You are setting yourself up for disappointment.
Understood, Sydney has been so busy with this this deal, it might take hime a few weeks to get the press release out.
What's with the 10% haircut going into the big announcement?
Anybody considering investing in GLER may want to read the press releases they issued over the past 18 months prior to deciding to purchase. A few minutes of your own DD may save you some pain.
A 6.9% haircut is nothing. In fact, the GLER faithful will see it as a buying opportunity. I, however, know better. The pain of a shake and bake company is about to be felt in a big way by gamvestors.
Ocean, that is an interesting concept. So, GLER investors that don't understand your post should sell immediately?
It is sarcastic, there is virtually no short interest in GLER
Massive short squeeze coming!!! Check for yourself, with a July 15, 2011 cover date there were 49,172 shares shorted. During many reporting periods, there were no shares shorted.

Ocean:
It was selling at 4 cents a share a year ago. Are you saying GLER is a good buy because of its huge decline in value? I don't understand your point.

GreenOcean:
Have you looked at the 6 months chart? If the chart had snow on it, you could ski down it. The .003 is a plateau. I don't think it will go all the way to .0001 but it is going to get a lot closer to it than it is now by C.O.B. on August 12th.
Well, GLER true believers, it is almost August 11th and Sydney should be announcing that he has is the titled owner of the Samuel Coal property. One way or another, he will continue paying himself and Betty Anne generously in stock, which you guys buy up. So, here is my question. How many shares of GLER does it take for the Harland's to live for a year? My best estimate is betwen 30 and 100 million shares!
Well said Browland1. The "real deal" was supposed to be in May, 2011 when the first payment was due for Sydney's McDowell County, WV coal dust sale. You can look up the PR. When they washed the coal, some pieces are actually useful coal but were just too small to sell. This occured from WWII until the early 70s. The mine dumped the "waste coal" along the side of a road. Well, old Sydney thought he was rich when he found out about it. However, the value of the waste coal really hadn't improved since it was discarded. In fact, it may have gone down due to brush and trees growing in it and dropping things in it. Not to mention the fact that any good coal had already been stolen by the mountain folk.
So, now we are waiting on the KY mine deal. Investors need to get some KY jelly to prepare for a hard one.
It was a pretty good trading day for GLER shareholders!!!! A little less than $2,000 worth of shares traded but it was enough to allow a few investors to increase their positions before the BIG Announcement expected next week. Will they announce bankruptcy? A share repurchase program? A new coal purchase contract? A joint agreement with a pharmaceutical company? An endorsement by the Better Business Bureau? A raise for Sydney Harland? These and other important Qs will be answered!!!!
Poll:
What day will the next press release get issued and what will it announce?
My guess is a press release will come out on Monday (8/8) announcing a stock repurchase program.
I have been trading a number of years. I have done pretty well in the "penny stocks", although they are a small fragment of what I have owned. I used to trade GSX amd EGT, also made some cash on MDFI.
Approximately $1200 worth of stock traded today, that is roughly what I paid for my mountain bike.
I wonder what coal the Korean company is burning while they wait for the Samuel mines to be opened?
Kaleoinvestor, you should read a little about Helium3. I don't have a company I can suggest that is a play on that as a power source, but their is a Russian company that is going to make a stab at collecting more of it. I don't think it is a publicly traded company. If I had to guess, in 20 years He3 will make fossil fuels worthless.
GreenOcean said, "people have to understand that it takes years to develop good trading skills, especially with penny stocks, and those traders know when opportunity presents itself.... "
Green Ocean:
Have you developed those time tested trading skills?
Green:
I consider it to be a sign that the insiders, who were paid with stock, have already sold all their shares. Time for GLER to pay for some more "services rendered" so the volume will pick up.
Browland:
A big press release is a guarentee, press releases are GLER's only product.
Cjstock:
Agreed, it does not appear to me either that they are dumping at the moment. This does kind of suggest to me that some PR is around the corner. It might be a good time for stuckholders to get their money back.
I am not shorting GLER but I would if I could. It isn't easy to short PKs
Kaleoinvestor:
You say, "Its market position is obvious." That makes no sense to me. They have no market position. They claim they have a buyer for coal but at the moment, they own nothing to sell the buyer. They hope that they will buy an old mine in KY. However, buying an old mine is a long way from extracting/processing/delivering coal. GLER's debt load is quickly rising. So, how do they have market position? Nike has market position in the shoe market, Dell has it in the computer market but GLER thinks they know where coal is in land that another company owns. That dream is not market position.
My hobby is to watch companies melt down.
No, I have no financial interest in GLER. I considered it but after beginning to research it, I reached some conclusions that caused me to decide to never waste a cent on it. I must say though, I am somewhat fascinated with the level of commitment to this stock that many shareholders express, in light of the evidence that has been developed. I will stay with this stock until the end to see how the story develops.
I wonder why Bloomberg is making up these outlandish lies that Gorman is the CEO, http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/people.asp?ticker=WRGL:US
And Yahoo also, http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=WRGL.PK+Profile
But, I will MeJohn at his word.
Smit Dog:
So, the company trades at a cent a share for a long while. Gorman announces a stock repurchase program and the next day the stock goes to three cents a share. You base the price change on a 21K profit in Q3?? And not that old Gorman is cooking the investors?? Don't get me wrong, if people want to spend their money on press releases...let Gorman have the cash.
The relevance to GLER is that I have uncovered another instance that looks highly suspicious of one of GLER's inner flock.
A few facts on Mr. Edmund J. Gorman Esq. You may know him as the CFO of GLER. But he is no stranger to the PK stocks. He is the CEO of Warrior Girl Corp (WRGL.PK) Yahoo says, "Warrior Girl Corp. does not have significant operations. It intends to merge with other companies. The company was formerly known as Legacy Home California, LLC and changed its name to Warrior Girl Corp. in September 2004. Warrior Girl Corp. was incorporated in 2002 and is based in Miami, Florida."
However, Warrior Girl Corp does have a lots of, you guessed it, shareholders. And, drum roll please, press releases, http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Warrior-Girl-Corp-Announces-prnews-1952120265.html?x=0&.v=1
And, unbelievably enough, all those shareholders are absolutely convinced by the PR that they are about to get rich, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=12840
Hard to believe....when does he find the time to practice law????
Want to bet that GLER will announce a stock repurchase program in the very near future like Warrior Girl Corp?
Question...Betty-Ann Harland is reported on GLER's website as currently being "the COO of Ameri-can Equipment & Leasing Inc." This status is used to bolster her credibility with GLER. Does anyone know if Ameri-can Equipment & Leasing Inc exists? Is she really the COO? I honestly can find the answer to this.
http://www.globalearthenergy.com/Energy.html
Well, that would explain the rash of $12 to $20 trades.
I doubt the MMs are all the way down to the PKs, maybe but I doubt it.
Let me ask a question. A couple of the trades today were for 4,000 shares and 5,000 shares @.0029. That works out to be about a $12 purchase and a $15 purchase. The cheapest of brokers is going to charge a $5 commission on a PK trade. What kind of a moron pays a $5 (or more) commission on a $12 purchase?
Koncrete:
You are forgetting about all the press releases promising great wealth, the MOUs in support, the letter of credit, the google map photos, the testimonials of proud shareholders on this site, need I continue? Doesn't that prove that GLER is a profitable company?
The funny thing about XS Holdings, http://xsholdings.com/services_3.html, is it looks a lot like Lifcycle International. Andrew L. Madenberg is tangled up in both, both have the same address, 4709 Golf Rd., Suite 425
Skokie, IL 60076 but one is a huge company introducing people to "approximately 40 or more such decision makers of Investment Banking Firms", the other manages a huge "assembly of portfolios", http://lifecycleinternational.com/lp__assembly_of_portfolio.php. That's a lot of business to run out of one Suite!!!!
Bentoman007, you would need to define what you mean by "good news." Three to four times a month this company announces a gazillion dollar deal with some other unknown company. Does that count as "good news"? If your answer is "yes", then good news is on the way!!!!!
In the interest of complete disclosure....I am what is refered to as a "basher."
Less than $300 in stock sold today. Do I need to say more?
That isn't surprising and fits the theory that there really is only one seller.
Crowin:
You are, of course, correct. I should have qualified my question to revenue not based on the sales of securities. Well, done...and that is a monster catfish. My largest fish was a 50lb halibut.
When is GLER expected to earn its next dollar?
RBTree:
Nice work with the DD, your summary really helps show graphically the declining financial situation.
For the 9 months ending May 31, 2011, the 10Q issued today says $600,000 in Preferred Stock Issued in Exchange for Services Rendered and $421,820 worth of Common Stock Issued in Exchange for Services Rendered. Whose stock are you guys buying @.0028? I think you are paying a “consultant's” stock. Who are these consultants? Is Betty Anne Harland a consultant?
