermont’s securities regulator, Tanya was also responsible for investor education initiatives, registration of securities, licensing of securities firms and their representatives as well as overseeing the broker-dealer and investment adviser examination process. She proposed and prosecuted through the state legislature a New Uniform Securities Act, which Vermont ultimately enacted. During her time as a regulator, Tanya was also a member of the board of directors and on the broker-dealer section of the North American Securities Administrators Association.
Well we now have Tanya Urbach on the board policing management.
Ancient history like Nader's past 30+ years ago? M'kay Don't know how many times a day I read 2 times felon, or Nader sold fake indian artifacts... Past is the past look forward.
Ya, with her previous experience she didn't do any deep DD, she clearly signed up on Naders word and put her credibility at risk...Eye roll. Come on huh.
Well see there, things are looking up, she'll either keep the team in line, or get rid of them, win-win. No more doom and gloom posting!
Here is a snap shot of our new BOD member Tanya Urbach

I think you need to spend more time reading the statements put out by the company, they stated they were approved weeks ago, not started (at least the CD17 trial).
Also you state that 200,000 vials were sold to the Philippines for $41,000, which again is false.
Now if I missed something please provide where the company stated patients injected for CD17 weeks ago, and they sold the 200k vials.
Why do you get inside information but we can't?
Tim $49.50 brought this down
Tim, I tried to tell you. There is no interest for a reason. I would look at cydy
Sorry to hear that Tim.
The fact that Bruce was still very excited about the drug, and offered different venues for it, fortifies my continued belief that we have something big. There was some factual information on the call, and it was detailed, for that I think it is worth a listen?
Replay of the 13D call. It's worth listening to.
