I did not emagine holding this stock for 14 years
I did not emagine that the pps after 14 years will be 0.04 or less.
I did not emagine the lab even making it and been opened for 14 years without sells/ B.O/ M&A

So i guess that in KT land everything could/ might/ should / maybe happen.

So if i understud you currect the S-1 is a good indection of a coming uplist to the Nasdaq
But inorder to trade there you need a min. pps and a min. avg. volume right?
So i guess if there is news it will come before uplisting to reach the min. criteria.

but what about KBLB valuation?
if there are about 1,033,374,219 Shares Outstanding and, lets say the pps could go to 5$.
you'll have a company worth .... more that 5,000,000,000$....that is without any RS....

Reading your post was interesting.
The first reaction was a positive one - hi less competition if i got your post right.
The secound reaction was not so positive.
It made me think that when other companys reached a dead end, they moved elasewere inorder to try and make it out there.

Based on what very littel info. we got via the lab's Pr's ,
i feel like the company is hitting a high wall,
going back and runing again just to hit that wall once again. imo.

Having said that , i think that we are not at the same stage we where some years ago, but can KBLB get to the point that it could sell and make profit by the millions $ USD. ???

As some of you know i hold KBLB since 2009.
I tryed to understand why so long...
Why not hold a company's stock with lower risk , or sales or profit.

I guess its Fomo - the fear of missing out what could / should/ might be on of the most outstanding investments .

I agree but he (KT) has imo other plans or else he would/could have sold by now and become a very rich man.

So, that leads me to belive KT thinks this shares could go much more higher .
I think he knows the value of the IP'S that can imo get him even without sales to a 1$PPS and thats a modest value imo.

I for one feel positively about 2023 - KBLB Share.

For those how are waiting patiently I think the answer to many of our questions, doubts , fears could come to an end.

Do i know something – sure I don’t as the lab , KT & co are like a submarine giving us the now and then long silent treatment .

I think the management is running out of excuses – if there are partners that invested time and money like Kings they will demand profits and a timetable.
That is why I tend to get a bit optimistic i think it will reflect on the pps in the coming days, weeks and months.
That is my understanding of things - imo...

It seems the MM'S took a step back and by doing so
they allowed the pps to go up from the begining Jan 2023 - imo

I Hope this dinamic will continue in the next weeks
till positive signs/ news/ pr's will break the lab's wall...
