Soon sounds great!!! In "Tony Talk" that means anywhere from today to next year or never.
Monroe:
Any thought on when the company will file the corrected SEC filings? September perhaps? Never?
You are assuming it is cash and not an IOU. I have seen penny stocks do the IOU game before.
Big things will be happening with Baltia in August. Bet on it!
Robo:
Tony sold $720K worth of preferred shares, plenty to pay salaries for a few months!
Nobody will loan Baltia millions of dollars to pay the Logistics Air debt.
Firestream:
All claims for payment are negotiable so this one is as well. However, Baltia can't afford to even pay 10 cents on the dollar or get into protracted litigation.
Robo:
Here is what Tony wrote:
Firestream:
Here is something factual. Tony announced that Logistics Air made a claim from more than $8 million. We have no idea what is happening with that alleged debt but based on the SEC filings we know about, Baltia does not have the money to pay it.
Firestream:
The company is very quiet when they are not selling PP shares or preferred shares. When we start to see activity from Baltia HQ, it is a good bet that a fire sale is about to start again.
"Letter of Intent", "Non-Binding Contract" and "Joint Venture Agreements" are also all favorite meaningless smoke screens used by scam stocks to get peeps to buy shares. We have seen Baltia use the 1st tactic quite a bit recently.
Tony says Baltia will be flying to South America and Asia soon!!!!!
Robo:
How have Tony's negotiations with Logistics Air been coming along?
It can't be "past tense" until the financials are refiled with correct information.
It is important because it questions the candor of management in regards to financial matters.
Firestream:
It isn't a big deal if Baltia files another 8K explaining the delay. That kind of thing happens all the time in business. It is a big deal if no plane gets delivered and Tony does nothing to tell the shareholders why.
Look at it this way. If leasing a plane requires an 8K, then a substantial change to the lease terms should require an 8K as well.
My fear is that Tony has set up a smoke screen with the "Songbird deal" which buys him more time and he is just going to blow off the investors again by forgetting about the Kalitta aircraft lease.
StanleyK:
Nico's video on your post doesn't work. Here is a better link,
17 days until the plane is delivered!!!!!
I am guessing we will see some serious dumping tomorrow. It may be an opportunity for those wanting more shares to load the boat.
Has Logistics Air filed suit yet? Nothing can happen until Barry resolves that problem.
Redsk7:
Baltia will be trading at 5 cents right after the next shareholder's meeting. Bet on it!!! You can take that to the bank!!! It is BIGLY true, not a lie!!!
What is Tony's annual salary?
Shouldn't this information be available to investors?
Was John Sherman fired or did he quit?
14 months since the last financial was filed with the SEC (10K or 10Q). Please name a legitimate company that is so very delinquent because I don't think there is one.
The delay in filing financials just says SCAM
Hmm, Michael Jordan claims to work for Morpheus Capital. But there is a little problem with that story, http://www.morpheuscap.com/
Hmm, Michael Jordan's Linkedin page says he was previously the "Director of Investor Relations- Institutional Investors"
Funny, I don't seem to recall that. Does anyone else?

We should get a PR or 8K this week I think, telling us about the great things Baltia worked out on their trip.
Baltia and Avatar Airlines, an unstoppable joint venture agreement. Avatar has now recruited an elite team of professionals to run their airline, http://avatarairlines.com/about/our-officers/ . They have most of the 119 required positions covered.
I bet Tony is negotiating a joint venture agreement with them!!! That would be great!!!
Robo:
That is interesting and Lampl is still referring to the company as Baltia, not US Global.
It sure is great news that Tony brought the whole team to Coral Gables to inspect Songbird's books, aircraft and stewardesses. They also had an incredible lunch at the Crab Shack, at least that is what I heard. There will be lots more info posted about the trip, posted as it leaks out.
767 Operations manuals are readily available online.

Baltia really needs to find a few new BIG Big whales to help fund all the new contracts. As Tony is a superior leader, that should not be a problem.
certdog:
Tony may have personally gone to the airshow with a Baltia/US Global T-shirt on but there was no other participation from the company.
Does anyone know if Logistics Air has filed suit against Baltia yet?
Small Time Joe:
What is your prediction for Baltia's reverse split?
It would be great if the Fight For Flight would do another deep, probing, investigatory story about Baltia!!!
It is good news that the auditors haven't quit or been fired yet. It does suggest that perhaps they will eventually fix the books so the SEC 10Ks and Qs can all be corrected.
Tony has to file a 8K if the auditor is removed as that is a material event by SEC rule. (However, we all know that there have been some issues in the past with SEC compliance so who knows?)
I do think Tony wants to get the SEC filings up to date and corrected as it will be hard to do a RS and sell more PP shares until that is done.
Go Tony!!!! Time to make some greenbacks!!!
Firestream:
In almost 3 decades, Baltia's execs have made an unbelievable living selling nothing more than stock. They never made a single penny selling a ticket. Why should they change that business model? I hope Tony does a RS and just starts to unload PP shares like the world is on fire. Good for him!!!
Mr. Winklebottom:
Tony needs to think BIG so he can attract some new investors. Lots of companies fly people to Europe, there is nothing innovative in that. However, there aren't any companies flying people to the MOON (rhymes with SOON). That is the future of air travel and he needs to get on the bandwagon NOW! He could attract some new whales, pay off some debts and issue press releases for a few decades more.
